What a dissaponting experience for a 5 star hotel. I'm not quite sure what we paid for because litteraly everything was extra. Softdrinks, tea and coffee through the day. Billiards, bowling, games for kids all extra. Condition of rooms, thin walls, ancient tv. Our first room was way to small for a family of 4 and dead mosquitoes all over the ceiling. Staff seems rushed all the time. We are checking out tomorrow and won't be coming back.Of all the places we ever stayed this is the most disappointing hotel ever. It would be OK if it was. Just a 3 star hotel and they didn't charge what they do. But it's a dissaponting no from me.

Great place to stay in with the family. We always spend 3 weeks of our summer in this hotel and we keep on coming back again and again and again!

All good I am not termal hot waters lover but very good open buffets and good rooms..

Facilities are a bit outdated. But if you are looking for a child friendly hotel Korel is a good choice.

5star hotel there but internet service is sucks also other thinks. I dont recommended

too crowded, smelling very badly, trying to rip off starting the very first step in. worst hotel i have ever stayed in and i have stayed in at least 100 hotels. don't go don't send your loved ones.

Spectacular hotel with very good restaurant. Staff is kindly and helpful. Amazing pool with hot water open till 22:30, many available facilities.

First if all, the entrance should be re-designed. Also the 5 PM break should be including only light deserts and pastries like croissant, rooms should be treated better. Staff is always in a rush, minibar should be more filled (Mountain Dew, Doctor Pepper, Coke, Ice-tea etc..)

The hotel is great. Rooms: tidy and clean, some items are not new, but they still look nice. Staff: smiley and kind, they will help if you have any questions. Pools and sauna: they have separate pool areas for males and females. There are classic and menthol sauna which I highly recommend. Also there were two water slides, so we had lots of fun. When you enter the spa area you will get a special cap to protect your hair. Food: perfect! Huge variety of dishes, amazing sweets and pastry. The hotel is located outside the Afyon, so you need to take a taxi/bus to the city.

In general the spa facilities and the gym are very nice. Since this hotel draws also a lot of families with small children it can get quite loud in the common areas. The staff is not attentive as I was hoping for. You should not go to early to breakfast otherwise you will have to wait for the tea water to boil. What I think is missing is an option to get out into the open from the spa area - this would be especially nice during those cold winter days.
