I was here early December and there were a few issues. The main one being the food. The restaurant had no electronic fly zapper and the food was left out and flies were landing on it. One morning at breakfast there were hundreds of black ants descending on food that had fallen on the floor. It hadn't been cleaned up. I think if the hotel invested in the electronic fly zappers it would greatly benefit the restaurant. The other issue was in the bathroom the hairdryer didn't work. I didn't say anything to reception so that didn't have a means of resolution. The room we had was dark, noisy and needs updating. The tour advisor was a little too pushy advising not to buy anything anywhere other than the hotel regarding souvenirs, postcards and tours. We booked a tour with him and was overcharged. We wanted to do a trip and he said it was impossible as all boats were tied up due to choppy seas. Outside the hotel we booked a boat trip, which was lovely and found for the shopping trip...I mean mini desert trip we were overcharged by the hotel tour guide and not the tour shop outside the hotel. Ironic! The positives in the hotel is the location near the beach which is very nice. We did a beautiful boat tour and had lunch on board which I would recommend, just don't book through the hotel. The animation staff were good.

It's okay for the price. Went all inclusive and made the most of it. Bar has limited drinks for the all inclusive, you have to pay extra for premium drinks. Bar staff sometimes don't understand English so it's difficult to get them to make a particular drink. No smiles, no talking or no enjoy your drink sir either. Also drinks seemed watered down. The pool is big enough to have a swim in but sun beds can get occupied quickly and it can get busy. They will also play games in the pool to get everyone involved. The hotel is reasonable, clean and is a short walk to the beach with plenty of near by bars, clubs, and restaurants. Plenty of veg and non veg food selection in the breakfast, lunch and dinner buffet. Just be careful as some of the items were not clearly labelled and some had no dietary labels on them. When you ask the waiters what's in this dish, they say they don't know or they don't speak English. Enjoy your stay!

Great hotel for the money. Perfect location, literally a stones throw from the beach. The hotel is modern, well kept with a great pool area. It’s really clean and the all inclusive food was very good. Only thing that let it down is there drinks on the all inclusive which are not the best. Can’t grumble though for the price. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. It was a brilliant family holiday with great weather. Def recommend.

Hotel is okay for the price. Rooms are nice, though cleanliness was rather okay than good. Pool area nice to chill. Staff very friendly. Breakfast however was disappointing: Great variety but impossible to have a Moroccan breakfast, very little fruit variety and worst coffee I had in two weeks in Morocco. Would recommend to book without breakfast if possible and go to a cafe instead.

Staff were all amazing! Loads to do in the hotel for the kids. Animation staff were fab! Always entertaining and very active all day, made the stay even better! Food again lovely a little samey but plenty options. Location is good. A good couple of things to do for all family. Only a small downfall.. no tea/coffee facility in the room and the rooms could be a bit bigger. Overall lovely week here and will definitely be returning xx

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was consistently clean, thanks to the diligent housekeeping staff. The entire hotel maintained high cleaning standards and looked tidy. The animation team went above and beyond to entertain kids, making it a great family-friendly destination. The all-inclusive food options were satisfactory, with a variety to choose from even for less picky eaters. Plus, the hotel's convenient location right by the beach, just a 1-2 minute walk away, with a private beach area.

We really enjoyed our stay. Staff were lovely, very friendly and had a great hotel rep Fouad who helped us with excursions for a great price! Would definitely recommend Allegro for a place to stay whilst in Agadir- lovely location by the beach and beautiful decor inside the hotel bars and rooms. Food at hotel was varied, although always fresh salad and something for everyone. They also had delicious freshly made pizzas for lunch and dinner and also at the snack bar, available between meals. Choices of soft drinks and cocktails at pool bar, lobby bar and options of wine / beer during meal times. There’s a short walk to the beach with separate guarded area for Allegro guests with sunbeds. Towels available from hotel with £20 deposit; which is refunded at end of holiday. Honestly could not fault the staff, who would always go above and beyond for guests and very friendly and chatty. Entertainment during the evening is focused on children, however lobby bar is great spot for adults and sports bar is another option from 11pm on. Really sad to be leaving. Please ignore the bad reviews!!

Thoroughly enjoyed the stay, the customer service was excellent, hats off to Mohammed (hotel manager) he took good care of us and everyone else. Cleanliness was on point, the entire establishment was spotless. All inclusive was worth it, each meal provided a decent enough variety for all diets and the free drinks hit the spot in warm weather. The swimming pool and surrounding area is nice, plenty of space for everyone it never felt overcrowded. The entertainment team do a great job of keeping things lively with all sorts of activities such as Zumba, water aerobics, table tennis tournaments etc. if that's your thing. But if you just want to relax on the sunbeds there's no issue. As long as you expect to receive what you pay for, you'll be overjoyed.

Excellent all inclusive hotel. Breakfast, lunch and dinner buffet was very tasty and offered many options. Unlimited soft drinks in the restaurant and in the snack bar all day. All Staff are very helpful and can speak English. The hotel rooms are clean and modern, with a TV and Fridge. Overall, me and my wife loved our experience here. Definitely recommend.

We stayed here for my husbands birthday and we loved every second. The hotel was quite modern with the decor, colours were really vibrant and pleasant for aesthetics. The pool was big and was quite busy but not loud whilst sunbathing and relaxing. The food variety for us was good as everything was halal and changed everyday. The location of the hotel was perfect as the beach was just 5 minutes away from it and there was a back entrance that you could take straight to it. My favourite thing was the staff as they were all really helpful and kind, especially Mohamed. I had a few special requests to do up our hotel room, have a pool side view, and Mohamed met with all of them and managed to give us a cake, do the room decor and give us an amazing view with a big balcony. Would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a good trip with their partner or even as a family too.

If I could give 10 stars 🌟I would , seriously awesome place, right on the beach ⛱, cross of street from main entrance to the beach ⛱, Very clean rooms with balcony 👌, we got awesome views to the pool , and the beach , also famous mountain can see it from my bed .We got all included, breakfast, lunch, dinner, and in between there's a snack bars with free coffee, tee 😋👌. Let me tell you, the food is awesome, it's buffet but every day it was different salads ,meat ...The stuff at the buffet is awesome .I stayed in many hotels ( NYC, Hawaii, Canada, Florida....) and this is the best costumer service and the food . Every evening there is a show by the pool area. We stayed in July 2021 and place looked safe , stuff wear masks 😷and checking temperature and cleaning . We will be back Allegro......

Amazing animation staff with the activities during the whole day. They are very friendly, come to you very often to have a nice chat and they are always nice and smiling to everyone! Hotel staff is also very nice and helpful - I’ve felt like a friend to them. Location is lovely - 3 minutes to the private beach, no additional cost for using it, and there is an hotel staff that guarantees safety of your belongings if you would like to go for a swim. Also around 30 minutes to the city centre by foot.

We stayed here for one week with my partner and 2 children. We had an amazing stay and didn't want to leave. The room was clean, the staff were very welcoming. The food was delicious with lots of options for children. The best part is the animation team, they're brilliant with children and adults. They create lots of fun games around the pool and evening entertainment. Everyone is so kind.

We’re here for a short stay. This hotel is 3* maximum. Rooms are acceptable, low frills but comfortable. Breakfast buffet and dinner both good with lots of choice. For a pool/beach resort the towels situation is laughable. You have to pay €20 per towel (refundable) at reception. Then take voucher to a cupboard near the pool. However there are no towels. We were told 20 minutes, 20 minutes then 2.30pm. Children are wet from the pool, loungers are awful without a towel. The attitude of staff is lazy, not bothered and no can-do attitude. Asked if they could bring to the beach when they have some but ‘no’. All sun loungers by pool are reserved by 10:30am.

Just returned from a 5 night stay at this hotel. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Food was good with a nice selection. Rooms were quite basic but clean. The rest of the hotel was spotless. Would definitely return especially this time of the year (February) when the hotel wasn't over busy.

We spent 5 nights at this all-inclusive hotel with a magnificent room. Family hotel, tasty buffet, very pleasant and helpful staff, always a nice little word specially the manager Mohammed very helpful. The animation team is very nice, my son loved it and had a lot of fun. The only downside is the music a little too loud at the pool but apart from that everything is great

Lovely hotel with lovely staff! Fouad was our point of contact with the hotel, he was recommended to me by a friend in London. He looked after us like family. A very helpful, hospitable and friendly character. He made our stay very easy and comfortable. I highly recommend him. See you next time Allegro hotel!

We stayed in mid January 2023, our rep fouad was helpful and friendly. The hotel staff from reception through to waiting and cleaning staff were very friendly and always happy. The room was generously sized with a very comfortable bed. The activity staff were engaged with all age groups by the poolside. The restaurant offered a variety of choices of a high quality. We would definitely recommend this hotel.

My partner and I stayed here for 2 weeks in summer. The hotel itself is in a great location and has been recently renovated. The rooms are clean and have adequate space for two. The only downside for us was the food. While being nice, the meals were repetitive.

Stay in mid November. Lovely hotel. Very clean and tidy. Room was spotless and cleaned every day. Food was a good mix for all. Always something on offer. Snack was good and the bar was quick and easy to get served. All staff were very friendly. In all a very nice stay. Will go back again.

Just spent 5 nights here and couldn't be happier. The hotel is lovely and clean and the staff really can't do enough to help. Food was tasty, and always a good selection with daily menu changes. Room was fantastic with a huge bed and not too far away from the pool. Even though it's February, and not the height of tourist season, there was entertainment on each day and night. The animation team and bar staff were some of the friendliest I've ever met, always smiling and up for a laugh. Big thanks to Foad who helped us with everything from information about the hotel and surrounding areas, to booking excursions, and a lovely little surprise for my husband's birthday. All staff really build a great atmosphere. Can't recommend highly enough!!

This hotel ticks all the boxes. Staff were relentlessly accommodating. Everyone goes above and beyond to help and are extremely nice. Though everything was very clean, the rooms we stayed in, the room we stayed in needs TLC; furniture upholstery seemed on its last mile, and the dresser looked shabby. Breakfast was really good and plentiful. Would recommend.

Enjoyed it so much in 2019 that we came back this year with more family members. Fun stay at a really good hotel. Happy with the food and services and staff are really friendly. Good to see Fouad again, the holiday advisor/representative who's been happy and helpful as usual and helping to book our holiday trips. An overall enjoyable holiday all round.

Absolutely fantastic hotel. Please do not believe the poor Trip Advisor reviews. This hotel is beautiful. The rooms are spacious and well equipped. The reception staff are friendly and welcoming. The restaurant staff are courteous and attentive. The animation team are fantastic but not pushy. The beach is a few minutes away and the sea was warmer than the pool lol. Despite visiting just after a major disaster of an earthquake you would never have known. Even the airport was fantastic never have I seen as many immigration officers! Absolutely love Morocco and this hotel. Will definitely be back God willing 🙏 xxx

We had a really nice time and the staff was very nice. You always see a smile on their face and you feel at home in this hotel. The food was also very tasty and the rooms were cleaned up every day. Also a big compliment to the animation team who kept things active. I would definitely recommend this hotel!

Very clean hotel, rooms are spacious and well appointed. The swimming pool is pleasant and the immediate access to the beach is rather appreciable. The food is varied and good. The animators and the animations are good, but, it is difficult to know what the animations are proposed because there is no display . But I highly recommend this hotel

What a wonderful stay in this incredible hotel, an unforgettable experience, I would like to thank all the hotel staff very much (porter, security, reception, manager, maid, waiters / waitresses, the entire catering staff... and many others) all without exception were very attentive to us from the beginning to the end of the stay, a big thank you to all of you without exception from me and my wife. I highly recommend this hotel without hesitation.

The staff is really invested and really wants to make you have a good time, all smiling and all in a good mood, it's great fun! The rooms are spacious and always very clean. The buffet well stocked and always very varied. Everything was perfect and I will not fail to come back! Thank you to the manager Mohammed and the whole team you are amazing I recommend 1000%!

The corridors roofs are in bad condition and very close to your head, if you are a tall person don’t think about this hotel. And you will often feel thirsty in this hotel because there is no water. They don’t put water in rooms and they don’t serve water at the breakfast you need to wait until the time of lunch to take a bottle of water. If you have babies they will force you to take super family room not because the normal room will not fit you but because they want to take more money from you. And some people on the reception are not very kind…

First time to do all inclusive. Was worried food would be an issue or repetitive but it was so good we didn't eat outside the hotel once. Service in restaurant and at bars etc very very good and great entertainment day & nite. You literally don't have to leave the hotel.

  • 5/5 Mark S. 5 months ago on Google
All the staff from the reception to the entertainers, cleaners, restaurant & bar staff could not have tried harder to make our stay at this hotel a great one. The hotel is very spacious & there was no need to reserve sun beds around the pool as there were always loads available. Very nice area on the lovely beach for hotel guest. We stopped for 7 days bed, breakfast & evening meal, and found the food very nice with enough variety to keep us going for the whole stay. As a guide ( but not a complaint! ) to what would have improved our stay. 1. The pool was very cold which I think acounted for is very low use by guests. 2. Only a half the sunbeds at the beach had a foam mattress on, so if you got there later you had to lay on a hard plastic bed. 3. Could do with a larger bin in the room. Overall thought a fantastic stay!

Allegro is probably by far the BEST hotel I've stayed at in a long time. The hotel is a road away from the beachfront with amazing restaurants along the promenade. The hotel staff are really welcoming, polite and work tirelessly 24/7. When we first arrived, we were welcomed by the lovely front of house staff and then got welcomed back by the staff at the Allegro. Bravo Club are second to none. Oussama and all the others do a fantastic job to get everyone involved with all the activities and entertainment all day and night. 100% recommended to anyone looking at staying in Morocco 🇲🇦 Will 100% be coming back again in the future 😁

We visited as two couples for 4 nights. I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough. The rooms were spotless and roomy with an extremely large super king bed! The food was excellent as were the all inclusive drinks. All the staff were superb , especially Ikjyou and the animation team. They made us feel really welcome and were very very friendly. Do not hesitate when booking, you will thoroughly enjoy the hotel. Thank you to all the staff at Allegro!!! X

This a genuine you get what you pay for experience Having done high-end inclusive holiday, this was a last minute cheap 5 days in the pre-season sun jolly. I honestly could not imagine this place at full capacity, it would be my hell on earth. The pool area would not cope with a full hotel, neither could the 'restaurant' in my opinion. The size of the pool area looks too small to cope with a full house; obviously depending heavily on the nearby beach to take a lot of the punters. The food in the restaurant was not great, we ate out every night, which should tell you something. Management staff shouting at workers in front of paying guests was not good to see. The bar area was also the performance area, which is a problem when you go up to the very small and badly positioned bar. The bar area, the very small dance floor and the reception area are all in close proximity as are some of the rooms which are literally a wall and 2 doors away from loud music and drunken revellers. I must add that this is pre-season after covid so a lot of staff will be new or slowly getting back into the swing of things, but most of the points I've raised aren't related to covid issues they're infrastructure and food quality related. I would never go here in peak time, or, being honest, again. Its always each to their own and this one was not for me.

This is my worst check-in experience we had to wait for almost an hour, and then we had to wear bracelet on our wrists so they would know that we have breakfast on our nights. The advantages were the room is comfortable, the view to the pool is nice, and there breakfast was good.

I came with friends and we all found the hotel underwhelming for a 4 star place. The food was mediocre, the staff unfriendly, the rooms felt dirty. It looks nice in the photos, and the pool area and lobby were clean , but the rooms themselves were not quite so. Breakfast , which was supposed to go till 10.30, was cleared by 10, the area was not kept up, spoons missing, food on buffet missing, no real coffee but a machine, bread mediocre etc. Very disappointed . Not worth the 4 stars. It is in a good location, minutes from the beach. And kids are welcome.

Spent a week at the hotel and found the whole stay amazing. The staff are all friendly and nothing is to much for them. The hotel was modern and clean, the food was good and plentiful. Entertainment was good, location was great for bars and restaurants and the beach was stunning. Would recommend and would definitely go back. The entertainment staff were by far the best I have ever experienced.

We had a great time at Allegro. It's a lovely hotel in a great location - close to restaurants and the sea. The pool is lovely. There is fun entering in the evenings which is great if you want to get involved. The rooms are always clean and have clean towels. The animation staff were friendly and got us involved in games. A special thank you to Zak, Sooki and Namira. They were always happy to help and we had fun in the evenings dancing with them. We found staff on reception very helpful. The manager, Muhammad, we found a little aggressive in his tone when we spoke to him. For example breakfast when we arrived - we were told by reception that we could go for some food but the manager told us we were not allowed. That was fine but we were not being rude so a level of respect from him would have been nice. In the evening, manager Mohammad made us feel a little uncomfortable as he would sit and watch us and other guests enjoying ourselves whilst doing things on his phone. It was hard at times to relax - we are a 30 year old couple so would definitely create and trouble. The rooms in the evening were very hot! We asked if the air con could be fixed only to be told that it is not the season when the air con is on. Coming from a country that was 1 degrees at the time to at least 24 degrees was a huge shock for us and really affected our sleep. Overall, we had a wonderful time in Allegro and cannot wait to return. Thank you to all the people that made our holiday memorable. ❤️

Alright. Currently here with my couple to enjoy a few days of relaxation. Breakfast is great, we loved the idea of being able to customise your eggs and not have the usual pre-made type. They even had English tea which was a nice little surprise. Dinner is veryyyy average, most evenings were repetitive with options being very restricted. Pasta each night which covered 3 or four of the tuppers available, which was honestly terrible. Little flavour or taste. Loved the homemade pizzas and some of the meats though. Room is very modern, we were given a “nice” downstairs room. Air conditioning does NOT work, we mentioned this to staff member at the desk and his response was that it was “ because it rained last week “. A little bit disappointing for those who suffer in hot degree weather and like to be chilled while sleeping. Cleaning is alright, but on some days we felt the room was left feeling dirty. To our surprise, on the last night we experienced an infestation of insects all over the floor, they had been seeping in through the cracks of the extremely old balcony door with bad insulation, and holes near the front door. We had to put a towel down so they would not come in! As you can imagine, this gave us itches and made us feel extremely uncomfortable before going to sleep. We quickly brought this to the attention of a member of staff, we were aware it was late in the night at around 10pm, but his response was not even the slightest helpful at all. With insects all over the floor it would be respectful to have responded with a solution, rather than mentioning that he “ can’t “ change us to a different room (even though the hotel is huge) and that he’ll call someone quickly to spray the floors. No one showed up for that either, and we waited and waited. Not acceptable. There was no one else on hand to ask instead, therefore we were stuck in a room full of ants and worms on the floor to sleep with us all night. How is this fair? It’s a shame, because we seriously felt the staff were always so caring towards us and wanting to help in any way possible, the pool is fabulous and the common areas and gardens are all as seen in the photos, with the beach only a second away, but this last event spoiled everything greatly for us leaving us feeling a bit sour….

It's our last day at the Allegro and I can't say I was disappointed. We were greeted by friendly staff at reception and check in was quick, within a few minutes, we were off to our room. The hotel grounds are very well maintained and very pretty to walk around. The pool is clean and tidy with nice lifeguards who were always polite and friendly to the kids. The room is nicely decorated and has been well kept throughout our stay. The restaurant always served nice food with enough options for every taste. The servers and staff were always friendly, polite and happy to help. The snack bar guys always made nice drinks and were very nice to talk to. The entertainment team we're great, always putting on great entertainment for all ages and very good shows in the evening. They are all very nice people and will always stop and talk to you. Fouad was our main guy and organised every trip for us with no hassle. He's always happy to help no matter what the issue and was a true gentleman to me and my family. I can only say positive things here as we were treated very well by all the team here. A big thank you to the Allegro and entertainment team for a very nice experience and holiday. We will definitely be coming back for another stay 🙂. P.s the security here was great and the guards were very nice 🙂 Thank you so much, looking forward to coming back.

don't even know where to start We loved our experience at this hotel! starting with the reception in less than 5 minutes we were in our room ready for dinner! As soon as we arrived we meet Fouad who helped us to book our activities, we did a little bit of everything hammam bath, city tour, camel ride, buggy boat trip etc! he was always ready to go the extra mile to see us smile, our new friend in Agadir thank you Fouad for treating us like family! the rooms have giant beds and very comfortable and the cleaning lady cleaned the room every day and changed the towels! reception restaurant swimming pool any corner of the hotel was super clean! the restaurant had a buffet with a variety of food! Now I also really want to thank the manager Mohammed for his fantastic work, he was everywhere checking everything for customers to have the best experience possible, very friendly, always chatting or saying hello! he is definitely the hotel's welcome card. Now speaking of entertainment, everyone is very friendly and always ready to make us have fun, they even managed to get my husband to dance! Mostafa (Mus) is the newest addition to the entertainment group we love meeting him and he definitely has great potential thank you (Mus) the hotel and entertainment organized a cake for my husband's birthday and sang happy birthday in 5 different languages hehehe thank you very much to all the staff fo Allegro mainly to Fouad, Mohamed, Mustafa(Mus) and the entire entertainment team made us feel very welcome and like family! we will definitely go back but this time with the kids

Hotel is in a good location, beach opposite with private area for the hotel guest. Variety of food each day, all fresh. Remember to take your bottles of water at lunch and dinner time from the restaurant. Mini fridge in the room. If you want a goodish cup of coffee then go to the lounge bar as they have a proper coffee machine. Pool area is nice with the choice of 3 pools, plenty of sun beds for everyone. Towels can be loaned by the pool for £20 with refund at end of holiday. Room was modern, could of been slightly cleaner ie. moping the floor each day. Safe in the room. Hotel and grounds are clean and tidy. Staff are friendly and helpful. Be aware of the con artist along the beach front. Cash point opposite the front of the hotel.

The food was amazing, changed every day which was good, the room was nice and modern along with the pool area which was nice to have a chill day and relax. The hotel also offers you great days out such as Camel riding which I thoroughly enjoyed. Would highly recommend this place.

My partner and I stayed at this hotel for a week all inclusive visiting from scotland. The food was great, fantastic fresh selection that caters for all. The food was also different each night which was great to see. Fresh coffee, drinks including cocktails were excellent. The room itself was just as great was clean with air con, great shower, large comfy bed and balcony. The sheets and towels were changed daily. However rooms shouldn't really be advertised as sea view. The hotel is a very short walk from the beach. We also didn't have use of the safe in the room as it was locked on arrival (we did not mention this to reception) The pool was very lovely, standard fights for sunbeds, but we found the private beach was often free and we enjoyed the privacy from street merchants. My partner and I felt so very welcome and taken care of by all members of staff. Who all are truly a credit to the hotel. We would like that mention that the entertainment every evening was a barrel of laughs and provided a enjoyable evening. This is largely down to the entertainment staff who are superb. We would like to mention one staff member in particular Tito who really made the difference on our holiday, he brought such fun, lightness and joy! and what an incredible dancer! I believe he is a fantastic new addition to the hotel.

Staff were amazing to us our whole trip, always there to fill every need. The excursions that are provided with the hotel are really good and very fair priced. Our room was perfect, bathroom very clean and tidy. The buffet food excellent considering its buffer. Can’t fault it at all, if you’re looking to be active outside the hotel find Fouad he will get you booked in, very helpful and kind 👍🏼

Lovely hotel, very clean and well looked after. The staff including security were all so friendly and welcoming. We had no issues at all. The only thing I would have liked to be improved is the choice of food for children in the restaurant. 100% would recommend and we will definitely be returning!
