Ordered a Cappuccino in my personal mug for take away. Quite quick service. It was a Friday evening and it wasn’t too busy. Plenty of indoor and outdoor seating option. Looked very convenient and spacious place to me even though I was in a hurry. The place is spaciously designed with nice plant and wall decoration. The milk temperature of the coffee drink was a bit hot. The milk could be less boiled. Other than this little detail, the coffee was good. I also noticed the pre-grinded Turkish Coffee jar. To have a better fresh Turkish coffee taste, the beans should have been kept in a sealed jar or a sealed bag, and to be grinded right before cooking the coffee. Reasonable pricing for all coffee drinks. Overall rating 4.4/5 for a coffee shop.

So nice and elegant ! The ambiance is chill, the coffee is great, it is possible to come and work calmly ! Keep in mind guys that it is self service :) I'm still not use to go and bring my coffee to my table when the waiter is done preparing, I guess it's a Turkish way of Life. They have some juice and cheesecake too:)

Nice interior and good music. Ideal cosy place to work and hang out with friends . I had Turkish coffee and probably I should be back to try their coffees to comment on coffees. Welcoming could be better. A smile doesnt hurt much .

So far I haven't found another cafe in Istanbul that knows how to make an espresso like Hep Cafe. The staff is friendly and responds fairly quickly. It is a clean place, with good background music and more or less quiet. I recommend coming here to taste a good coffee and maybe a cake.

Location is very convenient with close proximity to the Osmanbey Metro station. The staff is quick to complete my order every time. It is clean, quiet and air conditioned in the hot weather. The Latte is excellent - perfect froth with the right amount of coffee. They also offer delicious croissants and other tasty pastries. Very good to get some work done on laptop too. Highly recommend!!! 5-star service!

It was difficult for me to find a good cappucchino in Istanbul and i found it here! It's really a very tasty coffee here. I so recommend this place!

The cafe has a pleasant interior with a spacious and quiet atmosphere, making it a great place to work on your laptop. However, I was disappointed with the Americano; it was overly sour and not enjoyable.

Lovely place with excellent tea and coffee.
