My experience was simply beyond bad. It is 16 months since the day of hair transplant surgery at Arenamed Transplant Center and results are just horrific. Initially, when I came to Istanbul, hotel was ok, everyone was courteous and helpful. However, during the day of surgery, they tried to force me to do frontal and leave my crown area completely bold. I explained to them that my front area is not an issue bc it was only mild hair recession but back of the head really bothers me. Despite explaining they still tried to push me toward surgery on my frontal hairline. Eventually they agreed with me to do my crown. At the time of surgery it was the worst pain I ever experienced. Assistants who performed my surgery were not professional or even qualified. They did not speak English or cared that they caused me pain. You can trust me I was able to stand a pain from toothache and pain when dentist did my root canal with almost no anesthesia .... that pain is nothing compared to what they made me go thru. The pain from hair transplant is the worst pain I ever experienced. I can stand any pain but that was from hell itself. Anyway I am man, I was thinking in my head during the whole painful moments and I can take this pain. During those moments I was thinking simply to leave the surgery bc pain was so devastating and horrific. My whole head felt big like a balloon about to explode from local anesthesia but at the same time I feel each needle, plus assistants almost laughing when they did my surgery. It took about 8-9 hours for them to complete my surgery. I was happy when they were done with the surgery. I fainted during last steps but they were able to return me to be awake. I was happy I am still alive at the end!! First two weeks after surgery I was sleeping basically in sitting position . I was very positive about the results and very careful with my transplant hair. I used only their shampoo and I only did what they said first 2 weeks. Despite all my efforts and all the pain the results are not good at all. I see bold patches at donor area and my crown is still bold. I am doctor myself, and honestly for me money was not the issue I can pay more. I spoke to Dr. Serkan himself, and he did too perform part of my surgery. Unfortunately, when I tried to contact them, nobody replied. Nobody even follow up after surgery. All they cared to get cash from me and sold their stupid useless shampoo. Do not recommend if you care about your looks and deal with people every day. They will massacre you !!!!!!

Very bad place this. I have been treated by children Instead of doctors who only speak Turkish. I am now 1 year further and result is very disappointing I do not recommend this" clinic " to anyone. Great injustice has been done to me.

Really bad experience! Anesthetic used is painful. Hotel that was provided was horrible. I had a 15 hour flight to find out I was going to sleep in the worst bed I have slept on. If you travel look for a better place. They promised VIP pick and I got taxi. I was so disappointed with the experience. The results I know I could've gotten it better somewhere else! Other then that the people were kind. The people who did the procedure didn't really explain to much and didn't seem to be experienced.

The team is young and very unprofessional!! I did my procedure 5 months ago. I am still in the process to see the result but as I see until now is that my donor area was destroyed and the new hair is not like I expected!! My problem was the crown area of head (back area) I asked them to transplatnthe hair to the back area of my head and correct the front line. As I see until now is that the front area has some new hair but the MAIN problem which was the back area (crown area) has 10-20 new pieces of hair. My donnor area looks very bad also!!!! I recommend tou to choose a better clinique! Attention the 5 stars reviews are fake!! They focus on money not on quality of the procedure!!! The hotel was ok!! They were nice but the procedure was very unclean! the operation was done by 2 young girls. one of them was quite nice... the other one was not wearing a protective mask... and she sneezed several times on my head during the operation while I had open wounds!!

For me it's already 3 years ago that i had my HT. The treatment itself was very painful at first because of the anesthetics. It telt like an intense burn under my skin. They pulled around 5500 grafts, an overharvestation for Just the front hairline. I've mentioned that i wanted to do my grown too. The "medics" were two Young, in their begin twenties i guess and they hardly spoken english. Medic one working on my left side and medic two on my right. Ill be mentioning this later on. From the very beginning i had the feeling IT was succesfull.Especially in the first weeks... Then the hairs fell out... I kept using the branded vitamins and shampoo they sold for six months. And now the result after this long time (so spare me the patience talks): - The back of my head now has a bald patch the size of a coin. I've mentioned this right from the beginning but i had to be patiënt. - The right part of my hairline is way worse than my left part. This is due the use of two separate medics without the equivalent experience. - i'm not able to do another HT for the crown. Whenever i get a haircut it's easily noticable something messed by Hair up. - IT is not as full as expected. Without combing the front Just looks like the hairs a used old toothbrush. - When you'll look closely you still see a red tint and some nerves are still broken. This means i cant have a clean shave either anymore! I would never recommend this to anyone. Even though Arenamed is relatively cheap and they do have a fancy website with a doctor you'll never see.

This is my second time here and the service is brilliant and last result i had was really good and that was the front. This second time they made the crown area and so far it looks likes, its going to be a very good result. I would definitely recommend Arenamed.

Shameful result! Very unfortunate I didn’t read these reviews before! Donor zone hair on the back/ side looks like after burn, it’s taken without accuracy and logic, leaving a horrible pattern and full of scars with no hair! Pity there is no solution and I will never get my hair short in the back/sides ever again! I remember complaining that girl making that was not accurate, however it was ignored as money were already paid. Be aware, and better look for professional clinic!

Professional, courteous, knowledgeable, clean and spacious facility, with an excellent reputation. I was a returning client of Arenamed , and would not consider anyone else for the procedure. Staff could not due more to make me comfortable, and was reassuring at every stage of the work. I traveled from the US for the FUE procedure. Prior to my visit the communication was superb. I was picked up and taken to my hotel which was a very nice hotel not far from Arenamed clinic. On procedure day I was greeted by the staff. The facility was very nice and everyone was extremely helpful. Procedure went well and the post op follow up was comforting.
