Estaworld
is
very
professionally
managed
and
handled
all
aspects
of
my
experience
from
beginning
to
end
with
a
lot
of
attention
to
detail.
It
started
with
my
response
to
a
Facebook
ad,
which
led
me
to
the
Milan
office.
Rosa
worked
closely
with
me
to
ensure
I
could
travel
to
Istanbul
smoothly
and
reach
the
clinic
without
any
issue,
even
in
this
very
complex
Covid
environment.
I
was
greeted
by
Rosa
and
her
Italian/English
speaking
colleagues
who
acted
as
ambassadors
for
my
visit
before,
during
and
after
the
entire
process.
I
would
like
to
acknowledge
the
outstanding
help
and
support
of
Defne
and
Cemile.
They
both
pro-actively
informed
me
of
everything
I
needed
to
know,
and
offered
many
flexible
options
for
how
to
handle
my
visit.
They
went
out
of
their
way
to
support,
answer
questions,
and
arrange
logistics,
even
being
available
at
off
hours.
My
Doctor
was
also
outstanding.
My
surgery
was
performed
by
Dr.
Arif
Turkmen,
whose
experience
and
manner
were
top
notch.
He
is
clearly
an
expert
in
the
field
and
I
recommend
him
to
everyone.
Since
I
speak
English
and
he
was
educated
in
England,
I
was
surprised
and
delighted
by
how
easy
it
was
for
me
to
get
my
detailed
questions
answered.
He
did
not
downplay
any
risks,
and
was
very
forthcoming
about
the
good
and
difficult
parts
of
the
procedure
and
recovery.
During
my
operation
and
two
night
stay
at
the
clinic,
there
were
two
primary
staff
members
that
deserve
special
note:
The
first
is
my
night
nurse,
Elham,
and
the
other
is
the
woman
everyone
calls
"Mama,"
Emine.
Just
to
give
you
an
example
of
Emine's
loving
treatment,
as
I
was
being
taken
to
the
operating
room,
she
was
rubbing
my
head
and
my
shoulders,
and
was
doing
everything
to
make
me
feel
calm
and
safe.
It
was
like
I
was
home
as
a
little
girl
again.
The
only
downsides
to
report
are:
1)
In
the
transport
vans,
I
felt
like
I
was
being
put
uncomfortably
close
to
other
passengers
2)
The
cleanliness
of
the
room:
Many
times
medical
implements
and
bandages
were
left
on
the
floor
3)
Some
of
the
nursing
staff
seemed
very
inexperienced,
for
example,
several
people
had
trouble
drawing
blood
from
me
4)
Many
of
the
nursing
staff
seemed
like
they
had
low
morale
and
didn't
enjoy
their
jobs.
All
of
these
downsides
were
able
to
be
overcome
because
I
was
not
alone.
My
partner
was
with
me
and
could
could
advocate
for
me.
Had
that
not
been
the
case,
I
believe
my
hospital
stay
would
have
been
really
uncomfortable.
Accommodations
at
the
Crowne
Plaza
hotel
were
quite
good,
and
the
staff
at
the
hotel
were
attentive
and
supportive.
While
it
is
not
a
true
five
star
hotel,
we
enjoyed
it.
Overall,
I
recommend
Esteworld
and
hope
many
others
can
have
the
experience
I
did.
