We are halfway through a 3 week stay at the Pullman Dubai Creek City Centre Hotel, fantastic experience as always. Have been staying at this hotel on and off for last 5 years and service is exceptional every time. Special mention to Sharon in housekeeping, who has done a great job looking after us and giving us a spotless clean and well stocked room every day. Also ALL of the staff in the Executive Lounge who do a truly wonderful job and make every day a special experience from breakfast through to evening drinks. Special mention to Kim in the lounge who is always happy, smiling and treats you like friend as well as a customer. All the staff I've interacted with are a credit to the hotel. This is one of the main reasons why we keep coming back. Well Done.

Had lunch with my family at the Medley Resto on November 2, 2022. The entrance to the restaurant was smooth and this place is cozy and very ideal for good conversation. The food spread was impressive with a wide selection to choose from. Kudos to the chefs who prepared the delicious and exquisite food. F&B staff were all in attention to the service and the details. I am giving this restaurant 5 stars! Well done to the Management Team!

Room was OK. For breakfast we had to queue. Only two hostess serving. First one to stop us at the gate and second one to get us seated. Very limited scope for vegan lovers. I was recommended this hotel by a local resident. Although it was OK but it doesn't match standards of service provided by other nearby hotels. Security staff, Reception and Room service guy were very helpful.

Pros: My long stay with Pullman was wonderful, the rooms are very cozy and nice. I have to thank Pullman for the Cervical pillow which gave me good neck support and sleep. Cons: Pullman should focus more on breakfast dining. It feels insulting to stand in line for half an hour and fight for a table in a five-star hotel. Also, it would be very helpful if Pullman could focus more on walk-in showers without the tub. I am not very comfortable showering in tubs as I tend to slip and fall more.

Stayed for 4 days. Although the hotel was full, Motaz at the front desk went out of the way to accommodate my request to provide interconnecting rooms. It was a very nice and courteous gesture by him. Hotel location is excellent and lots of restaurants and shopping around deira area.

I personally liked staying at this hotel. The service is really good. Motaz is good guy we always come to him . He is very helpful and gives the best service. Highly recommended! Moreover, Amjad and Iqbal at the restaurant gives the best service and are highly professional and friendly ! Quick and great service by both of them.

The Hotel is looks good. 1. Food is Good. 2. The main part is swimming pool.. Before i saw Guard Mr.Buya i was nothing about swimming. Now I can swim like a professional swimmer. We went here for the first time and it is not a disappointment. Amila the bartender is very accomodating so as Krishna, they were both attentive and approachable. The managers, Shakin, around are welcoming and will greet you genuinely. Kudos, you guys, food and drinks 10/10, sevice 10/10

It is the best Hotel in the City Center of Dubai. It is close to Airport. Normally people come to do shopping in Dubai and the visitors always visit City Center. But do you know if you are staying in Pullman Hotel which is inside the city centre it becomes so convenient to shop. First thing you save your time in traffic, anytime you can shop at various shops and spend complete quality time. Pullman Hotel has a lovely view and the whole staff is so good at their job. The dining area is vast and convenient. It is completely safe staff with your family.

Fabulous hotel, location is so good, direct connectivity with mall. The staff and amenities of the place have been simply fabulous. The girl at the reception Ms. Tanya and the Manager Mr. Ali was helpful and supportive to make our stay here very comfortable. The lounge staff Mr. Muben , seif and Mr. Ismail gave excellent service and make us satisfied. Overall excellent experience

Highly recommend this hotel the staff across the departments are friendly and helpful. Special mention to the team in the executive lounge Kim,Seif,Ismail and Rahman who always make our stay memorable they must be good this was our third visit! Also while small the pool area is great has not ever got too busy on any of our stays and the team there are always working to make your visit pleasant and safe also the Pool barman quickly learns your likes and really looks after you. The property is handy for the airport and is built on a shopping mall which can be useful with a fabulous Carrefore apparently according to the wife

Elsie the therapist at the spa is like no other. She is polite helpful and knows what she is doing. Such a pleasant experience and fantastic advice about my self care routines. Came out of the session feeling rejuvenated. Well done Elsie! I recommend her for anyone wanting a professional therapy session.

I have been a resident at Pullman City Centre Residences for more than 3 months. During this period the staff and amenities of the place have been simply fabulous. Roxana and Muhammad in the reservations area have been very helpful and supportive to make mine and my family’s stay here very comfortable and made us feel at home. Additionally, I was a regular visitor to the gymnasium where I was trained by Michael Garcia (I call him Michael the Superman) who was simply great in adding to my fitness and strength. Elsie and Mayuree at the gym were very courteous and helpful. I strongly recommend this place to people who are considering staying here for short to long duration. I also recommend Michael as a trainer in the gym for anyone looking to be fit and strong.

I stayed here twice and loved both time but unfortunately my last trip, couple of hours before checkout I left the hotel and told the staff to get the bags down to the hall for me when it was check out time. Fast forward the one bag that was locked had stuff missing. A perfume and few other things including supplements. I’m truly disappointed I don’t think I will be stay there again.

I liked the hotel and service in hotel. I felt Laundry charges were expensive. Food was good, I had a service attendant named Ramesh who is very nice, talks pleasant, service food with good taste. I felt glass view was not clear as class outside the room was dusty. Couldn’t capture morning sunrise pics from room.

The location is great. Directly to Diera city center which is very nice , interesting and affordable. Very close to the metro also. It has very nice restaurants and very delicious seafood open buffet. I am a member in the gym for many years. Very clean and nice with swimming pool . Staff are friendly. I recommend it highly.

Great housekeeping staff. Ankush is a great leader who is customer centric. Bernard is an excellent room steward. He is good in his housekeeping work and he works hard. Dinner food was too much of Dairy and I don't eat dairy due to medical reasons. Overall, I love Pullman Dubai creek and I will be back on Oct 12 and 13, 2023!

I love this hotel…the staff are superb, from housekeeping to the spa to front of house, each and every one are a delight. I have to make Mayuree my star this visit…I can’t recommend her massages enough if you want to feel incredibly relaxed and pampered. The breakfast options are excellent, catering for a global clientele, and the only improvement needed would be the coffee, which is a little insipid. Rooms are spacious, clean, comfortable and well appointed, and housekeeping are extremely helpful and attentive. I will say that the prices have gone up considerably since my last visit, but it is has been a pleasure coming here for a few days to reset and relax.

Great F & B. Chef Ramesh & Ansil great chefs to interact with. Was a pleasure meeting them everyday. A real welcome reception with a smile to always greet us when entering. I have stayed in in many apartments and Hotels in Dubai but only in this Hotel I have got very good service..Doesn't matter what you ask for they try their best to fulfill your requirements. Food quality is also good.Special.thanks to Chef Ramesh for the amazing food and greeting us nicely it gave us homely feeling. Even the house keeping staff is always up to the mark.They don't give you a single chance to complain about..Over all Full marks to this excellent hotel.

The hotel is in a good location near the airport convenient for us for a 5 day stay. Nice clean modern hotel . The chef Ramesh cooks really nice breakfast and dinner. We had a seafood night on Friday with fresh fish cooked for us. Many choices of food and good selection for meat eaters and vegetarians.

Staff are very friendly. Sharon Namwebe the Ugandan lady from room service is amazing. She would check via call to ensure guests are comfortable.

I am glad to have had the opportunity to stay at Pullman hotel for the second time.the hotel is so clean, there is privacy for all customers and most of all the security is so good. For the time I have stayed there I have never had any complaints concerning any services from the hotel. Visited today Fit and Spa and was impressed by the massage received by Mayuree. She gave so valid comments about my stiffs in body and how to treat them and what can be the consequences. Super friendly, really loves her job and what is more important she knows how to do her job perfectly with full knowledge. The best massage ever. Didn’t receive such service even in the most luxury spas. Highly recommend!

I have made an earlier review concerning my stay at the Pullman Hotel Dubai City Center. But I also want to commend the professional way and manner in which the rooms are cleaned and bed sheets dressed each day. The young lady - Diana who was charged with that responsibility is very efficient and also deserves commendation. On one occasion I left my room scattered and with cash and other valuables on the table and she carefully arranged and packed everything well. I was so shocked at her honesty. God bless her. Everything was perfect, from a very smooth checkin till the last moment of checkout nothing to complain about. *Donna* at the reception was very helpful since we extended our stay and she did a great job since the rooms were fully booked but still she managed to extend our stay on the same rooms to avoid any hassle since we were with the kids. Overall a Perfect stay.

The best city hotel, right along with Deira. Shopping mall with food court is like few steps away. Near to many famous locations. Enjoyed my stay, staff was really helpful. Especially "Donna", you will be lucky to have her at front desk. Very generous and friendly!!

We stayed at the hotel from 12 Jan until 18 Jan and it was such a great experience! All the staff were so friendly and polite, especially Ms Donna at the reception who helped us a lot and arranged an early check-in. She was sooo helpful and sweet all the time and made our stay unforgettable 😍 The location was fantastic just close to the shopping centres and attractions and very convenient 👌 The outdoor pool on the eight floor and the view from there and our room was splendid 🤩 However, there is something about the breakfast I'd like to say. Some foods such as roasted potatoes and cakes were not fresh unfortunately. And one more thing... I wasn't really satisfied with room cleaning service becausec the bathtub wasn't cleaned every day and there were a couple of hairs and dirt in or around the tub for the whole few days we were there...

I had a very nice stay with my two kids. loved everything about the hotel. Mr Mahmoud received us the first day and he was amazing and really helpful. Madam Easter at the 11th floor was really good with the kids. Overall all staffs are very friendly. Highly recommended!

Great hotel, comfortable stay and good food. The best part was the amazing customer service! Our check-in was delayed a bit, so we were given a temporary room to freshen up and were then moved to our main room. Since the process took some time, we were given complementary access to the executive lounge for the entire stay. Juan, the executive who checked us in made our stay such an amazing experience. A true testament to great customer service! Maya and Sebastian waiting on us at the lounge were also so friendly and cratered to our every need! The three of them together made a hotel feel like a little piece of home away from home. Thank you all! We hope to come back again!

The hotel is conveniently located just 10 minutes from the airport. Near the hotel there is a shopping centre with a full restaurant area. Also close to the hotel is a metro station and a mosque. The rooms are spacious and soberly decorated. The breakfast is quite complete and the service quite fast, the staff is very professional and available to make your stay as pleasant as possible. The hotel is clean and well maintained, as is the rooftop swimming pool with a breathtaking view. The hotel has many amenities such as a hairdresser, free parking, gym with sauna and hamman, restaurant and bar that broadcasts football matches.

The service from all the staff was absolutely fantastic. In particular, we were welcomed by Chizzy at breakfast - she was so friendly (and very interested that we came from the UK!). She made us feel very welcome! Thank you! We also loved the rooftop swimming pool, which has fantastic views of the city.

This place is worth the stay for the human touch, we stayed for the staff. We stayed at the Residences part of the hotel, and were really impressed. Our holiday did not go according to plan. Our room had an unexpected and unforeseeable disrepair. We went from a creek view room, to a road view one. This was a huge disappointment, we were trying to get away from busy roads and concrete, and did not want it on holiday. This would have been a deal breaker, and we would have tried to find an alternative hotel, if not for the staff. The assistant manager, Roxana, responded swiftly and tried to find workable solutions. In the end, we didn't get the room we wanted, but we received a world class customer service and personal touches from the staff. A huge special thank-you to Kushal, Gum and Ambir, who made sure our room was in perfect condition every day. Something that made our stay safe and pleasant for our little toddler!

Excellent location, good ambience, happy hours at lounge is great and good food at medley restaurant. Staff is very friendly and helpful, house keeping is regular and my room was always kept neat and tidy, Sharon one of the house keeping staff has been particularly very good and efficient. Strongly recommend for family and business stay.

I love the location of this hotel. There’s a direct access going to the Deira City Centre. My room is spacious and the people are so hospitable. Would definitely spend another weekend here at I absolutely will recommend it to my friends.

Excellent stay. The service is great. Lots of variety for food. They have a tea lounge on the ground floor where you can book an exclusive tea pairing with lunch. Super good! The rooms are spacious and clean. Would definitely stay again!

The Pullman Dubai Creek Residences offers all the comforts of home at fantastic value for money. Rooms were large, clean and had a comfortable bed. The bathroom had all the basic amenities, showers water consistent in both pressure and temperature. The vast array at breakfast had the right balance between proteins and carbs. Service standards are second to none. We will return in the future.

Very polite and at the same time the warm and friendly reception made us comfortable at check-in and check-out. I always stay at this hotel every time i came in Dubai and I love it. I Love the staffs... they are so welcoming starting from the gate. The hotel location is perfect! Very good service the spa, Swimming pool, sauna, massage.... and currently the house keeping service is highly improved and my room is very very clean everyday for that i would like to thank Mr. Saitream and from reception Ms.Dona and Maya.

This is a great hotel, conveniently located and has some great people working for it. The rooms are big and comfortable, the executive lounge has a great selection of food and drinks, and the hotel just has a very fresh and fuzzy feel to it. Special mention to the management, especially John and Juan, for sorting all my preferences and requests before my arrival, and even during my stay, and Emma and Princess at the lounge for their warm hospitality and service.

Donna is amazing! She was very accommodating to us and was eager to help. She offered to give us connecting room as my sister and her husband was also with us. She made us feel so welcome and she’s very pleasing to deal with. Kim in executive lounge is also great, she assisted us and was so attentive to our request. Bernard of housekeeping was also very helpful. If there’s anybody to promote for a higher position, Donna, Kim and Bernard should be the 1st to be promoted as they exceed the customer satisfaction and was happy to give an extra mile to your valued guest. Customer service is fantastic and Donna in particular is really helpful. She is attentive and patient and took extra care to attend to our needs. The hotel is clean and very modern and in this Covid time, adheres to the guidelines and regulations. Lovely.

Really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. VERY convenient location with direct access to a fantastic mall; which in turn has access to the metro. Prompt service especially as far as house keeping goes. The breakfast spread was phenomenal! The rooms are basic but comfortable with all necessities. Much reccomended
