Just slow poor service, the point of click & collect is to be fast and simple. I waited the same amount of time I would have spent shopping for the goods myself. When I finally asked the lady how long it would take she says we are short staffed and I'll go get your order? It's funny because she could have done that as soon as we arrived. The worst thing about this experience is that same checkout operator was just standing at the counter packing something irrelevant (in other words she was not serving or helping any customer) and it was not busy at all. After I asked her how long? She goes off ant gets my order in 1min🤔 Poor service!

I have never been in there much for some years but I believe it was quite an amazing joint to go with my uncle and aunt for some new bed linen and duvet and accessories which am amazed and they provide the best top quality homewear and household appliances which we get quite an amazing deal as my uncle and aunt knew that they could get some good bed linen at Briscoes as I knew that when my uncle and aunt came up from Tauranga and I informed them that I was due for some new bed linen and duvet and accessories, and they reckoned Briscoes was the best place to go and I knew there was a Briscoes in the Manukau Supa Centa and because my uncle doesn't know the area here in South Auckland and he doesn't have a GPS he has to rely on me to guide him and tell him where to go, because this is the only Briscoes Store in Manukau Central where I live locally and I remember when Briscoes here in Manukau Central used to be on Ronwood Avenue, but overall I'm very delighted with the new bed linen and duvet and accessories that my aunt bought for me while my uncle went into Rebel Sports and we are very proud of them for their wonderful service and great top quality homewear kitchen and bedroom wear and even camping equipment and Summer BBQ wear and very amazing deals and when they have a sale on.

Love shopping here. The shop has been remodeled and looks beautiful

Very big store. Bit slow at counter so I left without my goods i wanted to buy. 1 person was serving a customer the other not helping at all. Will never go back there again.

Nice presentation of items. Massive store too, didn't realise how big it was inside. Pricing is affordable and discounts are always on. Product Layout is setup in such a way you take a while to get to what you needed.

This store is under going serious renovation In my opinion I would close the store until renovation are completed The store looked like a big mess I also felt it was unsafe cause the amount of work and workers all over the inside of the store I walked out and travel to the next Briscoes store in Takanini Much better Purchase several items

Staff are like hens teeth you have to go through the hwole store to search for them. They are angry or grumpy dont smile or you feel like scared to ask for help or they are talking to each other socialising on the floor in a group or two having a laugh. Ummmm people need help. Not many of them know what they anything about any product . Some of the management are like angry people unfriendly. So now you just dont ask for help. Very sad

Rang for a product, friendly staff put it aside for me & were great when i picked it up.

Picked up my order of 4 x baking tins and of course, I couldn't resist looking around typically I left with a trolley of goodies that I didn't know I needed/wanted.

Specials are on holidays,best time to go here. Bought my winter duvets for a fraction of the price,get it peeps

I had a wonderful experience at your store in manukau and I was assisted by Awat who was so helpful in helping find the products and checked if the products I wanted were available in other stores too. Overall I had an amazing experience. Happy customer.

Good friendly staff at the counter😊 Charges me for my products and hands me my change. I turned and asked for a bag? He replied $1.27 cents for a bag. So fyi take your own bags or pay this ridiculous dollar 27 cents.

Great deal today. Been looking to buy new dinnerware for a while, but honestly everything either has patterns I don't like or is white. But today and until Sunday 25th there's 30% & 40% off many items - loose dinnerware, coffee mugs. Pictured is Lotus dinnerware in purple (it's actually grey with a slight purple tinge) with my Kmart containers.

Decent sized Briscoes outlet. Went to buy a pan and it was the usual one. Decent built quality

First time i went to Briscoes there was a 1 day sale and i love it. Wonderful towels, and a lot of things for your bed. Cooling bags and all you need for your everyday life!

This is a well laid out shop and goods are easy to view. Found the Staff very friendly and helpful. Do like this shop very much

I haven't been inside a large building since covid.I tried to buy on line but it kept crashing.So rang manager, who was real good with me calmed me down and I was still fearful but managed to get what I went for pĺùs💖🌹💜 I had someone Help me back to the car as was it was very heavy.They were so friendly and helpful. The store manager also honored the extra $10.00 off I would have got shopping on line thankyou so much 😊

Regulation Briscoes store at a very convenient location. Store is well stocked, although some popular items go out of stock often. Staff is nice and helpful. Clear signage of various sections of the store helps to find things quickly. Some or the other sale is always going on. Ample parking available in the Supa Center. Well recommended overall.

Very pleased with the service - went to exchange some curtains we'd bought from Briscoes on line . Service was great, smiles and very helpful. I can really recommend using either or both Briscoes on line or in store.

Moderate prices hard to find staff when needed, otherwise they carry good range of products.

I came here twice, and I was really disappointed and furious with the customer service here. The lady whose hair is short and curly was really rude to me when i came to the till and paid. I just came to buy my stuff which is pottery and easily broken but she didn’t ask me to put in the bag or need to wrap it and her attitude was really bad. The consequence was that i dropped it when walking out the store and it was broken. I hope the store will improve your customer service in the future.
