It is a 4star hotel with Alliance. Breakfast too weak!!! You can not find any Sausages and hot food such as omelet. Minibar is too weak too!!! There is no toothbrush, toothpaste and tissue paper. You have to ask for them. I did not use pool, bar and disco, so I do not have any ideas about them.

We came from America 3 weeks ago and since we are traveling through eastern Turkey. We’ve stayed in many hotels so far and didn’t have a bad experience overall . But receptionist in this hotel is a rude lady who has a very bad attitude. We stopped by desk yesterday afternoon and asked her if we can see a room before reservation and she didn’t respond and just shook her head and stood there without communication all the time. Even when we asked questions still she had attitude. She finally called a guy to show us a room. She gave us the price but we decided to reserve online and we just informed her. she told us to wait 30 minutes because she needs to get email confirmation for reservation which she didn’t say the truth because after 3 minutes she sent somebody after us in Lobby to let us know the room is ready. My advice to hotel’s manager; if you care about your customers and hotel reputation so please train this lady because she’s not professional for this kind of job when she can’t handle customers properly.

Everything that belongs to hotel is just perfect but the management of the hotel must be very picky for the customers( mainly out of manner) who do not know how to behave in the hotel. Especially in the spa, the cell phones must be not allowed in the rest area.. Visitors making noise should be directed out of the area..

Everything was perfect and very meticulous, from the service to the amazing breakfast. We will definitely be back again

They’re thieves! They charge me 1600 lira for only some very small drinks which you can buy around 300 lira at most in super markets infront of hotel They don’t tell you the prices and when you’re checking out will say that is our price!…

We were very unhappy during our two-night stay at this hotel. The parking lot of the hotel is very small and there was no room for our car. Hot food for breakfast is very little, it has only three models. The behavior of the personnel during the protest is inappropriate and they speak very badly. The massage parlor is awful, despite the earlier appointment, they did not let us in. The hotel manager also considers this disastrous situation appropriate and does not take any action.

It is located very Central. Rooms are Nice and clean. Breakfast was Ok. Staff is not very smily but service is OK. With price wise fine.

staffs are not friendly and helpful. they send a bill for water in room! they asked for passport should be in reception till check out!!! .... it's not a real 5 star hotel

I don’t even know where to start, this hotel has horrible customer service, receptionist is rude and dose not manner at all, Their room is dirty, in 2 days that we stayed so far they haven’t even vacuum the room. when we checked in there were so much trash under the bed, we had to call them to clean it, their shower and bidet in our room was broke and they don’t even checked it before giving the room to us. Honestly I’m surprised this hotel has 5 star, it shouldn’t even have 2 star. Oh and they don’t speak English! I’m not sure how someone can work in the hotel and don’t know simple English! I Do Not recommend it, save yourself time and money.

It is one of the best hotels in Van, which offers better services compared to other hotels, but the standards are lower than the Istanbul branch of this hotel.

I was very happy with the hotel. IMO most important thing about a hotel is hygiene and that's the main reason for my 5 star review. Hotel staff was very warm and friendly. I hat breakfast and dinner. It was good.

Everything you can access around. About the parking lot, there is a free place right next to the hotel in the corner of the alley if not full and a private parking next to the free parking cost 100 lira per day.

With its location in the middle of the city center, their professional staff, and well equipped comfortable rooms, this hotel is one of the best in Van. The room was clean and they provided a Sahur option instead of breakfast which was very nice. The hotel location is right at the center with many Mosques nearby which purify the soul. Sahur was nice, especially the fried eggs with cheese. I am taking three one star because there was alcohol in the minibar.

I don’t know how they are five star hotel. Even the guest relation could not speak Eng. for everything we should call 2 or 3 times and for example we ask for the ashtray they brought ice. We didn’t have bathtub in our room and air cleaner didn’t work. Parking place was awful. The reception lady was so rude and she didn’t answer for the error that they make. Breakfast was so usual and was not for the 5 star hotel. I’ll not come back again.

Polite and helping staff. But very little English they knew. Some farsi. Lacking descent services and even some basic ones such as enough napkins, water, spoons, knives and forks in the room.

A quality stay: The hotel is at the heart of the city of van. Not really close to ancient citadel of Tusba (Van Castel) but you can take a taxi it is cheap. The hotel designed in classic style. Everywhere is shining and clean. Stuff is caring and kind. Rooms are comfortable and clean. There is a minibar and lots of stuff. But you wouldn't need it because you are at the city center. You can reach anything in 2 min. walk away. I recommend this hotel. But the breakfast was little poor compared to same quality hotels. However you may be able to taste local food here. The worst thing is that the elevator only works with your room card and it is not practical. To sum up all, you will have a nice accommodation here for sure.

Great hotel for a really good price! Everything was clean and the furniture really nice. We stayed in the sixth floor and had a great view! The spa area is also really nice and clean with a sauna, steam bath and a hamam. There is also a gym and a pool in there. The hotel staff was really helpful and professional.

The hotel is located in the city center. There is a free parking by the side of the hotel. There is a nice spa and hamam. For the pool you need to use swimming cap.

The room was very clean which is something really important. The staff were friendly, the spa was great.
