Stayed here early-mid August 2023 and really enjoyed my stay! Hotel: Located in the middle of a side street. Not an extremely busy area. A little walk away from major sites (but this was expected). Quiet. As someone who is familiar with Eastern Europe, this hotel was extremely safe despite the look of the neighborhood itself. As a single woman, I didn’t feel unsafe at any point. Having an elevator was also great! Room: Exceeded expectations! Definitely bigger than expected. Extremely clean and comfortable. The balcony was also such a treat! Air conditioning was stable the whole time. Bathroom was great. Breakfast: Amazing selection of food and it seemed like there was a rotating list of items which was great. Personally, I loved the bacon that looked like they were in the shape of roses! The breakfast seating area was partly outside and it was a beautiful spot to be able to have your food in. Hospitality: I would give this 6 stars if I could! Amazing and so appreciated throughout the whole stay. Despite a personal situation that marred my Athens experience, Maritini and Marina managed to salvage what little emotional stability I had left. They reassured me during a very distressing time and helped me when they ultimately didn’t have any obligation to. Cannot thank them enough for their kindness and grace. Would absolutely this recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Athens. Thanks again for everything!

Best locality in Athens if you are travelling with family. Amazing front desk staff, special thanks to Katrina :) made our stay 7 🌟. Good breakfast variety, tones of restaurants for lunch and dinner. Rooms are super clean. The hotel is around 40 minutes from the international airport.

The area around the hotel was covered in graffiti which made us nervous but the hotel itself was extremely safe, clean and felt brand new. Free breakfast, too. The room was very comfortable and also felt new. The hotel was only about a 15 min walk from a lot of the big sightseeing places. I would absolutely stay here again.

This is truly a home away from home with a great location. The balcony and rooms with a kitchen, diner, and seating area were very comfortable. Having 2 bathrooms for our family, including teens, was perfect. It was a quiet oasis in the city of Athens. The front desk team are amazing - no one better. They went out of their way to help, even with obscure requests and answering emails after our stay was complete. They even suggested they provide us with a packed breakfast for us to eat on the go when we were out early one day. The local restaurant we were recommended for dinner was great too. I highly recommend you choose Estia when you book your stay in Athens.

We (couple with baby boy) stayed for a week in the hotel. Fantastic staff entertaining our baby boy every morning during breakfast helped us with great start in the day. Our one bed room apartment was amazing and we really enjoyed the local neighborhood when all restaurants open in the evening. We felt safe and the walk to nearby sights was reasonable. Absolutely plan to come back. Full stars!!

From the modern decor to the extremely attentive staff, this hotel provided an overall amazing experience. We stayed on the 4th floor and our apartment had a balcony with 2 entrances, a full kitchen, two televisions, sofa, and an awesome shower with adequate water pressure. The beds were small but very comfortable - the pillows were like baby clouds. The breakfast in the lobby was above average but after a few days, we opted for something different (Zampanó is the best breakfast in Athens). The staff were extemely kind and attentive. They made sure that we wanted for nothing. Onsite subterranean garage parking was a nice touch! Highly recommend.

This is a gem in the center of Athens. The hotel is located only 10 min walking distance to ancient agora site and 25 minute walk to the Acropolis museum and Parthenon entrance site. The staff is extremely friendly and professional. Everything was extremely clean and well kept. The rooms are spacious with tge full kitchen. We had a large balcony with the patio furniture and dining table. Will be back there again.

I recently stayed at Estia's apartment in Athens with my wife and newborn, and I have nothing but positive things to say about our experience. From start to finish, we felt well taken care of by the staff, who went above and beyond to ensure that our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The apartment itself was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with all the amenities we needed, including a kitchen and laundry facilities. We especially appreciated the comfortable bed and the quiet atmosphere, which allowed us to get a good night's sleep. The location of the apartment was also ideal, with easy access to public transportation and plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. We enjoyed exploring the surrounding neighborhood and felt safe and secure at all times. Overall, I would highly recommend Estia's apartment to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay in Athens. The staff truly made us feel at home, and we hope to return in the future.

The hotel and furnished hotel apartments are modern and new. Its interior decoration is splendid and the cleanliness is wonderful. The reception staff were excellent and helpful in inquiries. The breakfast buffet, despite its simplicity, is excellent. The cooking takes place in the kitchen and the food tastes very delicious, especially a cup of freshly squeezed orange.

Stayed here as a first timer to Athens. Hotel was amazing and within 20-30 minute walk to many of the local sights. All 3 ladies working were extremely helpful in giving advice on where to go for attractions, food, events, etc. Rooms were comfortable and inviting. Breakfast was always amazing. A special shout out to Maritini for being extra helpful and always taking the time to ask us where we went, give us pointers, and tell us about her amazing city!!

Cannot recommend enough. The rooms were beautiful, comfortable, and clean with tons of detailed finishes that were beautiful. The staff were both very friendly and helpful when we had questions. We were also pleasantly surprised by their willingness to prepare us vegan options for breakfast once we let them know of our diet. Said breakfast was delicious too. The hotel is located a bit far from the touristy areas of Athens, but it was safe despite our first impressions (apparently graffiti is considered a form of art).

Convenient location, not too far from the city center. Not a grand or eyes pleasing location though as the apartments are situated on a narrow busy street. Rooms are good, and staff is very nice/helpful. I am giving it a THREE star because of very bad wifi at this location, that too in 2022. It just does not work or works very slowly. It reminded me of early 2000 Internet situation in small cities in India. We had a few online meetings that I could not participate because of such a poor wifi connection. Even browsing anything online is an issue most of the time because of such a bad internet connection. Front desk says that the poor internet is a third party provider issue. Well, bottom line is that Internet is an issue at this place.

Absolutely great hotel! Our room had a small kitchenette and was very spacious. We also had a balcony. The bed was large and super comfortable. I loved the touch of pre-ordering our pillows (which were heavenly). Breakfast was truly excellent too, and a lovely space to eat in. The hotel staff were outstanding, even checking that we were OK when our flight was delayed. This is a really great hotel and has so many clever touches which made it a pleasure to stay in. The neighborhood is scruffy but very cool and there are plenty of great places to eat nearby.

Nice boutique apartments at a convenient location but on a busy street. Rooms are good and staff is helpful. No other amenities such as gym or dry cleaning or restaurant onsite. A good option if you are looking for sleep in and breakfast near Plaka/City Center in Athens.

We were a family of 6 (2 adults and 4 children) staying in a double room suite. The room is beautiful and well designed. It has two bathrooms, a small kitchen and a porch. For our party, we had to use the sofa bed in the living room, which was ok. Overall, the hotel is very nice and recommended. However, I had to take two stars because of several issues: 1. we arrived in the middle of the night after letting the hotel know. They prepared a self-checking, which went ok, but when we arrived to the room we discovered it was prepared for only 4 people. Even worse, there were not spare sheets, blankets and pillows in the room so we could not arrange it ourselves. Having no other choice, we dialed the number where they promised us there will be somebody to help us, but nobody answered (tried 4 times). So that night was not great. After we raised this issue with them the day after, they apologized but offered no compensation. Since we payed for 6 people and this was totally their mistake, I believe a compensation was very much in place. 2. The AC is quite noisy to a point it actually makes it hard to sleep. 3. On our last day we had to leave early. Asked for breakfast boxes without meat. Found out later all of them had meat inside... 4. The neighborhood is not one of the best, to say the least. It is not pleasant to walk there at night. So, to sum up, the place itself is very nice, nicely decorated and maintained, the breakfast is good and the staff are very friendly. However, for the price they charge, I would expect just a higher level of service.

Simply AMAZING ! From the arrival to the check-out, the rooms, breakfast and area. No words to thank the ladies from the reception. It is a fantastic and real Greece experience. There are 2 great restaurants around the corner Michelin listed: Aleria and CTC. Again, the hotel is exceptional !

The best hotel for hospitality and location in Athens. The place has the most amazing bars and cafes all around and is walking distance from Monistaraki square. The breakfast at the apartment is excellent.

This place was spectacular in every way. Great customer service, comfortable and functional room, personalized and complementary breakfast, close to the Acropolis, and the list goes on. Highly recommend this hotel if you’re visiting Athens!

The staff were more than accommodating and friendly. Rooms were spacious for 4. Great balcony spaces. All the rooms individualized and special feel. Rooms were not ready when we arrived but we had a very large group to accommodate. Breakfast was amazing and had many options. Close to local restaurants and shopping district.

Such a lovely place! The room was clean and well-equipped. They put a lot of thought into even the smallest details. The staff were really friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was delicious and there were plenty of options to choose from, you’ll definitely find something you like. Just a few minutes away, there are metro stops and a supermarket. If we ever come back to Athens, we’d love to stay in this place again!
