Completely scam place , please be careful before get any pedicure or manicure, always ask for the price first before they do it for you. If you dont speak Turkish and they see that your are foreigner they will charge extra for no reason. I have lived in Turkey for almost 2 years and even i go there at least once a month , they tried to charge me 800 TL for normal pedicure and glitter color. One lady that work there told me that the girl that did my pedicure thought that i am foreigner, so basically they scammed me!!!!! Dont recommended. So dangerous!!!!

they were rude and rushed my nail art. i did not have a say in anything, and if i wanted to look at my nails the woman doing them would raise her voice at me to put them under the UV light and did not let me look at them. She also cut my finger and didn't put any antibacterial spray on it.

I don’t recommend this place for Anyone. For the first the take more money than what is should be (or what they say in the beginning) and second they take a picture and video of the clients without permission and publish it in the social media like Instagram which is illegal to do this

The nail technicians are good at their job. Doing the work fast and it looks good. I have nothing bad to say about them - they are doing their job. However the boss or the manager of the place should be ashamed!! The hygiene standard there is very low. They allow to use the same files and pliers(!) and every other tool after disinfecting them only with kolonya for every client. Not to mention that of course the sterilisation of steel tools does not exist in that salon. And looking at how many clients you have, I just pray that nobody catches a virus like HIV from that, including me. I was too shy to walk away when I saw that they don't sterilise the tools, but now I will know better. Also they keep a dog there all the time. The other bad side is that the man that sits behind the counter, probably the manager, told me to wait just 5 minutes, and in reality I waited an hour👍 Gel manicure with nail art costs around 900lira there. With that price and the huge number of customers you have you surely are able to afford sterilisers. Shame on you. I do not recommend.

İlk olarak sitede yazan fiyatlara bakarak gittim fakat diğer şubedeki fiyatlarıymış, bunun yüzünden düşündüğümden daha fazla ödemek zorunda kaldım. Diğer bir konuya da değinmek istiyorum bu da salonun hiç hijyenik olmamasıdır. Tırnaklarımı yaptırırken etrafa bakmak için çokça vaktim vardı. Hiçbir şekilde salonun temizlenmediğini düşünüyorum. Ayrıca sizde kullandıkları aletler sterilize edilmiyor. Herkeste kullandıkları aletleri sizde kullanıyorlar. Tırnak desen en basit işlemi yaptırdım o da beyaz tırnak. Resmen alttaki tırnağım görünüyor. Tırnağa şekil vermeyi de beceremediklerini düşünüyorum. Hepsi farklı bir şekilde. Birde Tırnaklar ın boyu minimal de olsa farklı. Beğenmedim ve tavsiye etmem.

Elfa Beauty, tırnak ve diğer bazı işlemler konusunda hizmet veren bir yer. Ancak sizi asla anlamayan çalışanları var çünkü İranlı, Özbek veya Türkmen personeller çalışıyor. Ne istediğinizi anlatamıyorsunuz. Geçen hafta Cumartesi günü de hep gittiğim yerde randevu bulamadığım için mecbur kalarak gittim. Ancak sonuç bir felaket... Pedikür ve kalıcı oje adı altındaki işlemlerin fotoğraflarını da ekliyorum. Üzücü olansa iki adet nail art (sözde) 60 TL ayrı para almış olmaları ki hiç beceremediler. Bir de memnuniyetsizliğimi dile getirdiğim halde asla geri dönmediler. Bence aynı fiyata daha iyi yerler vardır. Hijyen konusuna gelince de herkese kullandıkları aletleri temizlemeden ve dezenfekte etmeden kullanıyorlar. Bir daha asla gitmem ve kimseye de yönlendirmem. Toplam ödediği fiyat bu arada el ve ayak 860 TL.
