I arrived from the airport at 4am for my check-in for a 1 week stay at this hotel. I emailed them prior to my arrival telling them of my arrival time and they responded saying they would help accommodate an early check-in. When I arrived I spoke to Edward, the gentleman in this photo who was incredibly rude and unhelpful. He said check-in time is strictly at 2pm. I asked if there's anything he can do to accommodate an early check-in or a seat in a guest lounge area. He said no so I decided to wait in the lobby. Looking at the time and seeing that check-in was in 10 hrs I spoke to him again and he said there's nothing he can do before 2pm. I asked if I can speak to his manager or someone senior to him and he said he's the most senior. I called Grand Hyatt Dubai and they said they can provide early check-in and will accommodate us. I told Edward I'd like to cancel my reservation for the week and he was extremely unhelpful saying I have to return at 9am when the reservation staff will be here and sort it out with them. This is the worst hotel staff/ hotel reservation/ industry attitude I've ever experienced.

A lovely hotel right in the heart of Deira (Port Saeed). Very neat and serene, staff are very professional and hospitable. Room is spacious, kitchen is fairly spacious, bathroom is neat and spacious too. I didn't have enough time to go check out the pool and gym, but from every indication, I believe those will be good too. If you're in the area, I'd recommend J5 Hotels.

Stayed here for 3D/4N. The stay was pleasant. The staff was helpful and courteous. The facilities are adequate. The rooms are good and equipped with washing machine and small kitchenette. The location is near Deira City Centre. However, during summer the walk will seem long and sweaty to DCC. The breakfast was good. Overall had a good stay.

It was a good experience, the rooms are clean, tidy and spacious, the location of the hotel is good but far from the city center, the staff is excellent, elegant and helpful, the breakfast was good, but there is a note on the buffet that the choices are limited and the same choices every day, if this note is modified it would be great The club is good, as is the swimming pool, for smoking and non-smokers, the preference is determined from the beginning until a suitable room is prepared for you

It was a good stay. All the staff is very welcoming and very helpful. The housekeeping staff is excellent. SANDAR from house keeping is exceptionally very good. She understands your needs and does accordingly you don’t even have to ask her and she is very fast. Really happy and thankful for her service. Had a pleasant stay . I’m giving it a 4 star because the buffet could get better. They can add a little more options for the breakfast buffet.

We stayed in this hotel 8D/7N. We had a wonderful room with a small kitchenette and washing machine. We had a good experience of cooking by ourselves. The room was very clean perfect and well maintained. The staff was very helpful and courteous. The room service was just a phone call away. They were very quick to respond. The staff especially Savito, he takes a good care of all guests and greets them whenever we leave or enter the hotel. The overall experience was fantastic. I will give 10/10 for there services.

We had a wonderful experience at the J5 HOTEL. Front desk staff are extremely efficient, pleasant and helpful. The rooms were clean & very comfortable. We did not expect that they would have updated facilities like the Flat screen TV, it was SMARTV which the kids enjoyed a lot. Every staff member we encountered was amazing and friendly. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. We were very satisfied with the breakfast; Ms. Meera was very helpful. She assures us that we are satisfied with our food, and everything was delicious and available. Area is absolutely perfect, it was near to City Centre, it was very accessible. Thank you so much! They should give an award to the the STAFF! We will recommend this to my colleagues!

This place is one of the most well known in the area. I have been coming here for a long time. If you stay for a few days you definitely won't regret it. WOW WOW WOW. AMAZING stay with the best staff I have ever encountered :). It was my first time in Dubai City Center area but it won't be my last that for sure. The room was clean with a beautiful view. The pool and the lounge were great. I had a blast. PS: Special thanks to the Savito front desk team. They are so kind and gentle.

Staying in J5 portsaeed is always a pleasure. I stayed there many times. The warm welcoming and help from from Mr. Savito, the help and support from Rubin always make the say nice and easy. J5 Hotel Port Saeed is great stay in Dubai, close to the airport for transit and easy business ventures. The front office staff quite nice and so polite. Very accommodating they make wanna stay longer. If am in Dubai I would gladly choose J5 Hotel Port Saeed. Kudos guys. The gym wow well equipped and intentional. The gym is well taken care of and clean. The swimming pool is clean. I love the hotel close enough to the City Center Deira metro and mall.

The place where I feel at home in Dubai. The hotel is 7' from Terminal 3, well placed to be easily reached and to move everywhere, the personnel is fantastic, always working very hard to satisfy any need you may have, the rooms are not the newer I have seen, but wide and clean. The only point, there could be some more power sockets available, especially near the bed, but this is the only point I feel to rise. On the rooft there is a gym and a beautiful swimming pool. At the mezzanine there is a fantastic restaurant where you can have Italian food very well done and at a fair price. As I have already stated, the personnel is really dedicated to your needs, the real point of force of the hotel.

The staffs there are very friendly and the rooms are neatly kept. They made me feel at home especially Savito one of the front desk managers. He always made sure i had everything I needed. Their gym and pool is amazing and it’s on the rooftop with a very nice view. I will recommend J5 Hotels to any tourist visiting for the first time to try the place out and they will not regret it.

Had my last night in Dubai here, due to it's airport proximity. It really surprised me how beautiful and luxurious it was for the price. The staff was super professional and courteous. The whole place feels incredibly classy which is not what I expected from the price.

Superbly located place near to the airport. Nice entrance and restaurant is located in the ground floor. There are 11 floors and gym is on the 11th and swimming pool in on the roof top. Good views in the evening. Rooms are clean and there is a mini kitchenette which is a superb addition to a king room where guests could prepare own sandwiches! Bathroom and amenities are clean. Spacious rooms. I found another cheaper place but decided to stay for my all 7 days as I felt nice here.

We were here for a business trip and a side trip vacation as well. There are malls nearby, and the hotel is near the airport, making it convenient. I'm glad a filipino kababayan Ruben is at the reception. He let us know where he recommends for lunch and dinner. We were really impressed with how friendly and helpful he was. It was great meeting him because based on my experience, it's rare to see the same Filipinos approach you because they're happy that we're from the same country. Kudos to him! 🙌 He definitely deserves a raise!

The experience is amazing. Food (Dinner, Breakfast, Snacks) are very good. The staffs are accommodating and customer service oriented. Conference Hall is very conducive to use especially for big events/gatherings.

I stayed in this hotel for 10 nights from the 24-01-2022 to 4-02-2022. Quite possibly the best hotel in Dubai! The rooms were really spacious and comfortable with a hot plate and a microwave along with a kettle which was well stocked with Tea and Coffee. The restaurants- the one in the lobby and the Italian restaurant were both amazing! The daily breakfast buffet of 49 AED was worth every dirham with it's lavish selection of pastries, continental food and Indian food as well. The most outstanding aspect of this hotel is the staff. All courteous and really friendly to the point where I would consider the entire front desk as friends! Every interaction I've had with them was overwhelmingly positive and they were always helpful and looking for ways to make my stay better! I would definitely recommend and since I travel alot to Dubai for work, J5 Hotel in Port Saeed is definitely my home away from home!

Not far from the airport and easy to find. We stayed for 11 nights and the service is over 5 stars, the room is clean, we have a lovely small kitchen in our room and it’s easy to cook cuz the hotel is near superstore and supermarkets. Thank you to all staff! You are superb! We are very happy with this hotel and will definitely recommend

Excellent place to stay for long term. Great hospitality. I stayed there for around 5 months. Highly recommended. Special mention of Gym floor manager lady, Arlene, who has a very positive and pleasant attitude. Front desk and housekeeping staff was also extremely helpful.

What an outstanding hotel!! You get more for what you pay for. Superb room, so spacious and clean!! Staff are out of this world. Make you feel so at home and welcome. They can’t do enough to help you. If I was the owner of this hotel I would be so proud. The Italian restaurant on the 1st floor is amazing!! Chef Ali made us fresh pizzas and pastas! The salads and desserts we had were delicious and freshly prepared. Again the staff were highly attentive! I would so recommend this restaurant as well as the hotel. My husband and I are so coming back!!

Great location. Walkable distance to metro, mosque, grocery and deira city centre. Room is very neat and clean. Its fully equipped with kitchen appliances. You even ve a washing machine and a set sofa to relax. Room is very spacious. Free parking. Free access to gym. Swimming pool on rooftop. Food is at an affordable price. Staffs are very welcoming. This is best among all the hotels I have lodged in in Dubai. Located at Port Saeed, just about 7 minutes walk from Deira City Center Mall and not too far from "Cargo Village". The hotel staff are very friendly and professional, the rooms and the entire hotel environment is very clean and nice. There are washing machines in all their rooms for guests who might want to do their own laundry. They also have hot plates in every room so guests who might want to do some cooking themselves are free to do so. They have a lovely restaurant at the hotel with very nice staff who are readily available to serve..

I stayed here for 15 days in a suit. It was an interim arrangement done by my company. The location is superb, big mall and small shops and restaurants are around at walkable distance. The front office staff welcomes everything, and with smile. They provided apt assistance on all my routine queries. Service staff is also very helpful. The gym is nice and located at top level and even the pool. Breakfast was of full range and filling. Good for vegetarian. On main course they can make it better , especially suitable for Indian pallet. Room is spacious and the washrooms are luxurious. No loud noise and that gives calm and peace. Overall ambience of the hotel is good. I enjoyed my stay here and strongly recommend you for your upcoming Dubai visit.

Perhaps one of the best hotels and nearby mall dine in places and above all the staff including all are so friendly , supportive smiling and the rooms are yes indeed cleanest with all amenities available. I am staying for like couple of days and iv been a frequent visitor to dubai on short trips , until now its value for money and pricing is good. Everything is until now since i started my day today are great experience nothing else

Stayed there for few days and I loved it. The staffs were very friendly except one of them(I saw on another review as well ). Breakfast was good. I love how it is near the airport and convenient to the biggest mall around and metro station. Over all I love the hotel , definitely coming back .

One of the best hotels I’ve stayed at so far. They have amazing customer service all around from receptionist to waiters. We especially liked to thank Kalude who made our stay exceptional. The breakfast buffet and the waiting staff were all commendable and helpful. Would definitely recommend!

Disappointed 😞 We are regular guest at J5 port Saeed hotel the staff we met are polite & accommodating. We always celebrate our family special event at J5 and we are happy about it. That's why we always come back. But last week, when we celebrate my sons birthday, it was a disaster. Farouk at the front desk were worst and indifferent.. He was very rude to us, he do not have consideration. We are so dis appointed with his attitude.
