So this is Gujarat Travels, We are travelling from ahmedabad to Aurangabad today and Very poor service, very rude staff bus’s ac was not working and it finally broke down on middle of express highway. we are travelling with 6 toddlers, 4 senior citizens and it is suffocating as hell. People are on sidewalks by express highway (where no stops are allowed) not very safe. Please review before booking. We can blame it on luck as well but incompetency of staff is not something to ignore.

I took a bus from Pune to Vadodara on 30th Sep 2022. From out side I look bus was good. However, from inside the bus was pathetic. The seat 'T' has metal in between seat and I can't sleep. The bus took a dinner stop at 12 AM and at a truck stop. You can't imagine what a experience. I can't sleep. The driver was doing rough driving and applied short break 3 to 4 times. Horrible Experience. The bus was delayed by 1.5 hour Bus No - AR 01 T 8811

“GUJARAT TRAVELS” Very good option if you wanna travel to Pyne from Ahmedabad. I usually use their parcel service to send stuff from Ahmedabad to Pune. The charges for the parcel are not much. They charge you nominal fees starting from 220/- can go up to 300-400/- depending upon the size and weight of the carton. The service is really fast and they deliver your parcel next day if you give it to them before 5pm.

Worst experience ever with this travel agency. they're charged 1000rs per person from nashik to Ahmedabad for AC sleeper, Bus condition was so bad and unhygienic seats too. Multiple times I called on Gujarat travel complain number but no one answer the call..Bus was delayed by 2 hours from their schedule time. My 1st and last trip with this travels, I'm not suggest this travels to any other person.. Go for batter one.

We booked the tickets to Ambaji for Volvo luxury. Then we booked for a hotel. 10 hours ahead if travelling we got a call that bus has been cancelled due to bus is broken down. I said what about the hotel we booked she offered us sleeper bus which was absolutely not our choice. So I said one day hotel booking is okay if we fail to show up I asked what about next day she repeated same answer. Not a reliable services to me. “Sorry for the convenience “ doesn’t work when we plan to book the hotel after we booked the tickets. We ended coming in GSRTC which departed in time we made it okay. I would recommend it to anyone there are multiple buses going that route, conductor personally calls you make sure you made it in the bus!

Worsted experience ever. Traveling on 8th of July 2023. AC is not working. Staff is rude. Bus time was 6pm to departure and it's 8pm and we are standing on Express Highway Ahmedabad -baroda on road side. Don't have an option to give 0 rating that is why choosing one. Shameful.

Ahmedabad to Bangalore Staff behaviour good. Bus sheet good. if you have 2-3 luggage bag also they will take it. No stop on time. Hotels are not good. Taking more time to reach 4 pm reaching time but reached Bangalore at 9pm.

Book tickets at your own risk. Bus will always be late for about 2 hours & will drop you in middle of highway, even if you choose a proper drop location. No one will listen and nothing will happen for your service, so kindly avoid traveling from Delhi to Gujarat

Two star are for great staff. Very friendly staff. Rest all services were bad. Delayed pickup so delayed drop. Quality of mattress n blanket was not good. Cleanliness was missing in bus. Kind of stinking smell was there. Even suspension of bus wasn't good. Had a rough journey.

Not even want to give 1 start. I have booked sleeper ac Volvo with double cost ( it cost me around 2200) and when I reached on pickup point driver not allowed me to put my luggage bag inside luggage area. He was asking me for extra money. This is how I'm traveling through my journey. Im requesting Gujarat travel for refund my money for this type of service.

Worst experience ever the staff is so disrespectful and rude who just wanted to fight with the customer making a fool of the customer I booked a bus from ahmedabad to bhopal which was supposed to depart at 9 pm the employees started to pester and threaten me to leave me at 8:45 I was arriving from mount abu I told him my bus is an hour late and can he wait for me like 5-10 mins but no he was a crook and I had to suffer and travel to their other office situated at stm crossway in which the same bus that left me arrived an hour late. This was so inconvenient for me as he threatened me that your bus will leave from the stm office also and you won't reach your destination and was mocking me on my face. This is the way they honor their customers and show their respect. The employees here are super rude and pathetic and will quarrel and fight with you worst experience ever Plus the bus was three hours late and they didn't even drop us at the drop location assured

Worst Bus ever. for a 35 Hour journey, there is no functional charging port. Conductor is rude. Gujarat Travels has 0 Amenities. They are looting passengers and providing no basic amenity. I will never recommend Gujarat Travels to anyone. It is pathetic, terrible service. Third class.

A good travel agency. You can't expect everything good including behaviour of the drivers while your travelling. They are good people and you get good services and good arrangements from them for your travel needs. I have used this travel agency for a couple of times and I found them helpful. I got good response from them while any need related to the trip. 👍

Good Bus services with fine buses. We booked a Bus for Mount Abu and found it ok ok! No suspension, clean bus and well behaved staffs.

One of the worst experience i ever had. Before my journey start they told my bus is breakdown near office so given another sofa and that was 2+2 sleeper bus so double sofa is very congested. I booked in 2+1 sleeper so in that bus double sofa is spacious..if they need to allotted another bus then they need to check same amenities.. Bus is one and half hour late also. - no amenities as per i booked seat - no punctuality - no tracking or no proper announced

Travel service is not good, because when I travel with this operator Bus(AR 8887) is breakdown in that time they are not responding proper after so many times we are calling, after long time they sent another bus, but the bus driver and caben crew behavior is very bad manner and not dropping at designated location, he leaving me before 5KM. I booked a bus at 11 in the morning on 12th February for 1500 rupees, The bus was 36 seater ... .in Surat buss staff has admitted 25 dirty labour in th bus ..There was no social distance in the bus at the time of the Corona ... I've booked dwarka to Ahmedabad. But they dropped me paladi which cost me another 600 rupees to reach thakkar nagar. When I asked about what happened, staff was very rude to answer. Never going to book this bus again

Bus is good but there is no space for keeping baggage. We have to sleep while keeping legs on our bag. It is the important for passengers to keep their luggage properly and sleep properly. We could not sleep because of no space for luggage.

The staff is anything but friendly. Please record the name of your executive and the conversations. One person will say something and once you are on the bus then you will be at the mercy of another one according to who picks the phone up (might talk rudely/arrogantly) in case of any situation. Also, the bus was clean and spacious but blankets were STINKING.

Take too much time & showing only 17hrs A'bad to Delhi & taking time is 23hrs & one think more staff behavior is not much good according to their respective name Gujarat Travel. Other Travels providing 1water bottle during journey please noted this & also add your dinner,Morning Breakfast & lunch break point during journey for passengers.

The time was 11:30 at night and the pickup was done at around 12.45 o'clock in the night, so the Bus was late by one and a half to two hours. Reading light Not working... Bus Condition is good

I am not recommending any one to travel with gujarat travels.... worst customer service, we are traveling ahmedabad to Mount abu, departure time 7a.m.-arrival time at mount abu is 1p.m. and our bus has some fault at 9 am so we stuck in halfway near Himmatnagar, right now is 3 p.m. and we are still stuck at himatnagr no response from travelers when tried to talk in head office they don'tprovide correct information, no responsibility, they are not even willing to send another bus, hang up call - very very bad experience please don't choose gujarat travel if you want to travel peacefully. A month ago I travelled from AHM to BLR Their committed timeline was around 32 hrs. (8:30AM to 4:45PM - Next day) But they drop us at BLR around 10.30PM (which was almost 5 hrs of delay) Their cargo works took time in Bombay, Pune and some other places. Giving them 1 star because .... their bus was clean, blankets were fine - not that much good. AC was also working properly. Their agenda for halts is very bad, not much better options once you left Gujarat. My halts were around 12PM in Gujarat, 6:30PM in Gujarat-Maharashtra border. Then directly 9:30AM (next day) in Karnataka. Then around 4PM (300KM away from BLR) ** This travels will be best option, if you have time of almost 40 hours, you carry good enough food form home **

Village buses are better than this. We took bus from Ahmedabad to B.lore due to non availability of train reservation. The avg speed is 46 Kmph and rest stops are pathetic it’s stopping everywhere even u can see cockroaches inside the bus they are not professional better to shut down n maintain Autos or lorries

Driver was not good , did very rush driving and finally bus got to accident before 175 km of goa . Finally we came by lift after waiting for 2 hours on spot , no alternative arrangements done by them , no refund process, stopped picking our call. And finally driver did extremely mis behaved and try to hit us. Also we came to know same drive did multiple accidenta in past also . Worst travels ever !! I would definitely not recommend it.they might delete my review too. If the rating was available in negative I would give it a -10. My mom took this bus for mumbai from ahmedabad.it started at 11pm and reached Mumbai at 5 pm the next day. There was some fault in the bus and it stopped 3 times at 3 different places.finally the 4th time it stopped at bharuch for 5 hours.my mom was supposed to get a flight abroad at 2 but she missed the flight because of Gujarat travels.

We are travelling from Delhi to Ahmedabad, it finally down on middle of the Road. athey provide another bus and that bus was full then everyone standing between the seats we charge for single sleeper But I couldn't even find a place to sit. The arrival time was 6:25 am but we reached there around 2 pm. its late around 6-7 hours They didn't even drop off at the dropping point

Horrible! They have absolutely trash buses, and yet they charge more than Volvo buses! It seems the owner is least bothered about passenger comfort and providing economical value. AVOID.

The bus started on time and was expecting a better place for the break. The people out there at the food joint were least bothered about the mask and Sanitization. Multiple stoppage on the mid if the way for no reason. After multiple request the bust stopped at 5pm for lunch before entering Mumbai. After entering Mumbai we had to change the bus.. Don't know why.. Anyway.. Bus halted for almost 2 hours. Looking for passengers. Then I had asked the bus Driver about the route and breaks he said around midnight for dinner. Which he did not stop. When In asked him for a loo break and the dinner he Ignored and started threatening that he will drop me off and move. In the mean time tye conductor hid my mobile and after asking him twice he returned the mobile which was hidden under the carpet. The Driver was absolutely rude and abusive. The actual Driver if the bus was well behaved. And the Driver who was driving was a temporary Driver it seems. He was not wearing the Uniform. We were supposed to reach early morning and we reached in the afternoon at 2:30pm. Now I realize that bits better to pay ₹1500 more and go by Air... U save time and no hassles. I knew the owners personally and spoke to them as well. Bust calling them frequently does not makes sense. Because everytime I Traveller with them had a horrendous experience. I also sent some products via them and for 24 hours it was lying at Ahmedabad and when I called them they kept on saying that they have sent it whereas it was lying in Ahmedabad. Later when I found that everyone was lying then instead of apologising they shouted on me to hide their faults.

Very unprofessional behaviour. Delay of bus for 3 hours, did not bother to inform the customer waiting at th pickup point. Not even responsive to our calls. 3 hours delayed bus was further delayed for 1 more hour as they were concerned more about the parcel they had to pickup From jaipur. It felt like travelling in a truck and not a sleeper bus.

Gujarat travel is best choice for me travel roads ahemdabad to delhi. It's good price is also good. Bus is also good clean. Amazing experience those who love travel roads.

The experience was very bad. We Booked tickets by paying extra amount not to get a service like this. This is an AC bus but has no proper service of AC. Also I was shocked to see the hospitality, when a fellow passenger went to complain he was hurt badly in the office at Ahemdabad. Like even if we want to complain then we are hit. One of the worst bus i have travelled. When it rains water is falling from top in a.c bus. If i tell that to driver he tells nothing will happen go and sleep. Mistakenly 2nd time also I got this bus. They r not stopping for breakfast r lunch everybody in the bus started shouting after that he stopped in some petrol bunk and telling 5mts eat what all u want. There only chips and biscuits r ther. But for one luggage they wait for 40mts. The drivers and cleaners are very rude.

3rd class volvo bus. Never ever waste your money. They don't do maintenance in buses. Busses makes lot of noise with lot of vibrations and dont let you sleep in long journey.

Highly recommended. Gujarat Travels one of the best travels agency in Ahmedabad, provide prompt service in Gujarat, Rajasthan, M.P., U.P., and Maharashtra. I personally had experience of travelling from Paladi, Ahmedabad to Mount Abu, Rajasthan, the bus was clean and tidy, driver was highly professional in driving. Air conditioner was working properly in my sofa.

Ac bus is not so good.

My client sent me a parcel. No contact details were on the receipt. The rude staff did not answer properly. Finally after traveling for 30 kms and one hour's struggle we got the message that the parcel was delayed. Pathetic services and inhumane behavior. I had to ask my client to send it by reliable courier service. Gujarat word represents grace. It is used at a very inappropriate place.
