your
hotel
from
the
dates
of
September
04
-
September
28/29,
2018.
I
wish
to
inform
you
that
the
entire
staff
of
both
the
hotel
and
the
resturant
on
the
ground
floor
went
above
and
beyond
the
normal
expectations
of
customer
service.
Each
member
of
your
staff
provided
exceptional
customer
service
and
did
whatever
was
necessary
to
ensure
that
my
stay
at
your
hotel
was
very
pleasant.
I
can
even
go
so
far
as
to
say
that
I
believe
I
have
not
just
met
the
members
of
your
staff,
but
that
I
have
also
made
several
new
friends
that
I
wish
to
keep
in
touch
with
even
after
my
return
to
America
(Inshallah).
There
was
also
one
particular
situation
that
will
remain
in
my
fond
memories
as
long
as
I
shall
live.
Your

Arif
saw
that
I
came
into
the
hotel
with
a
very
frustrated
attitude
and
he
asked
me
what
was
wrong.
I
told
him
that
my
doctor
from
America
had
sent
me
with
a
prescription
and
a
letter
explaining
that
I
will
need
this
prescription
refilled
each
month
that
I
am
here.
This
medication
is
very
important
because
without
it
I
can
have
another
stroke
(cerebral
infarction)
and
even
die
in
the
worst
case
senerio.
I
told
Arif
that
I
was
having
trouble
with
both
the
doctors
and
the
pharmacy
because
1)
I
was
American
with
only
a
passport
and
drivers
license
+
2)
Because
both
the
doctors,
pharmacists
and
myself
had
trouble
communicating
due
to
the
fact
that
I
know
very
little
Turkish.
Mr.
Arif
seeing
my
distress
offered
up
his
own
personal
time
on
a
day
off
and
he
took
me
to
the
hospital
himself.
This
suprised
me
because
I
did
not
wish
to
interfere
with
his
personal
life
that
he
would
normally
spend
with
his
family,
but
Mr
Arif
would
not
hear
any
argument
and
he
decided
to
help
me.
Only
because
of
his
assistance
was
I
able
to
finally
get
my
much
needed
medication
for
the
month
of
October.
Please
do
not
take
away
from
the
excellent
customer
service
that
everyone
from
the
maids,
to
the
resturant
employees,
to
the
reception
staff,
And
even
the
cleaners
and
security
outside
the
hotel
provided
to
me.
They
all
deserve
a
huge
thank
you
from
me
and
appreciation
as
your
employees.
To
be
honest
this
has
been
one
of
my
best
hotel
experiences
as
far
as
customer
service
goes
that
I
have
ever
experienced
and
I
have
traveled
to
many
many
countries.
I
wish
to
Thank
you
all
for
making
my
stay
very
pleasant.
I
shall
be
checking
out
and
moving
to
Kizilay
on
September
28th
or
on
Saturday
29th.
My
going
to
Kizilay
for
the
last
65
days
of
my
vacation
has
nothing
to
do
with
my
experience
at
the
hotel,
instead
it
is
just
a
more
economically
efficient
decision.
I
may
return
and
stay
a
few
days
before
my
flight
leaves
on
the
4th
of
December.
Either
way
please
once
again
know
that
thanks
to
your
staff
I
had
a
most
excellent
stay
at
your
hotel
and
I
shall
leave
this
message
online
as
a
review
of
your
hotel.
