My wife did an operation and she felt nothing after it. I recommend this clinic for people who care about their high standards.

My experience with Hestanbul and their team from the time we made contact online was fantastic!! They were there me from the time that I got to istanbul til the time that I left. My experience was great from the extraction to the insertion. Pain level 0 to 10 was maybe a 2. My tech checked my comfort level even 30 to 40ish minutes. She was there the whole time. Also she said that afterwards she would check how thing were going with my progress while I'm state side. Over all 5 star service.

Huge mess! I was very disappointed by the final results of my hair transplant at Hestanbul, as there was two people working either side the hairline ended up being very uneven in which they said it was down to swelling. Since the hair has now grown I was left with a badly uneven hairline and on one side the hair transplant was still thin you could see my scalp and the other side you didn't. A year has passed and after sending Hestanbul photos *Photo 1 is an example which they did accept responsibility and offered me to return for a correction but I'm sure are aware I declined!! Poor hairline and poor density on one side!! I've now having to seek a clinic in the UK to correct and I'm still conscious about my hair when I should now feel confident. Just remember getting cheaper isn't always the best option I found this out!! Since this post I have been contacted by Hestanbul who have informed me of their changes in staff and again have acknowledged their fault in their procedure. Hestanbul have offered for me accommodation and travel paid for along with correcting the mess they have made however I'm sure anyone would agree I really do not wish to return for a procedure with them again after what I have already been through. I already have had the hairline corrected in the UK and now will be saving for the density to be corrected 2nd photo shows hairline now thicker but density is poor I suggested Hestanbul to refund me £800 out of the original £1200 I paid them to help cover the cost of correction here in which they declined and said refunds are not covered in their guarantee. Please see photos of the poor symmetry and a year later the poor density which I have been left with. Thank you Hestanbul but I do not wish any further contact with you regarding the matter.

This clinic was just FABULOUS!! Starting from the consultation which was smooth and helpful by giving me every detail i needed to know about what's the best for my hair condition and what outcome to expect, then after deciding to hop on into my plan and fly to Istanbul, everything went super cool the guys are friendly and nice, also they all spoke english so i had no problem understanding what is going on around me even throughout my operation!! i mean, i had a fun time chatting with my doctors during my operation as well hahaha… BUUUUT!!! The only thing that wasn't good to go through is the traffic HAHA :D so anyway, now i can see my results almost clear just as my doctors told me, you guys deserve a 10/10! Thanks hestanbul that was a smooth ride for me and totally worth it, keep up the quality work!!

I put my details on online ads of Hestanbul, they contacted me within hours and I spoke with a very polite lady (she asked me not to mention her name for some reasons). She asked me to sent her my photos and then talked me through all the details and what works out best for me. I have been researching for over a year and reading a lot about hair transplant techniques so I had a very good idea about the consultation which I received. I was always worried about the pain and recovery period that is why I was reluctant to do it. I was told that there is no pain and recovery is very fast. So, I finally decided to get it done and send my flight information. I was picked up with a VIP car accordingly and taken to the hotel, day after took me to the hospital from 8:30 to 4, had the operation. Had a hair wash after 24 hours at the hospital, all as explained to me and very smooth. Very happy with the total experience, didn’t feel pain and it was definitely the best decision that I made in my entire life. I also received all my medication and aftercare. The only difficultly was that it was raining and had to wear a special hat (provided by Hestanbul) to avoid getting the rain over my transplanted area. I wanted to thank all the team at Hestanbul from the driver to the doctor who have been very sincere, friendly and supportive.

Their service was spot on and all as I was told before coming with the plan sent to me . The pick ups and drops off all at the right time and well planed. In August 2020, I did a full beard transplant in Istanbul through Hestanbul. All contact took place via Whatsapp and at first I had contact with Tara. An extremely nice and friendly person. Closer to departure, contact was maintained with an Abdullah. He too nice. I am very happy with the result so far, and my new beard. I regret nothing.
