I have been a client at the hotel for many years often staying months ata time. During my final stay in which I had stayed one week, the manager had sent me an email saying that due to hotel directive since payment was not settled they are taking my stuff out of the room. It’s important to note that we always settle our payment upon check out which was never an issue. This happened while I was away at work. Payment was not the issue!!! Please do better for your other guests because throwing people stuff out on the lobby is honestly disgusting!!!!

A home from home experience. Warm reception on arrival from the eversmiling Rahel. A great place to stay with its vicinity to Bole Intl. Airport, the local coffee is one to really have a cuppa. It was worth the stay and is still one to look up if travelling to Addis Ababa.

Conveniently located and fairly priced. If you need a place that is in the middle of Bole, also wish to wander around to enjoy the night life, this is the place for you. It is a clean, cozy and quiet place and also very near to the airport, 5 minutes max. Parking is an issue but it is bearable. I would recommend this place for foreigners who are coming to addis for a short stay and looking for a decent place for an affordable rate.

Nice food, clean, every thing in order

Rooms were small but tidy. They aren't that much luxurious. Service was ok. But location is what I like most.

It was a brilliant experience throughout - the folks here are incredibly welcoming and friendly; Saron was an absolute gem every step of the way, from booking all through to the stay. Fantastic place!

I am staying at this hotel for a second time. It was re-opened recently, and my experience is even better than before. The hotel is located centrally in the Bole area close to the airport and where most of the exciting restaurants, coffee shops and the best entertainments the city has to offer can be found in walking distances. The rooms are clean, very comfortable, and the staff are amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable to the extent we felt part of the family. The overall quality of the hotel is of a higher standard all amenities function and staff are very attentive and respond to any request promptly. This hotel is family friendly, the area is quiet and the FREE shuttle service and delicious breakfast is a plus. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the city for a professional visit or that well deserved vacation.

I highly recommend this hotel for anyone who is traveling either outside the country or they wanted a little getaway aka staycation. Their customer service was beyond my expectations. Everyone was so nice and friendly. We stayed two nights, their room was specious and super clean. Their room service was quick. I love everything and I’m definitely staying here every time I come to Addis.

Good location close to the Bole airport, good customer service, clean and comfortable room, with breakfast and shuttle service.

So unprofessional front desk they charge as 1,000 ETB because of lipstick on pillows that’s so ridiculous what kind hotel charge for cleaning not recommending to anyone

I only tried the cafe (lobby area). It’s very clean, peaceful and amazing. The staff were also very polite and humble. Their macchiato is also awesome.

A Beautiful and clean hotel with a great location at the Bole area. A short walk distance to the most well known restaurants, coffee shops and shopping Centers. All the stuff were incredibly welcoming, super nice, very kind and friendly with their exceptional services. I really appreciated their attitude and attention, thank you for being so helpful and making me feel at home. Amazingly wonderful experience in an astoundingly beautiful hotel! Good rooms and OK value for money. Water wasn't hot for showers and phone in the room wasn't working. They also kept asking us to pay cash and not credit card! We put our foot down and they accepted credit card payment

Addisina hotel for Abyssinian

I stayed in Addissinia hotel for three days in June 2019. I have enjoyed my stay a great deal. My room was very clean, peacefull and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and cooperative. It is the best hotel to stay in Adddis Ababa for such a reasonable price. I definitely will go back again.

Excellent hotel staff! Chefs at this hotel put out delicious food varieties. I hope management reward their excellent staff generously. Addissinia’s proximity to the new football stadium will make it prime! This hotel is my first choice to get the best deal! Thank you all at Addissinia!

My husband and I stayed at the Addissinia for almost three weeks and loved it! This was our first trip to Ethiopia and we met some wonderful people. The hotel staff was very kind, gracious, hard-working, and hospitable! We felt like the hotel was very clean and we enjoyed the food. We would definitely stay there again!

There are no words to describe this hotel. From cleanness to service, food, and housekeeping. Owner & supervisor are always on duty. So far, I have stayed 14 days. I don't have any plan to move . Simply amazing
