Be careful! They are cheaters. We book a room through Booking and then they, apparently, sell our room for a highly price so our reservation still standing but surprisely did not appear in their system. There were other people with the same problem.If you can go to other place with honest people. ¡ We are in vaccancies and thats not fair!

I have never, in my whole entire life, had an experience worse than the one I had in Odyssee Park Hotel. First of all, if you had no other option, do not let them make you pay before checking the room. My husband and I are newly married, the pictures we saw online along with the mentioned services have NOTHING to do with reality. They gave us a room on the ground floor, terrible room, no sofa no space for anything with a communicating door with complete strangers!!!!! We had to insist on getting another room, which they gave us another one with no comm door and it does have a sofa, but TWO SEPARATE BEDS for the newly married couple!!!!!! They promised that after our first night they’ll move us to a “suite”, guess what happened after the first night? They acted as if it was never an option. The Staff are super rude and not well mannered. They give you the looks and they yell at you. We missed breakfast so my husband went to get coffee, the guy told him that he’ll bring it over, which he did, with 3 pastries that we don’t even eat and he pushed the door on me without my consent, then he got mad when we didnt tip ( did not deserve a tip, no manners at all) + when my husband initially asked for the coffee bcs we missed breakfast the dude was like “YOU SHOULD PAY EXTRA!”, 50dhs for a coffee that made me throw up right away! (I’m a big coffee person). Dirty rooms, the cleaning ladies do not even make the beds right, and surprise: they do not change the sheets, they keep the same ones. If you have a car, you will not be able to find a parking spot and you’ll have to pay the other parking everyday! Honestly this has been terrible and I am writing this review while still in the hotel. I DO NOT RECOMMEND, If we hadn’t already paid and were denied a reimbursement, i would’ve preferred sleeping in the car.

A very well presented hotel conveniently located in the heart of Agadir. So close to the main marina yet so far from the noise. Very clean with modern comforts and facilities. The staff at the reception were absolutely delightful to deal with, very friendly yet professional in every way. They always helped in anything we required. Room service is excellent. A manicured garden with exotic plants very well looked after. We came for one night and stayed for almost 3 nights. Excellent value and we will no doubt come back and highly recommend it.

The rooms were so so but the restaurant and food was awful.Our stay had breakfast and dinner included.breakfast was ok, But dinner disaster!!!!nobody even asked what we were willing to order!!!!!The waiter just put a plate of salad, dry meat and some rice, then dessert, no hi or bye for good!!!!Not even asked if we we’re thirsty to bring some water which we were willing to pay for. No MENU!!!The guy at the pool, asked to give him back the towels since he was leaving earlier, and we had to lay down on our T-shirts!!!! Close it down or keep your daily jobs people!!!!!

Horrible experience, I booked my hotel from Canada during my check in they say they didn't find my booking and I had to argue with them for an hour or more and called my agency in Canada long distance, in the end the agency guided them and they found my booking in the system in another platform ( they didn't do their job and and look in their platforms). After that, was no courtesy compensation at all like if it was not their mistake. Poor management. Rooms extremely poor, no soap, shampoo and such except when we checked in, housekeeping poor cleaning with dirty water smell hell. Food breakfast below average for 4 stars hotel. In the end I highly recommend to avoid this hotel

A wonderful stay The staff is helpful, the location is wonderful, good service from the help desk to the cleaning team. Best one is the pool server who's always smiling and helpful The price is very low compared to what you get here, that was my third time here and I'll be glad to visit it again

The hotel is situated in a perfect place, close to the beach, restaurants, convenience stores, a nightclub even for people who love partying ! The service was nice, rooms were clean.. I would've preferred a room with a better view but the hotel was quite busy. It was a nice stay nevertheless !

The structure is a bit old but the service is quite good. Breakfast has lots of options and actual good ones.

Worst hotel experience ever. Very loud music late at night till 2 am. If you’re traveling for work and need to sleep, this is the worst place you can come to. Also the smell of mold is very strong in the rooms.

A shocking and rotten hotel. Everything is just stale and disgusting. Their pictures are very beautiful but that's it. The prices are very expensive in relation to the value. shame.

The most bad experience I have ever lived ! - Horrible smells (onion inside the room) - Dirty as hell (look under bed covers you will be surprised) - At 12h05 a guy called "Ouadi" from reception call me to tell me : sir if you don't get out the room before 12h30 you will pay 200 MAD Extra for the delay, it was completely impolite. -Old school design, it gives you an horrible depression. I don't recommend to stay in this place at all. If I didn't have been well treated during breakfast it deserves a 0.

Run away… they are not even able to make good coffee and charge it as extra. Staff was terrible at taking complaints. Room service didn’t replace my towels. It is the worst experience of my life in a 4 stars hotel.

We stayed at this hotel for 7 nights last week. Staff were very polite and friendly. Check in was quick and our room was immaculate. It was kept clean all week. We found the hotel cat outside our patio by the spa entrance. We fell in love with her and fed her everyday, she even slept next to our bed all week. When we were checking out we left food and asked the hotel staff to look after her. They assured us she was in good hands. Overall brilliant service, friendly staff, attentive and nothing was too much trouble. Will stay here again.

STAY AWAY! Health hazzard!!! Attached you can see the mold. Infested in the air condition outlet and the bathroom. Stayed for one night after booking 7 without cancellation. Got asthma attack in the morning! It’s also loud until 4am. Morning Receptionist is a hypocrite. After complaining he laughed about it to the manager and I caught him. Left the place super angry after they did not want to refund and refused to work with Destinia, who told us they should make it easy to refund even though they made the booking non refundable to force people to stay. After complaining 2 times they wanted to ‘upgrade’ the room but it was too late. Also didn’t eat breakfast. They poorest dried out quality ever. Stay away!

Booked 2 rooms for family of 5 and was given 1 room on ground floor and one on 4th floor. Was told because of late arrival that was the only option but will try their best to swap over the next day. Been requesting every day and still not put us closer even though I have seen new people check in & out near 1 of the rooms. Even worse is the fact they gave me one room situated at the front of the hotel where they have a party all night and music blasting out with highest volume possible. This is the family room they gave me knowing I have a 1 year old child booked to stay. Music so loud that you are unable to sleep. Furthermore staff very unhelpful, besides not changing our room they have no basic facilities like a kettle or fridge. They would not even provide milk or hot water when requested which was required for a baby. One star only because cleaning staff and only one member of kitchen staff is friendly and helpful. Very poor all round and will be making a formal complaint to the manager in the morning if I manage to get some sleep tonight when the music eventuality stops.

This stay was back in Aug 2021. The only positives were the cleaning staff who were very warm and welcoming. That’s all. The pool was barely 1.75m with broken edges which posed a hazard to many small children, and we weren’t given half the services promised by the hotel such as a clean room or a decent view of the beach. The reception staff were despicable. We had been assured that a later check out was possible with extra payment, but on the day we came back to the hotel with our rooms locked and all our property locked inside. The staff refused to open the doors for an hour, then tried to blackmail us and ask for money. One member gave us a “5 minute” time limit to finish packing and leave the hotel despite it being 3 hours prior to our agreed check out time. They kicked us out of our rooms despite us telling them beforehand about our late check- out and then still expected us to pay £30 extra for ‘troubling’ them. They also tried stealing our money from our room. On two separate occasions we came back to our suitcases and safe (hotel owned) opened and searched. We were told they couldn’t get access to the rooms without our key, but obviously disproved this by barging in at 9am everyday to clean. When we pointed this out, they said “you can leave the hotel but you wont get a refund or access to your things in the safe.” Also, the restaurant served a very limited and bland range of food. There was no seasoning in the food, not even salt. The restaurant was always empty and room service was not given to us as asked for the entire first week of our stay. The staff demanded we have to go down to the restaurant if we wanted food. We had to pay extra money afterwards when my daughter was sick for them to bring room service. Another let down was in the form of the ‘kettle incident’. We were promised tea and coffee making facilities prior to our stay and during our check in. We noticed a kettle in our room but no sugar, tea or coffee. The kettle upon inspection had old mould and was clearly left unwashed from its past use. We requested a change in kettle and we’re told we shouldn’t have “stolen one from the restaurant”. We politely explained we had only just arrived at the hotel moments ago and had found it in the hotel room but the member of staff was rude and dismissive and tried to add a charge for it. It was a difficult stay and one we will not repeat. The absolute worst stay of my life. I cannot believe a hotel would actually kick their paying customers out and accuse them of stealing, charge extra for basic services like room service and expect customers to accept their behaviour. This run down hotel is definitely NOT worthy of 4* nor is it close to a 3 star establishment. There was only one restaurant staff member, a lifeguard and two cleaners in the entire hotel who were actually warm and welcoming. No thank you!!

Very good location - near to the beach promenade and various shopping amenities. Rooms are large with a small individual terrace. Something might not really comply with four-star standards, however all hotel staff (with an exception of hotel manager - kind of lack of respect towards hotel guests) are kind and excellent, making stay in the hotel enjoyable. There is live music in pool area - really good addition and the musician is very talented.

Worst hotel ever , cleaners never used to come to our rooms , we had to constantly tell the reception , only nice thing on the breakfast was the hot chocolate , never used to give fresh towels , no water etc .found 2 cockroaches in the gym and to top it all off on check out they charged us 300dirhams nearly £30 for a missing towel which we had only switched from one room to another .

The place is clean the staff are very helpful and kind. Very close to the beach and other attractions in the city.I highly recommend it!

The room was smaller than expected, the mini bar was empty, not even a bottle of water in the room, no welcome aminities, the service was horrid, the reception irresponsible, the breakfast was a disaster. Never to visit again

It’s the worst hotel I ever been they give another room not what what I book and I found cockroach in the room and there’s no towels and the bed was dirty and smelly I swear no one should go to this hotel

Cozy hotel with reasonable prices and beautiful beach views ( there are rooms with pool views too, it depends ), the staff working at the reception were very nice, unfortunately only one person who’s working there which makes the check in a bit long, yet we had good communication he explained the service in the hotel and how our room would be like, the room was clean and spacious for a couple the bed was comfy and sheets were clean, the only negative thing was the loud music that you might hear sometimes ( lot of lounge bars are around) in middle of the night but bed was comfy enough to make us sleep in middle of those noises, the buffet starts from 7 till 10:30 and it was one of the best things in hotel, various choices and delicious food ( big thanks to the omelette guy you’re doing a good job ), the location is great since it’s just few steps to the beach chore which made our stay even better, We ( couple ) enjoyed our 4 nights staying here and would love to come back again.

Loved everything about it. The location is just amazing. From the moment we checked in till it was time to go the staff were very attentive and made our stay as welcoming as it could be. The room was spotless and stylish with the most comfortable bed. Breakfast was really good too. Excellent value for money. We'll be staying here again.

We booked a week here and are really happy for our stay. Friendly and attentive staff, room is clean and spacious. About 5 min walk to the beach. The spa was inexpensive and decent. Beautiful garden and pool out, good for traveling with kids. Breakfast selection is great, and dinner buffet is at good value.

Hotel is nice , decent price you pay for what you get . Food is good, I had quick check in . The only thing they must do is to open access to the beach from the pool side

Staff is very nice, rooms are so so the renovation is long due. Keep in mind that noise isolation is not the best and corridor noises are audible in night. If you have week sleep you will have hard time. Also the furniture in the balcony is made of fiber glass and it can leave a splinter.. Breakfast is really nice thou

Hotel is clean and staff are very friendly, we had some issue with the booking on the first day but was all sorted straight away. Impressed There is a tour guide named Abdul chana at the hotel, abosuloutley amazing!! he gave fantastic deals on multiple excursions, included quad biking, mini Sahara, camel rides and finished off with a lovely Moroccon spa. If Abdul is not there, ask for him at reception You may find a little cheaper excursions on the market but AVOID as no safety and poor experiences,worth paying slightly more for a much better Holliday, we were very happy with everything Thank you! Amazing time overall, a very satisfied customer.

My wife and I had booked to stay with our twin babies all the way from Ireland on our family holiday and had requested cots weeks before our stay. They emailed us back saying they had received our request and that it would be no problem. When we arrived late in the eveingthey told us that all was good with our request and then asked for us to pay. It want until after we paid and had gone up to our room that they told us they had no cots p for the babies. Also the towels is another story they have to take them wash them and bring them back after 3 hours or so. The room is not modern as it meant to be no cattle no Coffe no iron nothing…., if you are going to book this place think twice as it’s not worth it at all. The only good thing about it is the location and Hassan.
