Very dissatisfied with the booking. I am boarding on non A/C sleeper which has manual window opening which is also dissatisfy. The Bus number is GJ-14-X-9387 The person on the Tours and travels took 750/- for single seat!! That's fine!! But atleast they could have give some nominal facilities like charging point etc. Very annoying!! If you are charging 750/- for one passenger!! You should have give this kind of facility!! Not so good! Please kindly look after this review. Other wise I'll do the legal actions accordingly!!

Hello guys !! These travels are worst !! Its a nightmare to remember for lifetime...yest I travelled from Ahmedabad to Pune.. When I did the booking it was bharat benz bus...but I got different bus...worst condition!! All ants around the seat..used dirty bedsheets with stains and used blankets...worst quality.. !! The stopped at 11.30 for dinner ...morning bus tryre got burst...!! They dropped us 4 -5hours late...and tgat too at a different drop point !! As per their requirement !! Worst services ever ...dont even think of booking. ..and if youll have booked cancel it immediately and save urself from nightmare !!

I suggest govt. buses or other travels like falcon,patel,zing etc... but pls avoid sahjanand traveles if you want travel fastest and timely journey because its running late 2 hours late and not inform passengers and when you call for complaint they told rudely ki aap ek hi passenger nahi the aur bhi they and manger behaviour also very rudely i suggest you pls book govt. buss or other travels pls avoid sahjanand travels

Worst Service Ever. SST claims to be a luxury bus service, but has the worst service than government bus service. My case, had booked tickets in non AC sleeper from Ahmedabad to Mandvi (Kutch), in this COVID pandemic. The bus driver droppped us in bhuj and informed another toofan Van would take us to Mandvi. This behaviour is pathetic, despite paying 600rs, we have to travel in a car which is completely packed with people no sense of social distancing or masks. Is this the reason why we pay premium to private companies SST? When we are eventually made to travel by local transport? I recommend the viewers of the review to never book tickets with SST. This is how they dump their passengers mid-way and when we ask for a reason they don't have it, instead they argue with us. Never ever travelling with Sahjanand travels here after. The way you treat your passengers is horrible despite paying a premium for your service. A black spot in the private bus service Industry. Service is very bed I have booked tickets for ahmedabad to bhuj travelling time I have received call bus is cancelled and not provide services totally poor service by this travels shree sahjanand .

We had the worst experience with Sahjanand travel during the journey from Ahmedabad To Mandvi, because on the day of travel suddenly at noon time the bus got changed and when we visited the Ahmedabad office they were asking for extra charges for the Volvo Bus journey, Seat was not comfortable at all, it's very much congested even bus and seat was not properly cleaned or hygiene. There was one more surprise when the bus reached at Anjar suddenly the driver communicated with us to change the bus to reach Mandvi, we paid the AC Bus charges and we traveled from Anjar To Mandvi on the non-AC bus. No one even answering over the call when we were trying to patch them for support or clarity regarding this kind of error and inconvenience.

First and last ride in shree sahjanand travels. I booked ahmedabad to bhuj volvo paid Rs 650 for it at the glamorous counter in paldi and even asked them if they will provide a water bottle they said yes everything would be there, i wish i was better are figuring out lies later on while having a seat in the bus makes the trip more memorable my volvo bus has mannual window opening and the A/C feels like it was the air getting blown from the radiator of the bus and no slide control to turn on/off the A/C, coming to the next point charing cable not properlly fitted at its place and yes not to forget no curtains so have to travel all the long 7 hours long jouney with a bright sunlight directly at my face while sleeping. Thank you shree sahjanand travels for everything you have provided this all would help me stop every person of my contact and tell them to avoid your travel agency.

1 Star because there is no option of ZERO, I was travelling in 9387 AC bus, but ac was switch off at paldi office, Windows were open so there are mosquitos inside the bus, Seats was not clean so i used my own bed-sheets, never recommend anyone to travel in this bus, better you took auto rickshaw. its better clean than this.

Travelled Ahmedabad to bhuj in one of their Volvo AC sleeper coach. It was a good journey. Booked via paytm. Bus was On time, took off from paldi at 10.50pm and reached bhuj at 6.30am. AC was very chilled, blankets were provided. Few drops of water was coming out from AC vents. Other than that No issues. Enjoy your journey.

Worst service booked the ticket. Them they asked to share the seat despite paying full amount.

The bus was good but the charging ports in it were not working at all .. every time we asked to turn on the charging ports they said yes we will do it but they didn't !! The whole journey they have been just lying that they will do it 5 minutes

third class service face in my life from sahjanand travels (neutron bus). 0 value for customer. no value for time. my bus boarding point is paldi at 10 pm. this third class bus service provide mini bus service paldi to sg highway main branch office. i reach there 10.05 pm only 5 min late after i reach there this mini bus are gone and there (Vipul Gayri) name person are told me bus are gone. i told him how u give a access to driver without taken a passenger, then he replied me now u can go with auto to sg highway, it's your problem not mine. u can see how he rude replies gives me. and after this pathetic situation i take a auto and call to main branch office but nobody receive the calls. GSRTC bus service are more responsible compare to ur bus agency. i never make mistake to book seat in future and also telling to all my contacts to avoid this third class bus service. i book sleeping coach in this travel. after i enter in bus i show every sleeping coach without curtains. and also there no charging cable are working. after this i told to conducter he told i am new here. i have no idea about it. 😅
