you have the worst policy and take advantage of irregularities to keep money on the ticket, you do not have a solution to the problem encountered, you do not have a contact number only mail and poorly qualified staff, in short I lost money for that ticket to buy another ticket for the same route.

Overall, a nice place to buy plane tickets, people are helpful.

The company was good until I had a problem with my flight cancelation. After this the customer experience changed 180 degrees. I had to beg to them for information and the reply from them either came late or faulty. Their customer service was no help at all. More than this, they evem induced in error. Took the vouchers on my last cancelled flights as it was the fastest method of refund. Will use them in my next trip and this will be my last time doing bussiness with them.

Fast and easy booking.But: Vola is not like some years ago. If one flight date is wrong (by mistake) no more phone numbers available to change it fast. So need to send mails and wait responses. Also changing is costly, same amount like a new reservation. Conclusion: Do it wright first time

Great service! We manged to upgrade our booking by simply chatting to a customer service employee in just under 15 min. Definitely one of the best online platforms for traveling abroad.

The assistance is very responsive and solve any issue real quick. So the stars are especially for the assitance team. I will just have a suggestion: to clarify/simpify/corelate the channels of communication. Because, for exemple, on the website there is a chat that send you to the messenger on Facebook, than the answer comes on the e-mail. Maybe you can set a robot to answer and clarify this aspect to the clients on every communication channel before getting the explanation on the email.

We purchased a trip for multiple people in a country not requiring passport. Incidentally 1 of the stopovers we had to pass through a UK airport which was requiring passports. Not all UK airports require passport for stopover but this one did. The vola guys NEVER mentioned this passport requirement at all (only we figured it out but much too late into the trip for us to have time to issue passports). They did not reimburse any penny for the trip nor did they change our flight stopover, claiming it was our responsibility to know which of the UK airports require passport for stopover (duh! as if I m the travel agency!). They washed it over with their vague terms of service claiming the customer is responsible for their incompetence. Never fly with them unless you double check everything because it can lead to serious losses! 1 star only because I can't give 0 and publish this!
