Very bad hotel with very bad service, nobody speaks English, very unorganised, stuff is unintelligent. Rooms are extremely old plus hotel is super far away from civilization. Very bad!!

Very professional and pleasant staff. Excellent breakfast but disappointed with the thermal pools. Small and with no natural light. Felt very claustrophobic especially when they got crowded.

Amazing resort and Excellent service in the entire hotel. Wally giving hamaams does an excellent job. Will definitely be back as soon as possible.

In the attention of Mrs.Tülay, The service at the Hotel Oruçoğlu Thermal &SPA was exceptional. There was absolutely no issue that was not addressed timely and with satisfactory results. We were particulary impressed with how the hotel staff anticipated our needs (periodically coming and check with us). The quality of the food was excellent, the quality of the service was awesome overall a very good positive attitude. Particular noteworthy is the longevity of the staff and that sense of investment in the success of every event, entertainment. There is absolutely nothing that could be improved – you have set the bar very high. PS: This is our 3rd year when we come to your hotel with great pleasure, I hope to see you in every year. Thermal pool and Turkish bath was amazing, really felt rejuvenated

Thank you for the most amazing experience in my life !me and my family ( +2 children ) we had a blast! Brilliant hotel,spa ,pool,food and cleaning services ! We most definatelly we will return ! P.s. We just where in tranzit through Afion and we had booked only one day ,but after we booked another 3 days in plus as much as this we loved it h ere 💞💞💞💞!

Good not bad to spend a weekend here. The rooms are clean and very hot so do not worry if you come in winter. The food was not as I expected but still many to choose from. The sweet was good. The breakfast was not that good not much to choose from but still not bad.

Kind staff, well equipped hotel but little bit old. Delicious meal. The worst thing about hotel is location. Far from city center but you can contact with customer desk to organize shuttle.
