Great hotel, I previously stayed at NG and this place runs circles around them. The overall quality and structuring of the building is better, it was more affordable and provided much better service. We had 1 mishap with the wine, where we ordered wine and it took 45min to arrive. A small hiccup most probably caused by the waiter and not the hotel itself. I'm quite satisfied. I've taken the liberty of photographing the quality of food (which was excellent).

Huge hotel with nice service. Staff is friendly. Nice mix (unisex) pool with two nice water slides. Couldn't try spa but at least seems to be clean. We have stayed with 4 people (2 adults & 2 kids) in deluxe room with bath tube. Quite large. I can not say it for the double bed & the extra bed. We have got an extra bed and it is not so comfortable in double bed with my wife and my 4 years old son. Food is lovely. Breakfast and dinner is included within the room price except drinks. (Hot drinks and water is served for free) Dinner is perfect with more than 10 main courses, lovely desserts, and many side dishes and starters. Around 16:00 they serve some cookies and tea & coffe for free. One of the best hotel around.

Nice hotel rooms were very good size and cleaned. The spa good little bit crowded and children. Normal breakfast and crowded . Very hard to find someone who speaks English or can communicate with you.

You guys are number one! we came as a family last year. We had a great tıme !!If we haven't forgotten to write thıs review, you can Imagine how happy we left the hotel! The quality of the food was excellent, The staff were excellent we had a very nice holiday, Thank you so much Akrones Otel!!! We will be back 5/5*********

An average hotel with average cafeteria style food. The target audience is not foreigners. The spa is nice. Located next to an outlet mall. That is nice

This place never fails to disappoint, 2nd time being here. Stayed for 5 days. Spa facilities are amazing, men and women separated; you can also book a private room with all spa facilities in which you get a small pool- No cameras. Very family oriented place, activities and pool indoor and outdoors. Continental buffet provided for breakfast and Dinner included in the price. Chefs cook food behind the counter- you can adjust how you want your food made. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. The whole design has a luxurious feel and spa like. There is always some entertainment every evening in the lain lobby which you can enjoy. Highly recommend.

We enjoyed our 5 days holiday as a family. The hotel is beautiful and super clean. We stayed in a family suite (2 rooms, 2 bathrooms). The beds are soft and the bedding is velvety and fresh. The range of food is fantastic, from green herbs to traditional cuisine. The number of dessert types and fruit served is wonderful. The personnel is polite, accessible, and very helpful. The hotel contains several types and sections of pools, we've enjoyed the thermal outside one the most because of the contrast of cold snowy weather outside and the hot thermal water inside the pool. There is a fitness place in the hotel which is well equipped. All services are available throughout the day, 7:00-22:00, which is great to plan a slow day to rest and enjoy the holiday. Among the additional benefits, the hotel offers massage and skin care services, which we've enjoyed as well. The hotel location is convenient, it is a 5 min walk away from a shopping square where there is a number of popular brands are gathered. Thank you, Akrones.

The hotel is magnificent ! I have never seen a building that beautiful in my entire life 😍 The spa is perfect, I couldn’t ask for more, the rooms are just like the pictures, the fitness room has everything we need, overall every bit of the hotel is clean, smells lovely and beautiful, but there is a catch. This hotel desperately needs some new organization, it really looks like judging by the reviews that this hotel is losing it’s splendor. And that’s kinda sad, because the personnal is the only downside of this place. I hope everyone that works in Akrones is doing well and I wish them the best, and hope that all the bad reviews will help you all to fix these problems. Again, I really hope you guys will react to those 1 star reviews and correct those shortcomings. Best regards, Samet

Fantastic hotel don't look any further food is wonderfull rooms are big and clean there's a shopping mall right next to the hotel
