It's a very nice,clean hotel. Breakfast is good. Staff are friendly. Will definitely come back again.

I highly recommend Ayass hotel four stars, we stayed at suite during Easter break which was spacious and clean and staff is friendly and helpful. Starbucks is downstairs, Spa is wonderful and hotel location is great. Hotel smell was great in each floor and corner. The hotel offered us affordable rates for suite and transportation. We will definitely stay at Ayass hotel again when visiting Amman in Jordan (photos for the hotel and from our suite)

Spacious room, very comfortable. Lots of storage space, safe box, fridge, iron and board. Good size bathroom with properly closing shower door. Well illuminated and wide mirror. Breakfast had a good choice of food for every taste. Fast service. Fast Wi-Fi, you can also use VPN. Another convenience was the ATM right next to the hotel entrance and a pharmacy across the street. Very secure hotel and nice area.

Amazing service and the best value for the money. This is my second stay at this great hotel. Wonderful staff, you always feel welcomed. I stayed there for a week, and it was a Great experience as was my last one. Breakfast was of great quality. The staff at the restaurant were very welcoming. The variety was great, there is something for everyone. The best part was the complimentary access to the gym inside the hotel. It’s a membership gym, but it’s free for hotel guests. It’s a full gym, clean and modern equipment and also great staff. There is an indoor swimming pool as well. The other great part is the 24/7 Starbucks at the lobby area. This is the best pick for long stay. The rooms are spacious, daily cleaning service, large parking lot, and easy access to the main road. The location is one of the best makes it easy to commute to anywhere within Amman. Overall, highly recommended, I don’t think I will explore or try other hotels from now in. This is my favorite spot: amazing service, full gym, and 24-7 Starbucks. It hits the spot.

My husband & I were very glad that we stayed at Ayass Hotel. Great location! The room was clean & comfortable. We felt very safe with their security measures. The staffs were very friendly, knowledgeable & helpful. Special thanks to Mr. Ahmed Zaben, Ms. Malak, Mr. Ibrahim & Mr. Ahmad the bellboy. They made our stay so much more enjoyable. There are also no problem finding food as d Hotel is situated in "hungry street" meaning many food choices abound. Highly recommended Hotel to stay in Amman.

If you're looking to have a great spot of stay in Amman without paying high prices, then this is the place, the hotel is super clean and secure, right in the heart of west Amman, very near to so many attractions of the capital, dinning and conference options are amazing, a parking spot is available and adjacent to the hotel, the staff is amazing and super friendly, I totally recommend this to short travellers, family vacations and business trips.

Great rooms but bad food.

I joined the health club three months ago, and when I started my membership, I was informed that the cost of facility visits was 5 dinars. However, when I brought my children with me to swim, I was surprised to be told by the staff that the club management had changed and the prices had increased. I objected to this because the agreement was based on services and prices that were agreed upon at the time of pre-registration at the sports club, and they should not be modified until the end of the subscription or its renewal. I approached the employee and asked her to communicate with me on behalf of the management to discuss my objection. I provided her with my phone number, but so far, no one has contacted me.

Good place to stay as convenient location. Lot of eating and shopping options close by. Good breakfast layout and efficient staff.

We have been two weeks in Jordan and the Ayass Hotel is the best hotel by far! Rooms are spacious, well furnished, shower pressure is excellent and the water is very hot. Beds are comfortable. Each room has its own thermostat, allowimg you full comfort. Included with your room is a complimentary breakfast at the hotel restaurant. The breakfast buffet is amazing. American coffee, pastries, toast, and eggs cooked to order. The restaurant staff are friendly and attentive. Regarding lunch and dinner, the restaurant has a generous and affordable selection.

One of the best hotel ever. Their manager Nader is very professional and offered us very nice room. Abdulrhaman from the house keeping staff is so professional and honest in his work. the whole staff is amazing. I will come back again for sure in the near future Insh Allah. the location is amazing

I only used their gym. It has all what you need basically. The staff are helpful. The young hijabi lady behind the desk is great. Her service is top notch. Gym is gender restricted btw. Men from 4pm to 11 pm, a mixed gender time is 7 am to 10 am and ladies only between 10 am and 4 pm.

I loved the hotel. Atmosphere is nice and staff are really friendly and helpful. Rooms are super clean with good and nice view. Location is also good. I recommend it 100%. Enjoy your stay 😍

It's on a main street Almadena Almonawaraand near many restaurants Starbucks coffee is part of the hotel. I recommend it.

A better choice than the Geneva Hotel. However, I would give two stars for their food service management but not the food which was of good quality. Starbucks on the premises.

Overall people who work here are very nice. But the two ladies who went above and beyond are Malak and Sarah. Very helpful and thoughtful. Location is a bit tricky as you seem to need to fight for your life to cross the street. But you want to stay here because of their services and kindness of the people.

Terrible experience which left a bad taste after an excellent 15 day tour of Turkey and Jordan. Avoid at all costs and if travelling with a conducted tour or booking through an agent specify not to be booked into this hotel. "Premier" rooms have windows opening onto a wall. A nightmare for claustrophobic. Beds have the worst mattresses I have slept on. We had to sleep on the floor. Even the in room telephone was not connected. The " mamager" at the front desk was totally unhelpful and with a callous attitude.

Our last day at Jordan became a nightmare when a room with no window was allocated to a claustrophobic guest whi couldn't sleep the entire night. It seems that room was given because it was a group booking with an agent. Anyway try to avoid this hotel at all cost because it has nothing around it for a non jordanian tourist who is visiting Amman. The only good thing was they packed good breakfast for us which unfortunately we had to leave at the airport

Good location, clean rooms and attentive staff. Lifts are a bit noisy and require maintenance. A good place to stay for a short duration.

Nice size rooms and very friendly and good service. But the hotel is showing bsigns of wear and could use a refresh. I room AC unit could be serviced as well to make them quieter. But overall still a good place to stay

This hotel is quiet and simple and has a wonderful gym. I see that most of its guests are Iraqis and they are all good and respectful, so I offer this hotel my respect.

The hotel was amazing, close from downtown (3 JOD Taxi) and the neighborhood was safe. But the cherry on the top was the service and the staff were very kind. I have claustrophobie and I got a room with a very nice view but the window couldn’t open, so they change my room to a suite because they have no available rooms and this made my day! 🥰 Definitely don’t hesitate and book here! 👉The pictures from the suite

I don't know about the rooms.. but it's a fantastic hotel.. we got to use the hotel's event's hall and it was absolutely brilliant.. the service is beyond amazing.. food wise it could be better.. but it definitely served our purpose.. highly recommended 👌🏼

Few things to keep in mind: 1) There is a pool but it's not a private hotel pool it's part of "Vault Gym" so you don't get a towel there and you need to wear a bathing cap to swim there. You can get a bathing cap for 3 JOD. 2) the room itself is fine but the shower pressure could be better 3) There is a mini fridge available in the room + safe + water cooker which is nice. Overal the service and the parking is excellent.

My brother had his wedding there and it was amazing😍 the staff was helpful and the food was delicious! I’d like to see more attention to details. For example, when the water bottlers are empty, they should get new ones without me asking. Overall, very recommended.

The food is so delicious and everything is so clean, they have a spacious parking and you can drive freely in it and sometimes a helicopter can land in it (specially in weddings). Wishing from them to keep the good work.

It was my pleasure to do my graduation party at Ayass hotel ,, everything was PERFECT, the food was so delicious, the service was perfect , the staff are really helpful ,the hotel was clean. I would never regret this experience. SPECIAL THANKS GO TO MR EMAD, he is so kind and cooperative, he did a great job and supervised every point till the end of the party with his great assistant Sara. Parking lot was full, need more spots. But hotel looks nice. Staff is friendly. VIP lounge on roof top is great.

I went there for a party the place was great and fancy for the decorations but they charged for the parking although it was free for the hotel visitors , the food is not delicious at all , although it was a boufet but nothing was tasty at all

Reasonable place to stay
