The Istanbul Epass was great!!! We had time contraints so we couldn’t make full use of it, but it did save us time for the things we did do. So we did more that we would’ve done if we hadn’t purchased it because with the pass we could skip long lines plus we had guides who gave great historical information. All the tour guides were knowledgeable and organized. The Epass also gave us a what’s app number where we could ask questions and this was super helpful. They always answered promptly and we’re always helpful. We plan to return to Turkey in the future and we would definitely purchase it again. Thank you!!

Our experience in Istanbul while using the E-pass has been incredible. My mom specifically loved the trip to Bursa, as everything could be covered within a day. The tour guide to Bursa was also friendly and enthusiastic. However, other mosque/museums guided tours was slightly challenging for us due to the short time gap in between tours. Therefore, we were quite rushed to get to the meeting point and couldn’t explore more. In regards to the E-pass application, I find it to be simple and convenient to follow. Hence, I didn’t encounter any difficulties in that matter. I would also like to add that I appreciate the support that they’ve added through this whatsapp group as it gave me some assurance to whom should I contact in case things go south. Overall, although we couldn’t explore as much as we wanted to (due to the extremely hot weather and lack of time) we were satisfied with our stay in Istanbul and would definitely put this city in our next bucket list to complete the rest of the activities.

Istanbul e pass is a great way to explore the historical parts of the city. My friend and I purchased a 3 day pass to explore Istanbul and the history that lays behind it. We visited Basilica Cistern, Sultanahmet Mosque, Topkapı Palace, Hagia Sofia and Dolmabahçe Palace. Thanks to this pass we got to skip some of the loooong queues, it was a blessing. Garbi was a very nice guide and he explained everything in detail and made sure people didn’t have unanswered questions. Gamze guided us in Dolmabahçe Palace. She has a lot of knowledge of the place and was very enthusiastic in her tour. She made sure everyone understood her and explained in detail. Her English is very fluid almost like a native speaker, hence why was very easy to understand and follow. Their WhatsApp support was also very quick. Thank you very much to Karim for instantly replying to my questions about the meeting points and other general questions. Overall a great experience. Wish we had some more time to do more tours. Maybe next time 🙃

Getting our Istanbul E Pass to visit the city has been a very good decision. Very wide attraction offer at a very competitive and affordable price. The Istanbul E Pass tour guides are amazing and they display great knowledge of the city, history and attractions. And the range of tour times is wide enough to fit your city visit planning. Also, you can reach them quick and easily by WhatsApp or phone. I would definitely and strongly recommend the Istanbul E Pass!

During my vacation days I took advantage of the 3-day Istanbul E-pass. In my opinion, the service offered was certainly highly satisfactory due to the variety of offers offered and the quality of the services offered. We visited the major attractions in the city using the guided tour which allowed us not only to access the various sites more quickly and easily but also to have a clear and comprehensive explanation of what we were seeing and visiting. The various guides we met during the visits always proved to be attentive, courteous and knowledgeable and all the excursions were therefore certainly very pleasant. In addition we also took advantage of the night cruise (with transfer to and from the hotel, dinner and show). Beyond the evocative night view of the city, the dinner and show offered on board were more than satisfactory and the driver proved to be an extremely kind and competent person. In addition, a small organizational problem during the booking and subsequent confirmation of the cruise was quickly and positively resolved by the customer assistance service. Overall, I consider the E-pass to be a certainly valid and convenient tourist proposal that I will recommend to friends.

My family and I would like to express our sincere gratitude to E-pass team for their support and quick response during our vacation in Istanbul. We had a great time with the E-pass and made sure to visit as many attractions as possible. We can assure that we will be using E-pass services again on our next trip.

Great service: Quick response to every query/question in complete, simple English; Supported with screenshots when explaining somethings and even shares audio files of tours when my internet connection was unstable to support streaming! I felt like I had a constant ‘consultant’ with me throughout my visit.

I’ll give three stars with a potential of four. To start with the positive side: very interesting price, and they are very responsive via a what’s up group and the were definitely very nice. What to be improved: the guides are nice, but I would have expected them to be more passionate about the tours. They will give you some information at the beginning but will not accompany your through the entire tour. And to avoid: Princess island tour via Istanbul E-pass. The provider they work with is completely incompetent. During our trip a huge fridge fell on e woman’s head seriously injuring her. No medical on board, and my paramedic boyfriend tried to help but they didn’t even had an emergency kit on the boat. A total shame!

You will have a special experience. Vacation days must be at least 5 days, leave unvisited objectives to return to this “mesmerising” city.
