Experience is amazing. Staff is very cooperative. Cleaning is superb. Enjoyed the trip. So far they have maintained it. Location is also great and close to all spots nearby by abha city. The staff manager Abu mohammad is very cooperative. Thanks Raf staff for providing such a great hospitality.

It is a very good hotel neat and clean , small kitchen . Facilities like tv, fridge ,electric stove and cattle are available...... a good turkish restaurant is also just outside the hotel ...... The hotel is very near to to green mountains and all the tourists places like cloud walkway, alsouda park , waterfall park , aseer park, high city etc.. are at close distance.. There is a good parking space available around it.... The day we entered there ,they served us complementary tea and arabic coffee .It felt like a blessing in a very good weather outside, they also provide extra mattresses for kids ..... Hot water was available ... washrooms are not too big but they are clean (not comparing to a five star hotel). Rate are reasonable as compare to other hotels in abha specially in eid season.

Clean rooms. Friendly staff. Ideally located in the city, all the attractions are close by.

We did not stay here. We went there to check out. It was clean and spacious. But had a smell which might have been from the old carpets / furniture or from being unoccupied for a few days. We did not like the odour. The location is good.

Very clean with Great service. Worth the price.

Good value. Spacious room, easy parking, clean, several dining options close by. Friendly and helpful staff. Downside: The only window had frosted glass, so you cannot look outside which gives an odd feeling.

Didn’t like the place. Although the staff are friendly and cooperative; the place wasn’t up to our expectations. Pricy and doesn’t worth it.
