The location and the staff are exceptional , the cleanness also is acceptable. Unfortunately this amazing view of the creek is hidden behind the dirty windows of the rooms , I think it hasn't been cleaned for the last 2 years. The rooms are not sound proof also , so much noise coming from outside. I really hope they fix these minor issues as it makes a huge difference.

My stay at the Sheraton Dubai Creek Hotel & Towers was a delightful experience, earning it a solid four-star rating. The hotel's prime location along the historic Dubai Creek and its impeccable service left a lasting impression. Location (5/5): Nestled along the picturesque Dubai Creek, the Sheraton offers a serene escape while remaining close to key attractions. The panoramic views of the city skyline and the water enhance the overall appeal, making it an ideal spot for both business and leisure travelers. Service and Hospitality (4/5): The staff at Sheraton Dubai Creek Hotel & Towers exuded warmth and professionalism throughout my stay. From check-in to dining and concierge services, the staff demonstrated a commitment to ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable visit. However, there were occasional delays in response times that, while minor, could be improved. Accommodations (4/5): The rooms, though slightly dated, were spacious, clean, and well-appointed. The comfortable beds and thoughtful amenities contributed to a relaxing atmosphere. A modernization of the room decor and facilities would elevate the overall guest experience. Dining Options (4/5): The hotel offers a variety of dining options, each with its unique charm. From the sumptuous buffet at Vivaldi Restaurant to the rooftop delights at Ashiana, the culinary experiences were commendable. The diverse menus catered to different tastes, providing a satisfying culinary journey. Facilities (4/5): The Sheraton Dubai Creek Hotel & Towers provides an array of facilities, including a well-equipped fitness center and a beautiful pool overlooking the creek. While the facilities are generally excellent, some areas could benefit from a refresh to align with contemporary standards.

Hotel staff was accommodating! The valet service was great! All employees were super nice and helpful! Hotel was clean and looked luxurious. The only thing I didn’t like was the breakfast. We paid for the breakfast for the 5 nights we were there. The food was not worth the money. When I tried to cancel the breakfast after the second day, the front desk employee told me I wasn’t allowed to. So we had to eat there the rest of the days because we paid for it but we did not enjoy the food.

I Wes coming in Dubai for business, and I stay in Sheraton Dubai creek , actually I didn’t know how many days I supposed to be here in Dubai ,so I stayed here in hotel almost 1 week suddenly, I want to extend to more days and 3 rd day will be check out, and I’m trying to ask to front disk , and they told me No you can not stay at ours hotel until the next 2 days because we already booked ( reserved) . So I ask them altist to give me 1 day and I’ll try to settle to move another hotel! So disappointed! What ever is the rate in hotel I’m able to pay (I don’t mind to pay)if it’s even expensive also, because I really like the place ! But they say no ! unbelievable! So so mad🤦‍♂️ I really regret to stay in this hotel! I don’t want to suggest any one as well ! It Wes amazing assignments! Thank you !

We stayed at Sheraton Dubai Creek Hotel & Towers for three nights. We love good hotels and our overall impression of this hotel is ok. The lobby is great, the rooms are a bit old and they have (not very new) carpet. The windows are dirty/sandy. The breakfast includes everything you want, but it's not more than okay. The location of the hotel is very nice, located at the river with a metro station nearby and Uber everywhere. Compared to European standards it's probably more a three, maybe four stars hotel than a five stars hotel. The staff are very nice and helpful so that's a plus.

Great place to stay when in Dubai for business or vacation. Everything nearby. Dubai metro Union station is near by walkable. Gold Souk is about 2 km distance, which takes minimum fare by Taxi to reach hear. Request for creek facing deluxe rooms for great views. Gave 4 stars for rooms because the shower area is a bit odd. There is no separate shower area. it's with a bathtub only, and at least in my room, it was difficult to access shower without stepping into the bathtub, and adjusting the temp of the shower is an issue with that arrangement. Restaurant is decent with a good view of the creek. Prices are reasonable. Breakfast spread is superb. I think I will give 10 stars from breakfast.

Friendly and welcoming staff, from the entrance to the reception, and the bar, pool, and lounge. Although the hotel was built quite some time ago, but it has been well maintained and the whole place smells amazing. Room was spacious with all amenities (stayed in the presidential suite). Lounge had decent and variety of food and beverages, and there is always something to eat or drink. Staff remember who you are and what your favourite drinks are and refill when they see the glass is getting low. Breakfast was good with lots of variety to choose. Chefs occasionally check on the guest which were nice. Will definitely try again.

Rooms are nice and the river view ones are absolutely fantastic. The hotel isn’t new though and you can see some signs of that. Service - no issues at all, food pretty good, gym passable. Easy access through a metro station 5 minutes away. For Dubai, good value for money.

Disappointed. Booked the hotel because of its location. Although it looks good overall, the cleanliness of the rooms were not at all up to the level of a 5 star hotel. This is the third time I am being disappointed by a Sheraton Hotel. Remains of foods, ants on the toilet bowl and broken nails in the bathroom. The buffet food was average. Only saving grace was the staff who were courteous. Do not recommend. Can get better hotels for lesser price or spend a few more.

Excellent breakfast. Excellent service during breakfast. Very good and efficient room cleaning and changing towels. Fast maintenance. One of the best hotels in Dubai. It's 10 out of 10 ! Rooms are perfect - I was in club room on the 10th floor and highly recommend this rooms! Hotel as facilities is very good, but there are some thing to consider… AC works only when room card is inserted! Power plugs are combined type but too old.. I plugged my EU phone charger and in the morning my phone was not charged! The open parking has partially tents for some shadows and if you are driving a normal rental car it will probably be left on the sun! Tried the Italian and Hatta(open buffet) restaurants - worth visiting.

Gutes ,nicht zu teures Hotel. Wir hatten Zimmer im 10 Stock mit Frühstück. Aussicht auf das Nachbar Hotel, aber das war uns nicht wichtig. Frühstücksbuffet hat alles was man braucht. Kein Luxus ,dennoch reichlich Auswahl. Gefallen hat und die Nähe zur Metro, sind aber letztendlich fast doch immer Taxi gefahren und weil am Creek gelegen sehr ruhig. Würden das nächste Mal doch eher zu einem Strandhotel tendieren.

Close proximity to airport Rooms are clean and well maintained. Amazing reception staff. Very polite and helpful. Even the buffet breakfast team was very polite and always cheerful and ready to help. The only minus point was the room service. Had to call many times to get small things done. One piece of advice from experience. Book local cabs or careem. Sometimes the team at gate says it's a hotel cab, similar to normal taxis and they over charge you. Had a bad experience in that case. Overall would recommend the place.

I stayed here for a quick overnight stay after dropping my husband off at the airport. I specifically reserved a non-smoking room, and that reservation was not honored. The woman who checked me in stuck me in a smoking room without telling me, and it wasn't until I entered the room that I realized. I called down to ask if I could be switched to a non-smoking room and was informed that they didn't have any available non-smoking rooms. They did not apologize or offer any compensation for the mistake, just sent a man with a spray bottle to "refresh" the room (which only made it worse). I'm shocked by the lack of responsibility taken by the management, especially since I am a Marriott Bonvoy Gold Elite member. If I had gotten the room I reserved, it would have been a lovely stay - the room seemed great (aside from the odor) and the view of the creek was fantastic.

Not recommended for couple of reasons: 1. Staff does not appreciate guest much. 2. Very old hotel and room was smelly and very uncomfortable furniture although I was staying in an excitative suite. 3. Air conditioning made us sick. 4. You can not control the temperature of the water while you are taking a shower, one time is freezing and suddenly it’s boiling. Although the price for the night was cheap BUT You can find a better hotel in equal prices or may be less.

We went to Dubai for some Sightseeing of the City You need the Taxi for nearly every Activity because you need to cross the River and go into the South Downtown or even more South for the Harbor and Palm Go for Uber because its cheaper than a normal Taxi and the same or even better Cars Breakfast was good - Various Selection of Food so everyone finds something to eat

The Sheraton Dubai Creek Hotel & Towers proudly holds its 5-star status, boasting the amenities one would expect from such a rating. However, in the spectrum of 5-star accommodations, it might lean towards the modest side. My family and I had a pleasant experience during our stay. The hotel's cleanliness was commendable, and the staff exhibited courteous behavior throughout. We enjoyed the breakfast offerings, but for those planning an extended stay beyond two days, it might be beneficial to request a varied dish selection. A special acknowledgment goes to both Shariar and MD Khaled for their exceptional service.

Couldn't fault the rooms or the service. Our room had a view over the creek. All staff were very attentive and nothing was too much trouble. Easy taxi trip from the airport and central to many other locations

The hotel is very close to airport. Facility is a bit old, but still clean and comfortable. Some of the rooms have been renovated. The staff is hospitable. Sheraton mattress is always comfortable. However, the breakfast dinning hall is always crowded, sometime overloaded so you have to wait in the queue or eat outside by the pool.

I thought this was a great location for Dubai unless you prefer to be at the Marina area or the Palm Island. Easy access to the Metro and water taxis. Great pool and restaurants. I’d definitely stay here again.

All started with energetic welcome by team and valet parking. That was good after a tired day. Then i came to know it's a quite old hotel luxurious hotel. Ok, it is also having a great location With yellow 💛 colour interior, cool silence place and low crowded Now focus on hatta Hall. We booked its a great hall with a pool that was not so deep. And we had a variety of food and drinks available.

Incredible lack of flexibility from the reception staff. Had a booking but my friend didn't have his physical passport, so they wouldn't allow us to stay. No apologies whatsoever. We went to a nearby hotel with no problems but lost 500+dhs in the Sheraton. Terrible customer service.

Lovely hotel; elegant and cozy. It has a limited lobby area and a few bars, restaurants and lounges, and the pool and the gym are considerably small. Staff are cheerful, yet service might not up to expectations. Housekeeping staff seem to be lacking in number and in training as housekeeping standards and time did differ from day to day. Still, recommended for short business visits to Dubai.

Denied a refund for supposedly staying at the hotel when I left and was in a different country. The hotel had the audacity to send multiple emails on different days to makemytrip saying that I was staying at the property. Why don't you check your CCTV cameras and confirm for yourself. The stay was booked from 31 October to 10 November. I left on 1st. Other than that, my bag was held up for an hour or two when I came to the hotel and I had to make repeated calls to have it sent to my room and there were no toiletries in the room. The breakfast was nice.

I love this place...it's one of the first hotel I stayed 15y ago as new visitor in Dubai. It's still one of the most fascinating with classic style hotels in Dubai...nothings compared Nice rooms nice location nice food (ps the paddle Court could be a bit better maintained but it's ok) Highly suggested

Well,it has been long time when I have visited Sheraton hotel,at that time it was a favourite place for lot of people especially tourist as it is located at creak water front, now when recently visited the appreance is still appealing but now I think it is more used for marriage venue rather than drinks and dinning.I think it's due to Corona.,My visit had a nostalgic effect on ,it stood proudly while lots of changes can be seen around .I told out son and grandson that I have been visiting this place even before, I even had an Idea of your mother, being my life partner. And today I am standing here with my three generations.

Good location on old Dubai Creek. 2mn walk to the Dubai creek riverside. The quay are used by Dhow cruises as well as old wooden cargo ships. Cheap water taxi cross the river to the more commercial and tourist friendly side. The hotel itself has decent food options including an upscale bakery. The hotel has comfortable lounge areas and outside terrace with river view. This is a good location to explore old Dubai. The metro station is conveniently located near by which provide access to all main destinations through the city.

I booked as a long stay guest, in the first few months the experience was positive mainly because the lady who was in charge , Ms Sam, was supervising things herself and did her best to help out even out of hours - she was very professional ; however since she left the hotel, here comes misery : the manager in charge , Mr goran, would ignore key and vital issues such as disinfecting rooms , allergy consequences ( he would allow cleaners to wipe dust in guests presence despite the endless discussions and alerts sent to him ) , bath towels were left outside the door on the floor ! Not even wrapped in proper laundry bags ; my birthday party was horribly ruined thanks to rude and mean restaurant staff : I was told the place was fully booked ( although I arrived prior to opening time ) and would not give me any alternative times or suggestions ( in the end it turns out there were no bookings whatsoever and were making it up! ) we then tried to move to the small cafe next door and staff were even worse as they would not show any consideration for senior guests being unwell & having allergy issues and neither offer alternative foods to compensate . The room security is also poor and questionable as they 're short on staff and obviously staff are stretched to the maximum and could not handle the many rooms they have to check . Mr goran has been ignoring all those issues and never took any action till this very moment : he was only capable of announcing higher prices to me ! A higher rate for a room he did not care to disinfect in 9 months , while in a pandemic !!!! He even had the cheek to ask me to provide a medical certificate to prove the room needs to be disinfected !!!!! I hope the hotel owner is reading this review , so they know what guests ( with allergy issues ) have been put through while in their hotel , and as a " valuable" member of the Bonvoy Marriott . Never been treated so badly in over 20 years of visits to Dubai - not even in a 3 star hotel experience. Manager could not care less about guest wellbeing or safety , I do not recommend this place for a long stay - the only good thing about it is the location / view.

Wow is the only way I can explain my stay at this exemplary hotel, from the kind and warm staff. The very diverse and positive staff members that cater to you're every need. I wouldn't mind if this hotel charges my a million dollars a night. The food, service, and room are all outstanding. And Mr.Rishi is the most comforting and kindest man in the building, he deserves the world for his consistency and effort in what he does. I want to thank the kind lady's that work down at the Lounge Cafe. To wrap this review this is the most amazing hotel experience that I have had to this date. Thank you Sheraton

For this price look and hotels closer to metro. No good food options nearby unless in the hotel. Just far enough from metro it discouraged exploring the city. Wouldn't recommend at the price point. Maybe $65 a night. Also, shower window to the bedroom is weird. +1 for decent price with proximity to creek transport +1 for the available restaurants +0 for not cleaning the room and not throwing away the trash but throwing away a designer box +0 for not being able to use stairs. Only elevator when we were on 1st floor +0 for terrible wifi going in and out. Randomly would drop 5-10 mins around 23:00 +0 for not restocking toilet paper a few nights

Check-in was verging on disastrous because they had three parties ahead of us with large problems, but Bishnu the front desk manager came through and sat us down with complimentary drinks and snacks while we waited. The experience ended up being phenomenal because Apple checked us in while we were waiting and came ready with all keys, welcome amenities and information about lounge and breakfast access. Apple provided amazing customer service! Room - corner suite with separate office and washroom, and fantastic master ensuite. Breakfast - less organized than other Marriott properties in UAE. We were not provided with a welcome tour of breakfast, and you order your eggs yourself from the chef directly instead of from a server who then coordinates with the kitchen. They did have great hot and cold foods available, and the service was good. Gym - good selection of cardio with one free weights centre.

Horrible Experience, Weak water pressure in the room. Bad internet connection and bad customer service experience. I asked to deal with the bad internet connection and guess what the customer service told me that he will forwarded me to the internet provider to explain to him and asking him to come and fix the issue!!! I asked the staff for my points on Bonviy, promised to redeemed after check out but nothing until now after 6 days. One employee stopped coz I was driniking coffe with the mug from the room. Imagine he was worried about the cup worth 10 Cent not to steal it !! I feel bad about that

Absolutely perfect but then I am 75 years young. Suspect families with small children and teenagers would want something more modern and adventure filled, (you would hate it... mainly because I'd like to keep it just as it is! Pool very small and very deep...no play area or slides....etc etc.)

It's a very very good hotel to visit, as it offers many activities including a gym, a swimming pool, a sona, a massage, and a very delicious and diverse breakfast. Well, if it offers all that in a very high standards, you might ask why a 4 and not a 5. It's because I had some problems in the bathroom's tub, where it could get stuck and have a hard time dealing with it, and found some dirt on the phone which kinda made me grossed off, which made me think it over the expensive price it offers for a room. Overall, it was a nice experience near many important and fun locations to visit around. I'd recommend it for whom have the money, but clearly offers a good service.

I'd say ok. Every hotel offers almost the same. Clean place. Swimming Pool was small. And we came in first in the room it smells like cigarette butt and staffs are asking for a trip advisor review. I'd probably consider other hotel next time.

Excellent hotel in a brilliant location. The standard at this hotel is amazing with staff who are polite and wonderful. The rooms are cleaned very well and nothing is too much trouble for the staff Everything is close by. You have the famous walk which has eveything for all families, couples and children. The staff at the hotel especially Kranthi who was absolutely brilliant. He was extraordinary with everything very polite and friendly and went above and beyond with eveything. He deserves a promotion and a pay rise what an asset to the hotel!!!!! We will definitely be back Thanks to all the staff see you soon!!!

Good usual Sheraton quality and service. However, they need to have more staff at valet service and better organized. Also they do not serve breakfast at the club, which other Sheraton hotels do, and I like that. Price is good and location as well... Despite being Titanium Elite they did not give me a great room upgrade, which I missed

The Sheraton Dubai Creek Hotel and Towers is always our first choice when we are in Dubai. This hotel is a perfect example that good staff and good managers are the two main ingredients for success, because that’s what this hotel is! From the moment you step in, be assured that the hotel staff will go above and beyond to meet your needs. They (all) are simply incredible. Whether you stay in Deluxe or Club rooms, or in one of the suites, you will notice that all rooms are spacious and cleaned to a top standard. The house-keeping team is very professional and efficient, and ready to accommodate in case you have a specific request as to what time you would prefer your room to be done. Even at times of full occupancy, they will do their best to assist with such requests. During my last stay there was a minor issue with the air conditioning in my room, and few minutes after I reported it, a technician showed up. Whether it is time to rest or do some work on your laptop, you will just love the comfortable sofas and spacious desks with power hubs. Bathrooms in all rooms have been renovated and have both a shower and bath which, for me, is a big plus. Amenities in the bathrooms are top-notch and should you require something that may not have been provided, one call to the house keeping will solve the problem. Unless you are a Platinum or higher member of the Marriott Bonvoy loyalty programme, it is worth booking the Club room (with a view of the beautiful Dubai Creek) because for some extra bucks a complimentary breakfast and access to the executive lounge come with it. I personally love spending some time in the lounge every day. The coffee is good, fresh juices always readily available and not to forget to mention the great selection of snacks/ food bytes served every day between 3-5pm and 6-8pm, which are prepared and beautiful presented by the Chef. I love spending an hour or two working in the tranquility of the lounge while sipping my first coffee in the morning, and reading a book indulging in yummy sandwiches in the afternoon. Still, the best part of the “lounging” and what makes it special is its wonderful staff. They are so nice, friendly, professional and helpful, and entering through those doors will always make you feel as coming back home. If you fall in the category of those who need to do something physical first thing in the morning, just take your pick -either visit the gym which, although of a modest size, has all essential equipment (apart from the rowing machine), rent a bicycle (on the ground floor next to the gym) or go for a run or walk along the Creek (the latter definitely being my favourite). The outdoor swimming pool (situated at the Creek side on the ground floor) may not be huge but it is more than big enough to accommodate all the guests who find themselves by the pool at the same time. If lying on the sun loungers under sun umbrellas is not your “cup of tea”, then you may prefer some of the thoughtfully made cocktails (or mocktails) in the cozy ambiance of the Bay Pool bar. When the time comes to check out, the lovely staff at the front desk will ensure that your check out is as smooth as your check in has been. They will make you feel appreciated, and you will already start looking forward to when you will be back, even though you have not even set your foot outside yet. Always-cheerful and helpful porters, will help with your bag and get a taxi for you if you haven’t ordered one already. They will wave you good-bye and will be the first ones to welcome you when you are back. And if you expect some deliveries during your stay at the hotel, you do not have to sit around and wait for it to arrive, as they will receive it for you and deliver to your room when you are back to the hotel. Now, all that is left is to enjoy your ten-minute ride to the airport (which will cost around 10 USD) and cherish the lovely memories until you return to make new ones. Au revoir!
