The food is good but there is garbage and decaying seaweed all over the shoreline, giving off a really putrid smell when the days get hot. If youre going to charge so much for the food, why dont you use some of that money to clean the beach area near the restaurant?

Wholeheartedly recommend this place! Great seafood and fish, lovely staff, beautiful view, the best location - right on the beach, big parking nearby and the BEST cocktails to enjoy there or take away with you on the beach. We love it here and we're always happy to come back.

Unfortunately we didn't get the chance to eat here, but I used to come here when I was younger and I will always love this place. Nice beach view, loads of people and the menu is rich. Will definitely try some fish next time I come! PS: someone from one of the tables took a cute picture of us and offered to send it to us. Such a nice surprise!

AVOID AT ALL COST. had no idea that french fries and squids could be so disgusting. To add insult to injury, everything was served cold. When I told the waitress the food could be warmer, she only shrudded her shoulders so I needed to tell her to heat it up.

The location is great, situated in a small golf of 2mai. The place looks good, but the services are not that great. You may wait long for someone to get your order or for the food to arrive, but you can enjoy the view. The food however is good but not great. For that kind of price I am expecting more quality. We had a pleasant meal on the seashore, right next to the waves as the moon rose above the horizon. At the moment (21 june) this was the only place in 2 mai, where all the fish mentioned on the menu were in stock. The service was quick, and the waitress was very nice.

Paid 80 lei for 2 soups, a beer and a lemonade. The prices are extremely high. But, the food was good. Please reconsider the prices, because they are just a bad joke. Not to mention that there were decomposing and bad smelling algae right in front of the restaurant. Frankly, the whole "resort" is a joke and a tourist trap.

Love this place, good food, good service, they happened once to take amazingly too long to bring the food for our kids - whilst everyone else at our table already finished having theirs. They compensated proactively by bringing some dessert on the house and reacted well to our jokes and slight sarcasm. Music is by far the best there is at any other restaurant in the area nearby.

I'm only reviewing the restaurant. So first of all, the view is amazing, and anything you want from an authentic fish restaurant, but for our experience this is where the good things end. We got in a very crowded day and hour, but we found a table. The terrace is very big, a lot of tables but incredibly few waiters. We scanned the qr for the menu and waited between 20 to 30 minutes for someone to take our order. I ordered the mussles which were served cold, i found sand and a wierd taste, definately it was not fresh. Then i had a "Lufar Saramura" that was neither good or bad. The fish was fresh but the sauce was ordinary with nothing special. A friend had a pork stek that was really tough to chew. Fortunately the waiter that attended us was really nice and understanding so we did not pay for the Mussles. The place had goos reviewa so i was really dissapointed, maby i got there in a bad time, but that was my experience

The restaurant is fine (and has great views) but don't make the mistake to book accommodation. The bedsheets were dirty (I found hair and traces of lipstick!) and there was a loose, rocky toilet which caused an inundation. Also, you can hear everything and the party downstairs doesn't stop until 2 am in the morning.

Both the food and service can feel like a bit of a lottery, but usually you win. Most of the times my experiences there were quite good, but I've also heard unhappier stories from reliable acquaintances. The seafood is nice, even though some of it is frozen. At least they are honest enough to tell you, and the waiters' recommendations don't disappoint P.S. There's decent parking available, which is important in the area.

We had seven nights rented a small room on the beach and a spot to put our tent. The services are bare minimum, like a small bathroom with toilet and shower, power soket, a medium bed (large enough for two adults and one small child), towels, toilet paper 1 per day, soap (only two small pieces), clean sheets, and a small cabinet to put your stuff. What is missing is wify, tv, AC, cooler, a place to put your clothes, a place to put your luggages. The beach in front is poorly maintained, i had to dig out weeds, and clean the sand for garbage and algaes. Still you have to take into account that the place is a fishing village, next to our rent there are the fishermans boats and amneties. All in all it was a bit wild experience, but being from sunrise to sunset on the beach is wonderfull! The kids were delighted and they really enjoy it. Another advantage was that we shared our vacantion with another two families, so we had three rented rooms next to eachother, so we benefited of a large space in front of the small beach houses. A great plus is the large parkinglot free of charge The restaurant is the best, with good food and great music, frendly staff!

Not great, not terrible. The food was average, we all had different types of fish. Some was good, some was ... not so fresh. I don't regret going, I wouldn't necessarily go again

The place still has its romantic atmosphere. Service was good. Waited about 40 min for food but we expected this because the place was almost full. Food was good.

A place where we really feel being at sea shore. We know this place since it was smaller and when Temple Sea was also functioning. Always a good experience, even if crowded at times, sometimes even very good. We visit it almost every time we reach the sea shore, food does not excel, but it is good, fresh, never had any problem. Popular, warm place.

The location and people are great, but the accomodation on the beach is equivalent with a tent with toillet. Did not even have a glass in the room, the matress was old and the bedding not changed at regular 3 days. Every shower ment water in the room, no mop or other cleaning method to not walk on wet floors. I would not recomended for more than 1 night.

The atmosphere in the restaurant is very good and cozy, the food is good although the menu is a bit lacking in my opinion. The servers are friendly and its overall a good place!

Very good food, as always, pleasant place, next to a beautiful sea, we come here any time we want to eat some fish and feel the old days of a fishing village.

Pitoresque place with beatiful sea view. The bad thing is the way these people charge for the fish they serve you... meaning extremly expensive... especially if you accept to order fish priced per 100g... they will never brings you to see the weight receipt... but for sure they will charge you double and even more... take care... don't let these people put their hands into your pocket! Not recomanded!

The location is nice, so is the music. Prices have increased a lot and somehow the vibe is not the same as a couple of years ago, but still a nice place to eat fish near the black sea

The fish and seafood are excellent here. Clean bathrooms. Great selection of rock music, cosy place by the sea where nice people come to have a good time.

The beach is smaller than other places such as Vama Veche, but large enough to host multiple tents. The restaurant serves very good food and it's pet friendly. Good music and vibes overall.

Kinda expensive, it has poor food, the fish sour for example is made with little fish, not big chunk like other places. The menu is limited and sometimes with missing items. Drinks are very expensive and bartender doesn't seems to know how to make a proper cocktail despite the numerous bottles stacked in front of him. As advantages, I could count the cool kids playground, music quality and a nice shadow for tables outside.

The review is covering only the restaurant. Ok food, with something for everyone. Regular portions. Good breakfast as well. Enjoy it when you get a table on the beach. Under the roof is not as poetic. The service is a bit slow and the place is super crowded during weekends. Payment by card is available. If you want only something to drink, you can order directly at the bar.

I recommend this place to anyone who wants a good meal for not much. The ambiance is atipic to the era. Good vibes. And they have little houses on the beach.

Very well placed, directly on the beach. The meals are generally quite good, also have been coming here for 6 years now. The staff is not constant from one season to another so the culinary experience can differ, but on average I like the place and visit it every year. If you viait 2 Mai, do not miss it!

I waited 1 year to return to the Little Golf. Unfortunately, the fairytale atmosphere disappeared ... I think the cook was changed to an untalented and unripe one: soups served like in the canteen, the main course - a lot and stupid, potatoes drowned in oil, the fish - over neither boiled nor fried. Serving staff: careless, tired, without hospitality... Very large portions probably only to justify the prices as high but unfortunately half are thrown .... I left sad and ashamed of the friends I had brought with us ! All that remained was the view ...
