This place is only 9 months old, very neat and clean, good quality beds, quilts (pillows were a bit fat so gets a bit difficult to sleep on them), quality of tiles and furniture was very good. 2. Fridge, microwave, hobnob and toaster are available if you want to do some basic heating and cooking (if you plan to do that). 3. Breakfast is served in the room which in totality is adequate for 2 people. They were you a plate of eggs, small platter of olives, cheese, crackers, foul bowl, something sweet (French toast or cake slice), black tea in a thermos, Labneh and juice (we asked them to not send juice so they sent us yoghurt instead). But if you are particular about your tea or coffee, take your own supplies. 4. Some things in layout of the bathroom could be improved, eg. Towel rack is above the flush, which has hooks for hanging but you can't hang anything there cause there is no space above the flush! Also they need to add another shelf for placing our own toiletries, the sink is inadequate. 5. This place is a bit far from the city centre so you can't walk to any place for dining, get an uber or careem. But sometimes uber or careem didn't come, either cause of the location or cause we were paying on card. Tip: pay cash and my guess is they will show up. Plus point of the location: its a good location for travel to Soodah (e.g. Visiting Rijal Almaa) and everything in Abha is accessible at 8 to 10 mins. 6. The staff is extremely helpful in everything. Bathrooms are new and well maintained, the views from the suites and upper cafe are amazing but what really separate this place from the many others is the wonderful staff👍🏽They were very courteous and super friendly. They helped making our stay an unforgettable experience. From the delicious breakfast served (either to your room or on the cafe on top to enjoy the view) ,the Saudi coffee served as a welcoming gift, the quality of the facility and the overall lux outlook of the hotel and staff to the checking and checking out process which was just the icing on the cake!
