They will cost me thousands - read below for more info and drop a like once read & if this review stopped you from choosing these crooks Edit: added a further picture of a month in - they say this is “normal” obviously overharvesting is normal to them. This will cost thousands to fix - be smart and go elsewhere EDIT: As below the team at edge grande have lied again. I have never said anything about apologising for overreacting or anything of that nature. I had confirmed that I had discussed my concerns about over harvesting with them before surgery and they said they would be really careful. The area is badly overharvested in unsafe areas to take. I did not need anything more than 2000 grafts but when I had tried to discuss a figure they wouldn’t. I should have never come to estegrande. It will cost me thousands to fix with a proper hair transplant surgeon, not untrained, in qualified amateurs. Estegrande have unnecessarily overharvested my donor area in spite of me expressing concern about this prior to the operation with my interpreter, who confirmed with the surgeons. The response was that “they would not overharvest and be kind to your donor area” again this was all prior to the operation so there’s no excuse for this. Take a took at the pictures and judge for yourself if they were responsible. They have claimed to have taken 3000 grafts although the surgery lasted just 4 hours so it’s impossible for them to have implanted all of those grafts in such a short time. A similar operation took 8 hours at cosmedica for a similar amount of grafts. During the surgery I had turned around when they had “finished” implanting grafts and noticed many wasted grafts that went down the sink whilst they washed the utensils. I believe they took out 3000 as evidenced by my shot donor area but due to poor lazy practice, did not implant 3000, maybe half that and waste the rest. I have attempted to contact estegrande however they completely ignore you after you’ve paid. They say the overharvesting is “normal” however I did not have this same experience when I had a previous transplant at a more reputable clinic in Istanbul. The positive reviews are a from people that may not be wise to these practices, post it about the service or are fake reviews by estegrande. There’s a theme of their first review for 5 star estegrande followed by a few restaurant reviews (a sign of faked reviews). You will see below in their response to me that they will look to mitigate any responsibility for poor practices. Instead they will look to blame me. Like children that will never improve as they don’t see they have done anything wrong. They do not care about services only your money. I implore you if you’re reading this to not use estegrande for anything. Pay a little extra and go with a better clinic. I wish I had not been so quick to to choose them and properly read the negative reviews, too late for me but not for you. The “30,000” person experience are mostly dental for which they have experience. They are inexperienced and dangerous for hair transplant and should be shut down.

The procedure took around 6 hours and the doctors were amazing at extracting and transplanting the hair follicles , no pain whatsoever! Amelie was looking after me since the beginning of my first enquiry. She was always there to answer all my questions and give me the full support I required. Perfection at its finest from transfers to the actual surgery and the aftercare. Even now she still answers my questions if I have any and is always there after my transplant! Fantastic aftercare! Superb service. I had the hair transplant done last week and I can only thank Estegrande family for making me feel very comfortable at every moment. Special mention to BRANDON,;the hair expert consultant that has guided me through all the process from the very beginning will also follow all the process during the 1st year. All the transportation was perfectly arranged on time every day. Also at the clinic we had an interpreter all the time to guide us through the process during the day. It's been 9 days since the surgery was done and my head is quickly healing... The process seems smooth and I can't wait to see the nice results in 6 months.

Look fellas, I know it can seem sorta scary and intimidating to make a trip all the way to Turkey to get a life-changing surgery like this… but I came all the way from Canada and it was so worth it!!! In my experience, I found the technicians/surgeons/doctor that perform the procedure to be super professional, friendly, experienced, and understanding. They take some time before to analyse your situation so you know what you’re dealing with, but you can also be done the procedure before you know it! I’m pretty sure I got close to 5000 grafts so you’re not getting grifted. Also my consultant Amelie was absolutely wonderful, I am without words for how great she has been every step of the way (accommodations, traveling, appointments, questions and concerns, etc.). Even months beyond the procedure she continues to go above and beyond to check in and make sure I’m recovering well. Definitely recommend this place ^_^ But please be prepared, as you will have to shave your head when you get there and deal with some pretty scary scars for a month.

So i went over from London, very anxious about the whole thing as it was a big decision. Honestly este were extremely helpful and I'm only 10 days post hair transplant so far but the whole experience has been great and I can honestly say so far my hairline is already on the return and it feels amazing. Amazing hospital with Best team After doing my research for over a year, I finalized Este Grande for my hair transplant. I am 57 year old male from Canada. Some clinics refused the transplant, some were asking for crazy amount of money. From the time I landed at Istanbul airport, I was welcomed by their team at gate 14, they took us to Green Park Hotel, nice place to relax, next day driver picked me at 8:15 am, I went through blood tests, ECG and the procedure was explained, finished the transplant by 4 pm and dropped back at the hotel. My contact person Brandon was very helpful throughout the process. He was always ready to answer all my questions but never tried too hard to push me for anything. Everyone else was also very friendly despite most people I met spoke very limited English. On the operation day things were going slower than I expected and I hoped there could have been more communication. The procedure itself was about 6 hours in total and the only painful part was the anesthesia. There was a wash the next day and after that I was dropped off at the airport. Overall a pretty good experience. I’m hoping for good results!

My first operation for the front of my head was with different company they did excellent, I have a lot of density. Next year I wanted to do the back of my head but the price was higher. Because of my good first experience I thought it was pretty standard. So I went with Este grande for the back of my head. What a mistake. My first operation lasted almost 8 hours. Este grande told me they are putting same amount of grafs as the first operation .the operation lasted only 3 hours I don't think thay put even 1/3 of the grafs they took out .They just didn't care to do the work. I have no density my head is still bold.There I met another guy who was there for second time because he told me that after his first operation he also had no density I guess pretty much standard experience with this company. Lot of the reviews are done much before 8 months so people give reviews before they know actual results just because they were trited nice while there.Dont risk it with this company

Amazing experience from start to finish. At first I was very skeptical and nervous about the whole process and almost didn't go through with it but I am glad I did. The whole team communicated very well and made me feel at ease. And my results are better than I could have imagined, I went from a norwood 7 to a norwood 3 and am planning to have a other surgery with this company next year when all my healing is done. 5/5 stars. Had a very great experience with esteGrande. You get picked up from the airport, they drive you to the clinic, back to the hotel and to the airport again on your last day. Everybody was very friendly in the clinic and they took good care of me. The doctors were very nice and funny. My contact person was Bruce who was 24/7 available except if he had to go to a meeting for example. He always answered every question i had and still does now after me being back home. The man is a legend. I had two English translators, loved both, very friendly and sympathic, shoutout to them 😁 Overall; great experience, now waiting fort he results. 👍

I highly recommend esteGrande for hair transplants. This is my second time dealing with this company, having my first hair transplant in 2020, I wanted to add more density so I got back in touch with them and Rober was extremely helpful from the start. They organise all of your hotels/transfers and keep you updated all the time. On the day of the procedure the staff and doctors are all very helpful and professional which puts you at ease. Thank you estegrande I had a great time with esteGrande. The treatment I received by everyone involved was exceptional. From the moment I arrived I was collected and taken to the hotel which was extremely comfortable. I was communicated to very often during the days I arrived and throughout by Bruce and his team. Bruce even helped us with local amenities during our stay, he was very helpful and very kind. I was nervous about the procedure but they put my mind at rest and when I arrived at the hotel I also met another patient who I had a chat with and it encouraged me more to be relaxed and be happy to go ahead with the procedure. Everything was very well explained and they also have many tips and follow ups for the after care. It has now been 3 weeks and everything is pretty much back to normal and I am starting to notice a difference already, very small but better coverage all round, I know it will take a few months before seeing big differences. Everything was perfect. It's been two weeks and I'm still happy. Everything went as Jack promised me. They picked me up from the airport and took my family and me to our hotel.
