I recently had the pleasure of staying at Copthorne for around 5 days and it was truly exceptional :) Ahmed was incredibly attentive during the breakfast service, and his friendly demeanor made the dining experience delightful. Combined with the overall outstanding service provided by the rest of the hotel staff, it created an overall memorable experience. I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit, and recommend it to others as well!

The location is superior and the transportation is convenient. The hotel has complete facilities, the rooms are clean and tidy, and the stay is very comfortable. The service of the front desk staff is very good, very proactive and enthusiastic. The breakfast is good, with many varieties, and I personally think the price/performance ratio is quite high. Stayed as part of Dubai connect - rooms are a little dated but quiet, roomy, and comfortable. After all, you just want to sleep during a layover, right? We arrived just before 1am and were promptly given our room card and informed about the breakfast buffet that started at 5am. We slept well, freshened up and then headed down to the buffet, which was functional but offered a good range of food. The shuttle service to and from the hotel was also punctual.

It’s a very nice hotel with friendly staff. Just like Samar who used to clean our room and was very kind. And it’s a great location, I’d highly recommend this hotel.

The best thing about this hotel is Excellent location. Very near to metro, Deira city Centre and grocery shops and adjacent to a large beautiful mosque. Staff is very friendly and courteous and no issues in any kind of services that I availed at the hotel from cleanliness to laundry to internet. Breakfast is just OK and needs more variety. But it's acceptable considering the per night room rent with breakfast. It's an old hotel so washrooms are dated but not bad to use. Overall good place for business or vacations stay

I recently stayed at the Copthorne Hotel, and I must say it was a delightful experience. 1. The hotel's location is truly superb, making it convenient to explore the area and access various attractions easily. 2. The second-floor pool and gym facilities were fantastic. I enjoyed a refreshing swim and had access to a well-equipped gym, making my stay even more enjoyable. 3. I stayed in the park suite room, and it exceeded my expectations. The room featured a bathtub, a separate kitchen, a dining area, a cozy sofa, and a spacious bedroom. The ample cupboards for clothes storage, laundry bags, iron, and its stand were thoughtful additions. The room's nice gallery provided a pleasant view, and the central AC ensured comfort. 4. The room service, particularly from Samar, was exceptional. The cleanliness of the room was top-notch, and I felt comfortable throughout my stay. 5. While the hotel had a restaurant, I didn't have the opportunity to try it, but it's good to know it's an option for future visits. In my opinion, the Copthorne Hotel truly justifies its 4-star rating. Best thing is I booked 2 months advance so i got a decent amount of discount. The exceptional room, excellent service, convenient location, and impressive amenities made my stay memorable. I would highly recommend it to others.

Staff is very polite and helpful. Well maintained hotel. Rooms are specious and clean. Location is nearby airport. Easily accessible all famous tourist places. Kitchen utensils are not available in rooms. Breakfast charges are expensive.

1. The cafetaria is clean and the staff is very nice and helpful. But the food if can be more variety served in alternate day is better. I stayed for 6 days, on the 3rd day, I have memorized all the food menu and their location 😁😁 2. The room is clean and spacious. Just a bit improvement needed to remove mildew in toilet. Overall i like it. Easy to travel out from the hotel. Metro is only 5mins away from the hotel. Mosque right in front of the hotel.

The room is always clean I thank a nice guy who if I remember correctly his name is Nassim for the work he does. Breakfast is not good in the morning. For a 4 star hotel in all the world there is always a coffee machine. And we can make cappuccino into hot chocolate. Here it's an extra. There are no good croissants or pastries.....,

The magnificent hotel. The main feature is the excellent service. We checked in at 10 a.m., which is much earlier than the deadline. We asked for extra pillows and blankets for the children, and this was provided to us completely free of charge. Cleaning, change of towels every day. Free transfer from the hotel to Kite Beach and back. An excellent swimming pool and Jacuzzi as well as a sauna and a fitness center for leisure and recreation. The hotel staff speaks English fluently.

I enjoy the breakfast since the food is good that includes different varieties. Also, the room is clean and comfortable. All the staff is nice especially Julie. I appreciate her for being approachable.

The hotels staff is good but I do not think management is good. I stayed on the third floor bathroom bidet was leaking, shower vault was not ok, no dental kit, one of the coffee machine was not working - it is 4 star hotel and trust me Hilton , Marriot also have 4 star hotel which was way better. I would say though the staff is very polite and soft spoke.

One of the best hotel I have visited till now. The receptionists were really helpful and friendly. Great staff, Jason and Anoop who knew how to serve the customer. The room was well equipped, very clean and the service was excellent. From the balcony, the creek view was great. The location of our room was absolutely perfect. As soon as you come out of the hotel, we just need to cross the road and there is a direct path leading to the metro. Room is very clean and comfortable, a very good place to relax and chill. The view of the sunset from that point was mesmerizing. I must say the location of the hotel is at best place of Dubai.

Our holiday on this hotel was brilliant. We booked half board and we had buffet for breakfast and lunch. Tuesday had lunch which was awesome. I WOULD LIKE TO SPECIFY THAT I REALLY APPRECIATE THE RESTAURANT STAFF HIS NAME IS AJITH - . our next vacation I will come back here only. The food was very tasty and I loved the desserts.

Myself and my wife had a wonderful stay at the Copthorne hotel. The breakfast was delicious and the suite rooms were very spacious and clean. A special shout out needs to go out to Arsh, the cleaner on the tenth floor who made our stay the great experience it was.
