They, make sure to resolve our issues at their best, I had to cancel 4 Hotels [ Italy and Swiss ] - They kept me posted, they responded.. I Received the all refund on all the hotels cancellations due to pandemic and my clients were happy too, as they did not expected the refund. I have another testimony to share, how quick there responses are, one of your client in Bali, somehow did not like the property..I know not all properties are bad, but in 2 years time, I got only 1 client facing the problems at the property, Rezlive Team, solved the issue within 2 hours, cancelling and refunding with an option can be booked another property as well. which was done by the team support..and this way our clients day was not wasted because of the shifting. We booked round-trip airport transfers from Rezlive and reconfirmed booking with their team member a day prior to guest arrival day at the destination. But when guest reached airport, nobody was there and their emergency contact number was also not working. We contacted Rezlive and they told that their vendor has terminated service sometime back. They didn't have this information and asked us to arrange transfers on our own and for which they denied to pay the difference amount. However, when we posted the review on Google, they agreed to pay the arrival transfer difference amount but not the departure transfer additional cost that we have to pay for rebooking it on our own after their cancellation. As per their Team Assistant Manager – Gaurav Tolani, they will pay the difference amount only if their vendor will pay them. Else, neither will they arrange alternate transfers nor liable to pay the rebooked transfers difference amount. So, book the services at your own risk.
