After traveling to many places and staying ay countless hotels, this hotel has the worst service I have ever witnessed. The employees are very rude, refuse to give you the service you are entitled for, and have the worst attitude you can experience. Avoid dealing with this hotel in any way.

Amazing, friendly people, The Chief is an absolute saint - I couldn't sleep, jetlagged, and got sandwiches at 3am when asked for a piece of bread at the reception.

Especially lobby is huge and has many kind of office corners and / or comfy seats. Restaurant is ok. Breakfast is very tasty and many kind of local veggies available

This is outside city and hotel is good but break fast not good and in room size also small and no tooth brush kit,shaving kit etc look like 4*but facilities less

The staff were friendly and the service was very good in general. The hotel is big and has a lot of facilities. The spa was shut down, however. We had a good experience in general. The location is quite far from Istanbul downtown and the hotel is mostly suitable for business meetings and gatherings.

Its an ok place when you are on a business trip in this part of town. The food in the restaurant is very good.

Since I was living there for a compensation of my flight cancellation. The stay at hotel was very relaxing and the food so delicious! Although not much to do outside of the hotel since I believe it was an industrial zone.

Clean and good hotel located directly on the edge of the industrial zone of Gebze. The staff was very nice and competent. Even though the highway runs right by the hotel, it was very quite in the room at night. The rooms were very clean and well equipped. The only thing what I didn't like is that the rooms are carpeted. Good quality of the breakfest offer in the morning.

I have been there many times, and you will get best service in that area. Hotel, restaurant and bar, all with great stuff and welcome atmosfere. Rooms are nice and clean, what ever you will asking for as extra, you will get it.

The room stinks of old smoke!

We were there for 4 nights. The rooms were always clear. There is pool and gym which wi did not use. Anyway in my point of view there was small choice of meals for breakfast😥 The price for drinks in restaurant is really expensive. This is not hotel for turist, this is pure hotel for bussiness man and workers on bussiness trips.

Not good showers. Water temperature changes constantly from very cold to very hot in all rooms with not good flow. Worst breakfast. You take breakfast included and they ask you to pay for coffee. And serve tomato cucumber and cheese. Toilets are dirty and cabin feels like it will fall on you. Good air-conditioning in room. Gym is the dirtiest of them all. No hygiene. And yes. Mosquitoes in room and gym are free. May be a pet security guard.

If you need to be there for work it's perfect. What you need but nothing more

Nice hotel, clean and modern rooms. Nust 25 min from airport Sabiha G. Good hotel restaurant with very tasty menu. The breakfast is excellent - a lot of chees, vegetable, marmelad, olives, corn flakes. The staf i really very friendly and helpful. But the inly cons - no pub or shop placed close to hotel reachable by walk. Everywhere you have to go by taxi or car.
