Pluses: very friendly stuff (only on pool bar, guys there are great), well-cleaned room, food, location, Moroccan atmosphere inside the main hotel hall and amlou paste for breakfast (!) Minuses: the rest. The worst impression is from woman on reception. She checked us in and out, and the way she talks - it is not a good service. She speaks like it’s her own hotel and she doesn’t care about anything. About room: old toilet seat, bad smell from pipes in bathroom, not working safe and closer for balcony. Waiters in dining place are super slow - they brought us water every time for about 15 minutes. Since the receptionist didn’t care about anything (she just gave us bracelets and said time when breakfast starts and finishes), it was totally not clear what we can use and what not (we took breakfast+dinner staying option), that’s why we met several not nice misunderstandings with rest of stuff. Hotel beach is quite dirty. Everyone had an issue with coffee machine and instead of making clear algorithm of its usage they put there a waiter to help to press the right buttons, plus he didn’t speak English which created quite funny unpleasant situations I could see and experience myself. And the last thing is drinking WATER: there is always only 1 bottle for breakfast for the whole hotel which of course is not replaced in time (god, why just not to put several bottles? You re high-class hotel!), so u need to ask for water every time and wait. They of course prepare water in decanters with different tastes - but by its bad taste I must say that it’s not a bottled water and it is dangerous for us to drink (decanters are also not cleaned well). Ah and when u stay there, notice how special “database” of rooms has a guy welcoming people for dinner (there are randomly written numbers of rooms on many papers and he never knows if we ordered something or not and asks for payment when leaving, and then he doesn’t have a money change so he needs to ask other waiters, so that’s quite funny experience:D)

We stayed for one night. The reception/check-in was very 'matter of fact' with no warmth. We did not feel welcomed. When we got to our room there were zero towels. So we had to ring reception to get them to bring towels up, this is not the service you'd expect from a "4 star" hotel, they knew we were coming the room should be ready. A lot of the plates in the restaurant had bits of dirt on them. One waiter was lovely but TOO helpful to the point that it was overbearing. Other staff were not helpful at all. We had to sit outside for breakfast and I asked would there be forks and knives on the table, I was told yes it was set up. We got outside and the table was bare, I had to go and ask for knives and forks, waited ten minutes then had to go and demand they just hand them to me rather than them delivering them to the table which would have taken longer again. In the end the hot food we got was cold before we could eat it, very disappointing. The decor/building of the main part of the hotel is very dated. The way the hotel is built all the rooms are around the central core where the entertainment is etc. So it's very noisy in the rooms until 11.30pm-ish. The tobacco/gift shop is very expensive for cold drinks, they cost more than they do at home in Ireland. The WiFi in the room was good, and the air-con kept the room cool. We would not stay here again.

Stayed at this hotel for 4 nights, our experience was not great. The food being served in the buffet restaurant was cold and often stale, there was no variety and the same dishes were being served. There was also no entertainment in the evening which is poor considering the hotel claims to have a nightclub and live DJ. The staff are also very unresponsive at times and appear to have a lack of training, in other hotels staff will go up to you and ask you if you need anything but here we had to go up and ask staff for drinks and even cutlery. The housekeeping team was also extremely unprofessional. My thumb was bleeding so we went there to ask for the nurse and the manager, a middle aged lady with glasses and a ponytail, couldn't care less. She didn't even acknowledge me or my injury and claimed that the nurse wasn't here. She even started smirking at one point as if the situation was funny. We then went to the reception who told us to go back the housekeeping office. Eventually, we found the nurse who did end up treating me but the housekeeping manager's behaviour was extremely disgusting and needs to be looked into. I don't understand why you would hire such an incompetent person. In terms of positives, the hotel was situated next to the beach and the pool was nice but aside from that, this hotel doesn't have much to offer. However, I would like to say a special thanks to Iman from the Guest Relations Office who did kindly check in on us towards the end of the stay and take on board our feedback.

The staff here are soooo lovely, super friendly and chatty! Especially the poolside staff who make the effort to get to know you making it really personable. I felt like they were friends to us. The aqua aerobics that's offered for free each morning is so fun, super funny and good exercise! Again, it's the staff that make the experience so good! The slides are an added bonus for not only the kids but adults too, you cant not have a smile on your face as you go down them! There was also free cooking demonstrations and a mini dance class, these little added moments make it so memorable to stay here. The hotel is huge, loads of space to chill in or out in the evenings without being too busy, the rooms are comfortable with a little balcony as well. The location is fab, can't get any closer to the beach if you tried! The hotel has everything so we just enjoyed it all day and went out along the beach for dinner sampling all the many restaurants available. Big shout out to Ali from meeting travel services who took the time out from his day (during Ramadan where he could have eaten his dinner instead) to drive us to our restaurant when our own taxi didn't turn up. The lovely smiling man serving mint tea in the morning was always friendly as well as the man who helped serve coffee at the machines each morning. The staff here are fabulous, a credit to the hotel! Thank you Amadil for the memories, we will be back again soon 🧡

So from the off set this was a complete shambles. Reception staff rude and favoured certain individuals in the hotel. Was left for nearly an hour to check in. Got to our room, paid for triple and found only 2 single beds took hotel 9 hours and 3 trips to reception to resolve. The extra bed had metal spikes sticking up which we cut our leg on and the hotel didn't see an issue with it. Live electrical cables in the room, once again reported to hotel and the didn't see any issues. Water park very dangerous and one child drowned and had to have CPR on poolside. Constant glass being broken on poolside. The metal handrail to get in or out the water park pool were broken and not sectioned off with sharp rusty edges which could have caused a nasty injury to someone's foot. Metal steps to get in the deep end of the pool were that loose I you could almost pull them out of the ground. Parasols blowing over everywhere and we were lucky we didn't get hurt. Kids club - the kids come and go as they please with very little if any supervision and it's on pool side. All inclusive fall's far below standard. No water bottle left in room after it was cleaned. Hotel bars don't give out bottled water, but plastic cups of water. No way of getting water before 10am unless you pay for your own bottled water from the shop down the road. No way of getting a drink of water after 11pm unless you buy your own water from the shop down the road as the bar closes and refuses to get you anything. No water at breakfast, 3 or 4 times we couldn't get a plate or cup at meal times so we struggled to eat or drink anything. One occasion there was nowhere to sit at breakfast and they wouldn't open a room that had tables and chairs then told us we couldn't sit in the bar area to eat. Food is very much the same everyday. By day 3 we had tried every variation of the food offered in the hotel buffet. Kids food selection consisted of plain pizza or pasta twice a day everyday. Food quality was very much hit and miss. We ended up eating out quite a lot as the quality of food was better outside the hotel. Everyone started ordering McDonald's to the hotel at lunch even the Moroccan guests, which has got to say something about the food. Decor is very tired especially the entertainment room in the basement. Ripped seating, bar was closed and smelt horrible. Hotel shop overcharged for water and then short changed us a couple of times. At best this Hotel is a failing 3 star hotel and should be avoided at all costs.

*The hotel is not brand new, but a really good choice compared to the price *The first floor ocean view is only partial, but since we spent a very small amount of time in the room, it didn't bother us. *The choice of breakfast is very wide, there is a large outdoor swimming pool with slides (the snack bar outside could have more cocktail selection) *The hotel staff is very polite and attentive. A big round of applause to the entire entertainment team, especially Khalid I wanted to stay here longer ;)

Loved this hotel. Excellent views, spotless rooms. Some drinks and snacks not included in the all inclusive package but that doesn't spoil the stay. Entertainment staff were delightful and different entertainment in the bar every night. Can't wait to go back.

The 2 entertainment staff were very welcoming and friendly, always went the extra step to make the holiday. Food was very repetitive but good location right on the seafront with shops and restaurants being a 5/10 min walk. Overall very happy but maybe some staff could of been a bit happier and not so miserable when serving.

This was the worst experience of my life. If your looking to gain a traumatic experience this is the place for you. Staff are rude, very unhelpful and we got verbally and mentally assaulted throughout our stay. No sense of welcome or positivity. Rooms are very basic and run down with a number of health and safety issues that we highlighted to the team, no one cared. Verbal and physical assault happened on our stay from members of the team towards us and other customers - we complained and had to face the assaulters begging for their life’s saying the hotel will physically assault them. This was very traumatic and handled very badly by the management. We spoke with Management after days of asking. They blamed it on their Moroccan customer base which is distasteful and unhelpful as nothing changed. Spa was not relaxing as no one makes an effort to communicate. We felt like cattle being herded. Restaurant food was atrocious. We lived off fruit for the week. Most machines in the gym where out of order. Beach was not clean or cleaned daily. Staff where abusive to customers. Faeces smeared all through ladies toilets. Our whole experience of Morocco was ruined from our stay at the Atlas Amadil Beach Hotel - definitely not worth even 1 star. This hotel should be closed down.

Amazing location, easy access to beach. Pool tables, fun swimming pool area with slides to keep both adults & children entertained. Lovely selection for buffet breakfast. Very friendly staff & concierge. English language is a big barrier unfortunately. Would have given 5* BUT we kept having problems with the toilet flush, the balcony door lock was broken and would not lock & fridge was also not working. Besides that it was a very pleasant stay, would recommend to friends & family.

We were a group of 6 and this review is a common effort. Therefore, please do not contact us individually and take the constructive feedback to improve for future guests: First of all, most of the elevators didn’t work most of the time, and one of our group even got stuck for more than 15 minutes upon arrival. Nobody from the staff apologized for the incident. The hotel feels like it was built in the 1970s, and since then, no renovations have taken place. The chairs in the main restaurant are damaged. The windows are too old and do not close properly. We had rooms with an ocean view, which was very loud because of the wind. It was also very windy inside as the windows were not well isolated. It was often quite loud, either because of construction works inside or outside the hotel or the loud party music every evening/night in the main hall. Why didn’t they use the dedicated mini-club outside in the pool? The room walls are very thin. We woke up several times at night due to noises in the neighbor rooms as someone started music or was talking or knocked on doors, etc. Please note that no drinks are included if you book full board (pension complète - breakfast, lunch, dinner), not even water. You only get one free bottle of water in the room. And even though we requested to switch to an all-inclusive offer as soon as we arrived (as we saw other guests have it), we were told that was impossible. You only get all-inclusive if you book through certain travel agencies. Even though most of the employees were friendly, there were some, who seemed not to like us and ignored us several times, which is very unprofessional. In addition, there are not a lot of vegan options. In the à la carte restaurant, there was not even a vegetarian option! All in all, it’s one of the worst hotel experiences we have ever had. The only good thing was the location right on the beach, even though it's hard to relax since you are approached by the different sellers all the time, and the hotel staff wasn't doing anything against it. We are happy we had some great previous stays in Morocco because this last one didn’t feel like a vacation. We just wanted to go home most of the time.

Would I come back to this hotel ? Unfortunately NO ,,,sorry

Excellent hotel, very well located near the beach and the sea. The hotel is modern and spacious. The rooms are very comfortable. The staff is caring and very attentive. The animation team is very dynamic. My child went to the "kids club", he didn't want to leave at the end of our stay. Many thanks to Wafa for her patience and kindness.

It was absolutely horrible, the staff are very rude! When you’re all inclusive they give you all the cheap stuff. The food was absolutely terrible no taste at all. The food actually gave me and my partner very bad stomach. The worse off all was the room service, the way they talk to you and they kept trying to avoid our phone whenever we’d try and ring them. They would charge us more than what it actually costs until we say we will ask the reception then they get scared and charge normal price. Honestly would never ever stay there again it was the worse place ever.

Great location but not 5 star hotel. Customer service at reception seriously lacking! Beware all inclusive is not like other hotels. Snacks from pool bar not included. Snacks are brought out to pool between 4 and 5 (cakes and doughnuts) Gym only included between 930 and noon then payable No mini bar Bar shuts at 11 Pool opens at 10am. 1 towel per day so if you leave the pool area you leave your towels on your loungers until you come back so bed blocking Plus side Location great Entertainment staff excellent Italian restaurant good Buffet good however could do with a little more variety for breakfast Children's club looked good Rooms clean although dated

This hotel on the beach is very modern and well kept. Rooms are comfortable. The bed is a little on the hard side. Housekeeping and laundry services are top notch. The breakfast buffet is also very good. There's a variety of cooked and processed meats, salads, breads, fresh orange juice, coffee, etc. If you are in your room during the day and on the pool side, expect to hear some beat party/dance music.

Hotel was nice however the Interior was dated and old. In need of a major refurbishment in the bedrooms. AC was dirty and old and didn't work properly. The staff were very friendly and all inclusive was definitely worth it as a wide range of food choices which we really enjoyed.

Decent location, close to beach. Food, average as expected but same repeated day after day! Unfriendly, rude and least helpful staff. Have to fight for basics such as towels. Pool not cleaned regularly. In all would avoid as plenty of choices for hotels available. Very friendly and helpful taxi drivers and choice of cuisines for local restaurants.

  • 3/5 Semra A. 1 year ago on Google
Hotel location is convenient, it has a decent pool with water slides and the beach yard is nice. Staff are very friendly and helpful. However the food wasn't that good, we expected better from a 4-star hotel.

We stayed 7 days family vacation. All the staff were extremely nice and friendly. We loved the beach towels and umbrella. House keeping on time always. 10 second distance to the beach ;-) Also few minutes walking to coffee shops and restaurants and super market .

  • 3/5 Katya G. 1 year ago on Google
The location is great. The hotel has great slides and access to the private beach. Some rooms are outdated and in need of major updates and plain fixing. (We stayed in 2 different ones and one was much better and in greater shape than the other). The toilet didn’t flash and the reception was completely unresponsive (in the first room), it took at least 3 or 4 calls to get towels. I initially called to make reservation, was quoted a price, but when I checked in the price was 20% higher and they refused adjust it. Overall, solid 3 stars (as an average between 2 for the first night and 4 for the second)

  • 3/5 John A. 10 months ago on Google
My air conditioner (AC) did not blow cold air. Unless one stood literally under the AC one could not feel any cool air in the room. I slept at night with my patio door open because fortunately I had a ocean view. Breakfast was hot, but also hit or miss based on the time you went. If you were unlucky to have a room near the center area where the band/DJ played you were not going to get any early bed time or sleep.

Amazing experience at the hotel, staff were incredibly kind attentive and helpful Throughout. Any time we had questions, they were there to assist! Poolside is the best aspect for sure! Hasnae was such an incredible host for poolside activities, always encouraging my mum and I to take part and have fun! The lifeguards were so attentive also and ensured our safety always. Zohair was so kind to us when we had any queries and always encouraged our group to join in on the pool slides. I would recommend poolside over the beach as the beach wasn’t great, but that goes for the entire city and not any fault of the hotel. Rooms are clean, and air conditioning is perfect. We were given a large water bottle by room service each day which was a nice touch, added to our personal fridge. Buffet could be better but the additional restaurants are well worth booking if you don’t like buffet food. Our package also included a hotel rep giving us travel tips and his hosting was incredibly Helpful with a day trip tour guide who took us to see the main sights and markets. Thank you for welcoming us.

after a few days at this hotel I cannot recommend a visit. yesterday had to wait over 1h for clean towels. breakfast is a pure disaster, coffee is served in paper cups and the tables are not covered from dirty dishes. can only imagine what it looks like when the hotel is full. They would like to stand out as a fine hotel, but there is a lot missing until amn meets that standard.

Amazing holiday, the hotel is very nice. All the staff are really kind and helpful. The animation team who provide entertainment through the day are all really nice, wanting to make sure everyone enjoys their time there. Anas and Ananas in particular made sure we we’re always looked after and included in all the activities without being too pushy 😃

Nice clean rooms, very spacious. Rabiaa, the lovely lady who cleans the rooms, is always so welcoming and helpful. Staff are great, especially the pool staff (Walid and Khalid in particular) who make everything fun and who organise lots of activities. The bar staff are also very nice and friendly. The food in the buffet is more or less the same for every meal unfortunately which gets very repetitive. There is one elevator on one side of the building and three smaller ones on the other. One of these was out of service for the entire duration of our stay.

  • 2/5 Prableen A. 7 months ago on Google
5 of us went on 8th September for 6 nights. Booked three rooms. Rooms are clean and good. Service was poor. When we asked for coffee cups, they didn’t bring for nearly our entire stay. Only kept bringing paper cups. If coffee/tea was finished in the room, no-one bothered to refill. Hotel location was very good. Good pool. Had a very bad experience in the restaurant - most of the time the food was cold, couldn’t decide what to pick (couldn’t tell what would be warmed up properly), no variety of fruit on their menu, cutlery/plates run out if you’re late. Worse thing was that they were reusing forks, spoons and glasses after dipping in water and wiping with clothes. It was very visible what was happening and when we brought up the issue they told us the dishes were clean. Three of us got food poisoning and were seen by the hotel nurse, which was good, but this experience spoiled our holiday. This hotel shouldn’t have 4-stars, as was advertised when we booked it. We’ll come back to Agadir, but not to this hotel ever again.

Great hotel and resort. We stayed in December for a few days and everything was perfect. The rooms were nice and clean and breakfast was perfect! The staff are very friendly and helpful and the location of this hotel is very good with only a few mins walk to the beach. Will definitely be staying here next time. 🙂

Staying at this hotel was truly an incredible experience. The standout feature of this place has to be the staff - they were exceptionally friendly and welcoming. The younger members of the team, in particular, did a fantastic job of engaging guests in poolside activities and evening entertainment. Moreover, the hotel's location couldn't have been better, right next to the stunning beach. The food was great, and the spa facilities were absolutely top-notch. I really can't find any faults here – it's the ideal spot to stay with friends or family and make the most of your time in Agadir!

  • 3/5 Matt S. 5 months ago on Google
The hotel is nice and clean, and very spacious. However, the food choice is very repetitive, and always waiting for dishes to be replenished. Or waiting on clean plates and bowls. The evening entertainment is awful. And it's not the fault of the entertainment staff. They're great. But do not expect any night time entertainment. I'd definitely recommend booking some excursions as there's not enough to keep you entertained for a week!!!!

  • 2/5 Dilan S. 5 months ago on Google
The hotel and rooms are a bit run down but overall pretty decent. The service was a huge let down. We went as a family of 6 and while most waiters joined a table of 4 and 2 for us to sit together, there was one waiter who refused to do so and asked us to sit separately despite lots of availability. The food was also poorly labelled- would definitely not recommend if vegetarian. The naming of dishes is not specific so impossible to tell which dishes contain meat. Even the staff were unsure if certain dishes were vegetarian or not. We were served a pizza that was told was vegetarian but ended up having chicken on it. When we notified the pizza chef, we were told chicken is vegetarian. Pretty much sums up our food experience. A lot of much needed improvements required to cater to all.

Personally would say the best hotel in the whole of agadir. Absolutely stunning, spacious, free room upgrade with beach view, everything is easily accessible, restaurants are decent inside. Staff is Absolutely lovley. Have entertainment everynight at 9pm. Child friendly. Would definitely stay here over and over again.

Really excellent child-friendly holiday. Our kids had an amazing holiday which allowed us to be fully relaxed. Food well exceeded my expectations, staff were professional and friendly. Location excellent, right on the beach front. Rooms clean and modern. The whole place is probably starting to get a bit tired and could do with a facelift, but this wasn’t a big deal for us at all. Good value for money.

Lovely hotel and staff. Very clean. The only downfall is that they all speak French . Lots of French visitors. We were the only English family . Also you have to pay for icecream and its supposed to be all-inclusive. Other than that it was a fabulous holiday. Reception staff Omar went the extra mile and so did head of house keeping.

Not tissue in rooms no water in rooms no coffee no tea the receptionist is very rude and changed our money 30% more less than market price When we asked them for water they ignored us and keep busy over him IPhone This hotel is even not worth 1 star Very noisy and the front receptionist is proper rude We paid for half board and they served only salad and the receptionist is asking for money when you entered the hotel and when we asked for Pepsi they charged us 100dh but it clearly wrote on bottle of it 6dh and for red bull they charge 150dh but outside hotel is 18dh Finally I will say please avoid this hotel. Because they don’t know how to respect how to behave professionally and how to talk to guest I don’t know who gave the job to the front receptionist

Absolutely appalling The rooms are not clean Handles and light fittings falling off Broken wardrobes Some staff are very good Some staff are very rude Children are not allowed to use hot pool Full board food is very limited Ordered breakfast in room, staff came to my room 4 times to take money when I told them to put it on the room charges. Childrens are told to shut up in the lobby and stop playing on the pool tables in the lobby at 4pm as apparently people are sleeping then why do they have pool tables in the first place. Outdoor pools do not have life guards all the time only sometimes. Hotel Spa closed mid stay as they started to renovate it. At the max this Hotel is 3 star moroccon standard and 2 star uk standard. Most staff do not speak English Room cleaners are good and polite Shower grout and silicone has mould growing All food is the same every day Beach towels provided with no deposits Bathroom towels are very small like hand towels I would advise not to go here at cheaper price go to the next Hotels RIU dunes or iberostar which are much cheaper but definitely much better.

Beautiful hotel both inside and out. The interior is truly spectacular where everything leads from a huge central atrium ; the rooms, restaurant, bars, reception, spa, pool, shop etc. I have never experienced a hotel like this. A nice touch is the art displayed in this public areas. We were 'all inclusive' and were not disappointed . Food was good and plenty of choice for all tastes, well presented and fresh. Drinks were as you expect from an 'all inclusive' but no complaints there. Staff were always pleasant and helpful. Room was lovely and again well attended by the maid. It was certainly good value as far as we were concerned. We would certainly return and recommend to others.

We are currently staying at hotel and it has been couple of days where we felt disappointment from our “Half Board” package. The ONLY reason i have given this resort 2Stars is due to their “Dinner Service” - We have “Half Board” package and they do not include basic drinks, i.e. water & hot beverages during dinner. I have never been to resort where “Half Board” does not include basic drinks. Besides this issue, property is located at beach front with own beach access - helpful staff every where in the resort. It is worth stay - IF ONLY you prefer 2nd grade service at Dinner table.

Been travelling to Agadir for a many years, we’ve stayed in some of the best hotels BUT by far this one has been the best. The entertainment team are like no other, day and night they go out of there way to make sure you all have the best time all 3 of my children aged 7-9-15 have said it was the best holiday ever, If I’m honest I didn’t really know the hotel so wasn’t too excited about arriving but I was proven wrong from the moment we arrived, foods been good too lots of variety. Looks like we will be back for our longer summer holiday stay, Thank you very much to all the entertainment team you even got my husband involved which isn’t the easiest thing to do.

We just got back from a week here. For the price we wasn't expecting the hotel to look as good as it does in the pictures but it turned out to look better than the pictures. The room was very spacious and clean. We had housekeeping daily which we wasn't expecting due to covid etc. The hotel was very quiet considering it was half term in England but we didn't struggle to find sunloungers. The food was good but I'm a really fussy eater who is used to English food so it got a bit repetitive. The entertainment staff were amazing! They were all really friendly and still tried to keep activities going even though there wasn't many guests. They weren't pushy with getting people involved in activities or dances in the evening. Also if they couldn't get enough guests to join in they then socialised with the guests and were really nice and friendly. My daughter (9) said that her best moments of the holiday was with the entertainment team. Would definitely return at some point

The hotel itself is very beautiful. A grand entrance and nice view overlooking the sea. Rooms were very nice and well cleaned everyday. Only negative was no double bed, twin beds pushed together. Facilities were okay. Lots of pools to choose from. Tennis courts available with free equipment use. Gym was fairly nice and SPA service was professional . . buffet restaurant available. Food was good and fairly varied everyday. Available drinks with all inclusive were rather hit and miss, although the got better when when new staff hired. Entertainment team were friendly and tried to keep everyone happy (abdel tahar sabah ) 👀 i see you Restaurant staff were all very pleasant. Some staff members that stood out were Overall we really enjoyed our stay, this is a good hotel with very nice staff. Aspiring to be a well earned 5 star and clearly working on improving we’re they can.

Thanks for nice cleaning service. It was very impressive for my room staff. She is very kind and sensible. However, in the middle of night on 02:20 hotel room service knocked my door even I did not order anything. In addition that, one guy shouted until 3 am. Next day morning on 07:30 some construction was conducted upper side of my room. I couldn't sleep enough by annoying things. The staff on reception said that it is "usual".

Our holiday is coming to an end at this hotel. It has been a very pleasant stay from the moment we arrived. This is my first time here and I will definitely return. The hotel is on the beach front. Sunset from the balcony and restaurant is breathtaking. Staff are friendly and go out of their way to help and make sure your experience is fun. Not many hotels in Morocco have this level of customer focus and I have stayed in many of them over the last 20 years. Food is simply outstanding, the variety is just right. Starters are refined and tasty. Main courses are varied and cater well for adults and children with pastas, pizzas, authentic tagines, fish and Lots of vegetarian options. Some areas of improvement are: include more sugar free drinks on all inclusive deals. The singer at the bar area can be monotonous. He can play instruments well, but he does murder well known iconic songs and that’s not pleasant. My suggestion is add some Moroccan music either live or through a DJ. Tourists would find that more Entertaining. One last thing, there is kids entertainment but it is not advertised well, so we only found out about it at the end of our holiday! All in all, an amazing hotel with minor tweaks can become the best holiday destination in Morocco in my opinion, especially for families.

Location is on the beach, with dedicated parasols and beach beds for guests. Service is good for the price, as are the rooms. Our room had paint pealing off the wall, which is due to the sea air. The bathroom floor also wasn't cleaned properly, buffet breakfast seems to always run out of the mergez sausages and the orange juice is definitely not freshly squeezed. Otherwise the positive features are a pleasant lounge area with sports on wide-screen TVs, a cool water feature that creates a rain like sound in the area, a spa, a swimming pool and an outdoor seating area that spills onto the beach. There are water slides for kids adjacent to the pool also.

The Atlas Amadil staff is exceptional. The hotel is beautiful with a great location. Hotel building is not new, but we’ll maintained. The staff is very professional and helpful. Special thanks to Naima for her kindness and assistance at all time. Restaurant food was really really nice!I highly recommend the Atlas Amadil hotel to visitors!

Room was excellent, spacious clean. The best was the sea view balcony, absolutely great to sleep with the sound of the Atlantic Ocean. Sunrise, sunset and night full of stars, that's the place to be! On the other end I did not find the services I would expect from such a structure and organization, which was slightly disappointing. Nice for kids, well equipped pool area.

Great location on the sea front with lovely- well kept grounds and building itself. The entire team that work here seriously can't do enough for you and are really helpful. Shout out to Wissal on the animation team who kept the kids well entertained and always passing by with great conversation and tips of the local area. Would highly recommend as it's great value for money.
