This review is based on my results. I had a full body permanent hair removal treatment for 8+2 sessions, total of 10 sessions over a year period. They guaranteed 80-85% success rate for this treatment. I followed all the instructions they gave me; not to get tanned, using lotion and scrubs they offered. The staff and management were kind and helpful yet the results were horrible. I would say that the success rate is for lower body 30-35% and upper body -50% ( negative 50 percent!!!). They made my upper body a lot worse than before…It’s not worth going through all-year -round pain every month for a very low success rate. Not to mention that I got burned many times and couldn’t go on a vacation for a whole year. So, if you are looking for real results then would not recommend it. I have to add that the staff is kind and helpful though.

I’ve started my laser hair removal treatment here. I did my first session and I actually recommend it. Treatment and contact service was good and quick. Easy to get an appointment. Prices are also really nice and difficult to find in other places around this area in Istanbul. I would only recommend to improve the conditions/ appearance for the living room and offices. I’m absolutely happy.

The most unprofessional place I have ever visited, with unqualified staff and bad management . In each session, a different girl would come who had no idea which areas to target, and it was clear that she had not trained enough on the laser machine. They do not plan the body, which leads to the omission of some areas and burning of others. In one of the sessions, the temperature was too high and I asked the woman to lower it because she was hurting me and she did not listen, and in the last session the device was without any actual heat and I think it was broken. I didn't feel any benefit in the arms and bikini area. I would never recommend visiting this place, there are many alternatives at similar prices.
