don't go to longevita, i came there to have a procedure back in 2019 i wired them money for the procedure a few days before i flew to turkey and they knew i takes a few days for the money transfer to go through so the day of my procedure i was in the waiting room i was approached by one the workers her name was tubal and she accused me on not paying i even showed the wire transfer receipt but she didn't accept it and said i couldn't get the procedure done so i had to go out and find an atm and withdrawal the full amount after i had already transferred them the money. very rude and disrespectful and very very unprofessional. first of all my review is fair and second of all i wasn't asking for a loan i paid you assumed i didn't pay when i did. ps you guys also over harvested the donor area and didn't plant the hairs properly but don't worry i'm going to Asli Tarcan i heard their better maybe they can fix what you guys did.

These guys are the best hands down! from the very first introduction to now my second procedure! the results are amazing! The team here in istanbul are very friendly and helpful! they make you feel very comfortable throughout your experience! Any issues someone is always on hand and respond very quickly! Big shout out to Beran the patient Coordinator and also gizem! Who have been very good to me! Also the surgeon ( forgot the name) was really friendly informative! These guys give the best and honest advice and not money motivated! No over promising! The results reflect in this!

AVOID. AVOID. AVOID!! They have destroyed my hairline and my face after a bad hair/beard transplant in Jan 2020. I was explicit in my expectations (natural finish), but they offer a 'one size fits all' approach. You will be left with hair that's plugged into your face/head, so the result will be like dolls hair. Do NOT go here!!

I used this comapny back in 2021 the photos you see on google are not what the place is like when i was there my hair transplant was done by 2 nurses the doctor came in punched my head and left leaving the teo nurse's to do the whole surgery very bad experience. And now after teo yrs have not seen the results that i was told would happen and i have very good hair some hair has grown but not all and part of my head is still num i have no feeling what so ever and when you tell them this they just try and get you to spend more total disaster.

This was my second visit to Turkey in 2 years and the service, treatment, hospitality, compassion, kindness and support was absolutely impeccable to say the least. From the moment my treatment plan was booked they kept me upto date with every single thing. My travel host Beran was amazing. He was very polite, kind and helpful in every situation. My whole itinerary went to plan as professional as before. The accommodation was great and intercity transfers on time. All the staff and surgeons at the hospital are so professional and friendly and they explain everything to you from start to finish. I had a very productive visit to Turkey and looking forward to my next visit in the near future 🤫.. Just finished my check up after my procedure yesterday and Am more than impressed how everything went. From the pick up at the airport and transfers to and from the clinic everything was very smooth. The clinic itself was spotless clean and the surgeons and nurses made me feel very comfortable and reassured. Zuhal was our point of contact and looked after me very well, she was very informative, reassuring and more than happy to answer questions and help with anything that was needed. Initially I was very nervous and sceptical about going to turkey but honestly after the experience I would highly recommend using Longevita, looking forward to seeing the results now.

I am writing the review whilst still in Turkey so everything is fresh. So far had a great experience and would definitely recommend Longevita, i approached them from a recommendation and glad I did. Great communication mainly via whatsapp and always had the answers to my questions. I find that everything was as they said the airport transfers were there as promised, the hotel was great, I ate mainly in the hotel as the food was on top form. The staff at the hotel were also great and couldn’t do enough to help me. A few days before I travelled I decided to take laser eye surgery through a different company and Longevita were very accommodating to help me get both surgeries whilst I was here. I was given the details for Mert who was very friendly and helpful, if I needed anything I would send him a message and he would respond quickly, very knowledgeable guy and could answer questions easily. He also advised me on my checkup of all my aftercare and sent me all the information on whatsapp to refer to when needed. The only thing I could say was a little bit disappointing was transfers to the hospital and back were not included, it was fairly easy to get a local taxi but I like to be organised and would have liked to known that I was being picked up and what time, especially as a lone traveller. I found the hospital was inly a short walk so decided to do that to get back and forth and was really quite refreshing. I managed to get some exploring time and enjoyed my visit. Thank you all and will definitely be recommending you to others!

Just would like to say experience I had at Longevita Istanbul. I know of around a dozen people, my friends and their friends and family have had this done for dental care Longevita. And to be honest experience, they said I had to go check it out myself as I wanted to have four crowns veneers. From the get go from the experience from the WhatsApp phone call from start to finish payments are super easy, the staff of super friendly, most incredible an outstanding technology I’ve ever seen. Sorry to say even though I am English to Istanbul equipment and technology is a different level altogether. The staff who I dealt with was incredible. The clinic 216 was absolutely mind blowing. The dental was a beautiful calming and to be honest I’m really taken back really do not know what to say because experience was outstanding professionalism had 24 crown, veneers three root canals and pain-free. Don’t ask me how I never had pain because I’m not a dental I would blow away myself. I would like to say the experience of Longevita from booking my flights, or shall I say, help me locate my flights being picked up in a beautiful Mercedes a class for leather seats, and the driver was super kind. And then the importance of the most beautiful an outstanding Arjaan hotel that Longevita arranged and book for me. The restaurant facilities, the whole hotel the staff was absolutely incredible. She was with me every step of the way and her English was excellent so she could translate if we needed with other staff. All the staff in the clinic were really nice and alway smiling even though some of them could not under stand me 😃 The local anesthetic was sore for a minute or two but not as bad as everyone made out, but after that it was seemless. All and all my experience was great and I'm thankful to all the staff at longevita especially Zuhal who was brilliant. I hope this helps someone in the future.

Great service start to finish. Easy phone consultation on 26th dec, was able to organise a transplant for 16th Jan with no hassle, which works for me as I’m a hairdresser and this is my quiet time. Was skeptical of a transplant in Turkey but the reviews and a personal recommendation from a client sealed the deal. Since I arrived everything was so easy. Beran, the patient coordinator looked after me so well and had covered all information before I’d asked my questions. He is a great point of contact and easy to chat to. The transplant was much less painful than expected. The surgeons, Jasemine Turgot and Bahar Kara were realistic with expectations and kept the hairline natural, which was a big plus. I have to say it's been a great experience getting my transplant with Longevita. It has been really stress free and I'm really happy with how the whole process went. Everybody was really helpful and friendly and looking forward to seeing my results when my hair grows in. Can't complain about the Longevita experience, everything was easy and detailed from the start. The initial part was rocky due to the fact I came out the airport and couldn't find my driver for about a hour but apart from that I can't fault them. I was under the impression I would have had to find my way to the clinic via taxi but they ended up placing me in a hotel next to the clinic which was handy. Everything was straight forward from the point onwards and was an overall great experience.

I must admit that I was initially scared to have this hair transplant and in a country I had not visited before....but my fears subsided two days prior to my travel. I was given a Paitent Relations specialist who answered any questions I had before and after the surgery. I was picked up from the airport to taken to a five star hotel and I had a driver to pick me to and from the clinic. The operation itself went really well and yes there is a very slight pain when getting the anetestic but after that you can barely feel anything. I particularly liked their attention to detail with pre checks before the operation and the after care after the operation. I would most certainly recommend Longevity.

Would I recommend Longevita? Short Answer: Absolutely. Long Answer: I had thought of it several times but two things turned me away. First, prohibitive price at home. Second, fear factor of going abroad. What if something went wrong? I’m very slow to trust these things unless a personal recommendation from a friend, and that I got:he was very happy with the result. So, word of mouth, the strongest advertiser going, is what made me take the plunge. My colleague gave me Longevita’s details and I contacted them. Customer service was second to none. They hold your hand from months before the treatment to months after, providing aftercare support, updates and extra advice. Very proactive. Berman, my personal guide, who helped order my taxis and arranged everything, was brilliant. I’d have been lost without him - literally, for there was a WiFi problem in the airport, by pure chance I got in touch with him, and he made sure I arrived safe and sound at my hotel. Price is excellent. Most importantly, end result seems to be excellent. I’m 9 months in now, full result not there yet, but it’s looking very promising. Would highly recommend. Some tips for improvement - a velcro headband after the treatment rather than the one currently being provided, After Care Support: rather than signing off ‘the Longevita Aftercare Team’, a name would be better.

Very organised friendly and professional service. My experience with longevita was so professional and calm. I was worried about the whole process but as soon as I landed in Istanbul straight away me and my companion felt at ease. I was first greeted by my assistant who had taken me to my driver (which was a fancy Mercedes luxury van) then taken to our beautiful CLEAN high class hotel. Then my journey began where the next day my driver came to pick us up to take me to my first appointment where I met my representative his name was Mert, Mert made me and my friend feel so safe and welcome in his country from the very start, he was so professional and friendly… made us feel so settled. Mert’s translation is spot on aswell so no one needs to worry about speaking to the doctors or surgeon. I was here July 2022 and I will recommend everyone to go to longevita, they are amazing 🤩
