    Good overall service . The receptionist was friendly and gave special group discount . The guy have provided extra cleaning due to COVID situation . Location close to most attractions. Multiple Room options 2 Bed room with living room , 1 bed room and 1 bed room with living room . Room rate varies based on season, ranges from 450 SAR for 1 BR to 900 SAR per night for 2 BR ( this was peak rates during Eid break ) Ample parking space at the back of the hotel .

    Only the location is great. Hotel is very dirty, bathrooms are dirty.

    Check in must be after 4:00 pm. I didn't like to wait till 4:00 pm since I came by car after 14 hours driving. The noise from other room are loud. No restaurant accept to deliver any meal because it far from city center of abha.

    Very Calm and quiet place. Clean, comfortable and hygienic with nice reception staff. Highly recommended for stay.
