Worst customer relations I have ever experienced. Customer relations supervisor is not even trying to help make a bad experience any better. He says he doesn't speak English but speaks better English than his staff. Just does not want to deal with guest issues. The other stuff we spoke to were nice but unhelpful. Go to this resort if you are gluttonous and an alcoholic so you can just eat and drink all day long. Kids look like they have fun but adult entertainment or activities leaves much to be desired. Would be much better if they had a Karaoke Bar or Club to dance at night to good music. Wow nice response guys calling me a liar. You are the liars not me. I have provided you many many messages of all the many problems faced during this stay. I don't need or want any of this on holiday. Your management needs to be changed because their heads are in the sand.

I booked this as a "cheap" all inclusive holiday as a single traveller. My plan was to visit a few local things and fly to Istanbul for a few nights too. With that in mind arrival at the hotel was OK. I'd read about the offer to upgrade to a premium room for €10 a night which I agreed to. The benefit of this was a separate room and a balcony. Worthwhile. Rooms were OK for a 3 star and the bed was comfortable. Free bottled water and some separate shampoo/shower gel provided. Food was hit and miss. A few days were quite limited but on the whole it was always edible. Go to the paid for restaurant one night €10 per person for 6 courses. Pool nice and warm and the 3 bars always happy to provide drinks. Note that after midnight (9pm UK time) the drinks become chargeable. A good hotel for not much money (at least in March).

Having a wonderful stay at this superb hotel. Positives: Amazing food and drink, love the choices that change each day, everything tastes really fresh and good quality. Great choice of drinks especially cocktails. The little extras like ice cream by the pool and umbrellas by the door when it's raining, the pattiserie, big bottles of water left in the room. Nice music around the pool, enjoyed the piano entertainment in the evening in G block. Some of the staff are really friendly, room cleaning very good, comfy bed, only a short walk to the beach. Negatives: Water temperature in the shower was inconsistent. Some of the serving staff on the bars are quite grumpy and unwelcoming. A lot of the food is very salty, I like that but that could bother some people, although the diet corner in the buffet was a nice touch so maybe that's less salty? Overall thoroughly impressed, will definitely come back and for the value it's highly recommended!

I visited this place 17th June 2023 and had bad experience with their food, the chicken I had was not cooked properly, the outside was cooked but the inside was raw, the food hygiene needs to be properly improved and I wasn’t the only one who experienced this. The place is lovely but some of the staff on reception have been rude, that also needs to be addressed. I have never been on holiday and experienced what I did, even saw a chef outside where the pool was and food was being cooked eating on the job. I did take the picture of my chicken and shared that with jet2 holiday reps. I would never go back to this place nor will I recommend this place.

Location is excellent and close to the airport. Foods are good. Pools are fantastic. Highly recommend it. The only problem is some double bed tooms are a bit small, and sometimes the pools are overcrowded. We enjoyed our stay.

The hotel was amazing we come on the 29/4/22, me,wife and 3 kids. Hotel staff was very helpful on arrival and was greeted with a warm welcome. We was all inclusive and all the bars was great with us and the kids. The rooms was very clean and tidy and was cleaned every day with fresh towels bedding changed daily. The hotel reps was very outgoing and always got u to join in games etc. The hotel entertainment was 5star every night went above and beyond. Food was better then I expected and was a different variety. Thank you for a stay especially has it was our 1st holiday to Turkey.

We stayed at this hotel for six nights. Food was great. The atmosphere was vibrant and entertaining. Staff were friendly ( not all of them). There were different spaces were you can rest and eat. Double rooms do not have balcony which is a drawback and my wife's necklace was lost in the room. However, we enjoyed our stay.

Absolutely lovely hotel, staff where so friendly and helpful. There are 2 swimming pools 1 heated and one very cold. Another pool is for the water slides only. Lots of sun loungers however people reserve these with towels even when they do not intend to use for hours I feel this should be stopped. There is 2 restaurants that are well stocked and plenty of snack bars. Hotel is kept so clean and tidy staff never stop. Plates are not left to pile up on table and walk ways are continuously cleaned. Overall fantastic stay. Would definitely visit again. Thank you to all staff nothing is to much trouble.

We have just returned from 11 days here and we cannot fault this hotel! Everything was superb. The cleanliness, the variety of food, the friendliness of the staff, entertainment, rooms... everything was spot on! I would have liked the pools to be a little warmer but that's just cos I'm a wuss. We will definitely be returning!

Lovely hotel with modern finishes, a nice atmosphere and a friendly staff team. Only problem was you could only get things like ice lollies and ice coffees at certain times throughout the day. Overall a lovely hotel and will most likely be back. *better than some 5 star hotels I’ve been at*

Everything from start to finish was brilliant. Rooms are clean, entertainment and staff brilliant. Everyone is so friendly and very welcoming especially Atakan who certainly made out evenings. Animation team are fantastic and really enthusiastic with children and definitely make your stay more exciting. Food is great, something for everyone. No one will ever go hungry. Will definitely look at coming back next year

Lovely satisfying break in November, weather not brilliant every day but lots to do. Food is good and plenty of choice. If you want bacon or pork you ain't going to get it. Food and drink served 24hr. 8 blocks with 2 lifts to each block E block has the night bar (noise) Rooms are nicely decorated and cleaned daily. Bottled water is provided in the room. The bathroom is large.

The rooms are clean, indeed a little bit small, the ones without balcony, but anyway you will not spend much time in it. I liked that we had tea and some coffe in our room. The pools are clean and the water temperature is good. I liked the kinder club, they have a lot of activities for kids (some of them extra charge). The beach is near, cross the street and less than 5 mites walking. The food is plenty and you can eat at any hour because there are multiple places opened, even at the beach. What i didn't liked was the noise in the first two nights after arrival i couldn't sleep because there is party beside the pool. In block A sleep is not possible before 23.30 o' clock (at least). Fortunately, we changed the block we are staying and here is quite.

We stayed here for 13 days as a family with a 3 year old in a family suite consisting of two rooms and a bathroom + balcony. Overall a very good stay at a reasonable price. I would say the hotel is perfect for families with children. First the positives: +The rooms were comfortable and clean, each with an AC, which cooled the rooms enough to really need a blanket at night even during a heatwave. The shower was good in terms of pressure and temperature. The hotel territory as well as pools is also very very clean. +The employees are wonderful. A lot of them seem to understand 4 languages (Turkish, English, German and Russian). Everyone we interacted with was very pleasant and helpful. +The food was good, lots of choices. Not one of us had any stomach issues. +The mini club for children is awesome. My daughter was too young to participate in all of the activities (and there are a lot: t-shirt painting, mini-golf, boxing, baking, pool games), but she was looking forward to the mini disco every evening, which was super fun. The people working with kids are really lovely and seem to enjoy what they do and really engage the kids. There is also a pretty fun playground right next to the miniclub, where a lot of activities take place. It is located right between two buildings so it is usually shady and breezy. +The evening entertainment is good both for children (we really liked the bubble show) and adults. There is also very good day entertainment, we especially enjoyed aquarobics. +Things close down around midnight (no free alcohol, no entertainment), so it becomes pretty quiet. +The beach is nice with brown sand, cleaned regularly. There is a shack serving food and drinks plus a playground. Was never a problem to get a sunbed. +There is a bus stop right in front of the hotel with a bus EC07 that will take you to the lower Duden waterfalls or the city center for 4 liras (bus tickets need to be bought in advance from a machine a little further west). You can explore beautiful Antalya old town, find proper shopping malls and markets. I also recommend checking out Konyaalti beach which has a nice promenade. A different bus (527) +20 minutes walk will take you to the Ancient City of Perge, which is a really cool place to visit - imagine Rome with a lot fewer tourists. +There is a Migros supermarket within 10 minutes walk to the west, where you can buy all the necessities at very reasonable prices. +The hotel staff is really good with wearing masks. I wish the guests were better. Now the negatives: -The area of Antalya where the hotel is located is not the best. It does not feel dangerous, but looks cheap, dirty and kitchy. It is filled with shopping malls and bazaars with very desperate store owners, selling mostly brand knock off stuff to tourists. -The hotel gives out live fish to children. That seems cruel to the fish. -The wifi isn't very good. In our room it only worked in one corner. -Sometimes the music at the pool was a bit too loud (though okay most days).

Set on the bustling Lara strip, this hotel is a hidden gem. The standout feature was the 24-hour restaurant – a rare treat in the world of 5-star resorts. Traveling with our 1 kid made it challenging to stick to regular breakfast hours, so the restaurant's breakfast service until noon was a welcome surprise. The dining experience was a highlight, boasting an array of culinary delights across two restaurants, a beachfront bar and restaurant, and a BBQ joint for lunch and dinner. What's more, these dining options were all part of the all-inclusive package. This hotel is a top choice for those in search of Lara strip accommodation without the hefty price tag. It's incredibly family-friendly, which added to our delightful experience. While it may not be a beachfront property, the provision of a buggy service to their private beach just across the road more than made up for it.

We had a lovely holiday at this hotel, very clean, staff are always cleaning. Food was average but always found something to eat. Entertainment was excellent although if you want a quiet night there’s no chance of that. Pools were clean and always manned by lifeguards so felt safe. Only downside was as always when you go on holiday, people putting towels on sun beds, (one of my pet hates.) Hotel staff should take towels off as some sun beds were reserved and then unused for most of the day. That’s my only complaint, but that’s more of other holiday makers than the hotels fault. I probably won’t return to the hotel as I like to go see different places, but I would definitely recommend to other families

We originally booked a standard room with a double bed (this was just 2 singles joined together) we were not happy with the room as it was small and there was no balcony. We upgraded to a family room as it had a proper double bed, sofa and balcony. I cannot fault the hotel/resort itself there was a great variety of food, the swimming pool was a decent size and the resort in entertainment was amazing. The beach is only a 5 minute walk from the hotel. Would recommend Grand Park Lara

The hotel was great, entertainment was the best I have seen at any hotel. Housekeeping was brilliant, i don't know how they do it in that heat. Children's entertainment and kids club was fantastic. Location great. The beach is literally across the road. The variety of food was amazing especially the jacket potato stand. When the hotel staff would say they're going to do something they would follow through without having to persistently ask. Honestly after reading other reviews I was reluctant but I'm glad I went to see how fantastic the hotel is itself. Baran was incredibly helpful when needing help and information regarding excursions. He suggested excursions that would be perfect for myself and my travel companions taking various ages into consideration. Baran was available for any support necessary and kept me informed of the arrangements. All in all a fantastic holiday thanks to the hotel and staff. Would recommend

Overall a lovely holiday. I came in August for 10 days. It is really busy but very good value for money. Lots of food all day long and great service at both the hotel and the beach. Would recommend this hotel we have all enjoyed our stay

So far our visit had been really good. The food has been good, the staff have been really friendly and welcoming, especially as we travelled with a 7 month old and a 6 year old. The staff have been brilliant with the kids. At the time of our visit it was really busy but the staff try to get to everybody as quick as they can. The only point that we can think of to be a little better is the sun loungers. There are alot but you have to get down early to get a lounger. There is an area at the back which has loungers but its on the grass and is prone to ants nests. This can be easily resolved if it were tiled. This is the only pointer, we've really enjoyed our stay.

Great hotel, cleaning staff are brill. Some of the waiters are friendly & some are just sour faced. I wouldn’t stay here again for the lack of variety of food my kids lived on waffles, pancakes, chips & slushies. I’m not a fussy eater but there was just nothing to my liking & when i did find something the food was dry&bland. Only places to find a decent meal was the buffet place & 24hr the main restaurant was just to chaotic for my kids liking. We had a lovely sized room which was the family elite which slept up to 6.

  • 4/5 Simon R. 7 months ago on Google
Great selection of food. Although avoid the main restaurant as it's akin to a cattle market. Staff very friendly and attentive. Pool is far too crowded with sun beds. And there's the usual suspects who chuck towels on sunbeds then don't bother using them until after lunch. Selfish psychos the lot of them. Overall an enjoyable two weeks. But my advice is head down to the beach if you want to avoid heavily England tattooed Kevin and Sharon from Chatham.

I really recommend this resort it has everything you want, everyday there is something fun to do, and to organize a lot of stuff for young & old! They have an amazing Latin party! That you should enjoy! One of the best experiences I’ve had on a holiday! Also the personal is really great! Great thanks to George especially!!!

The stay was very good at Grand Park Lara. My family and I had a great time, it was a wonderful experience for a vacation. We purchased the All Inclusive deal with unlimited food and drink (open buffet), 2 main restaurant, 1 open lounge, and several drinks and snacks stations. The reason I gave 4 starts was due to the mattress not being comfortable, I can feel the bed strings while sleeping (I recommend changing ASAP). Overall, it was a nice location and a convenient family place .

The hotel was cute and really good for the price we paid. It went above expectations when it came to the views at the back of the hotel. The front was slightly disappointing in comparison to other hotels where other guests were dropped off. As we came out of season, most things were closed such as restaurants and children's pools. There was no drinks in the rooms except bottled water and the rooms were quite small but again, we got what we paid for. The restaurant staff and staff around the hotel were not as great or friendly as they have been when we've visited other places in the past. Irem from guest relations was lovely and very friendly though.. the location of the hotel was great with lots of shops on either side of the hotel. Cheaper on the left side as you're facing the front of the hotel.. I would stay at this hotel again if I found a cheap deal but it wouldn't be my first choice.

Very nice hotel, staff can't do enough. Mini club is lovely for the children, cinema as well. Buildings do look like big benidorm buildings but they're very clean and comfortable. Food is lovely. We've come end of November weather not the best but still plenty to do. Definitely come again.

  • 4/5 Russell B. 4 months ago on Google
The service and the food is excellent. The rooms could be a bit larger but are good value for money. The location is near the bus stop but the bus frequency is about ever half hour and it takes about forty five minutes to the centre of Antalya. The staff are very friendly; the guest relations try to resolve any issues and the hotel is excellent value for money for a holiday.

Excellent staff and facilities. The food is very good. Swimming pool is clean and there are plenty of sunbeds. Room is small, but very comfortable especially the bed. 5 minute stroll to the beach where there is a good cafe and bar. Our second stay here and we will book again...Great value!!

Excellent staff and facilities. The food is very good. Swimming pool is clean and there are plenty of sunbeds. Room is large but very the bed can be uncomfortable ay times only downside is twice we have asked for a pool side room and been given a rear view room on our last two occasions 5 minute stroll to the beach where there is a good cafe and bar. Our third stay here and we will book again...Great value!!

Absolutely beautiful hotel. Communal areas lovely. Food available 24/7 was amazing. However. We booked around for myself, my friend and my 9 year old. We were placed in a double room, with a camp bed wedged in the corner. This made it extremely small and chlostrophobic. We also had no balcony! This room was not suitable for 3 people! 2 would be manageable. Thankfully Jet2 managed to move us to a handicapped room, which despite being the same layout, was much larger and could accommodate the camp bed, and it also had a balcony which made a massive difference to our stay. The kids club was fantastic for my daughter. She was able to check herself in and out and come back to the room when she wanted too, unless I specified she must stay with them until collection (when I left the complex for dental appointments). I felt safe within the complex for her to go out and play with the friends she had met. Main restaurant was extremely busy and hectic so we only used this once. We preferred the smaller 24hr buffet which although provided a smaller selection still had plenty of choice. And a much calmer atmosphere. Over all, aside from the room, a lovely stay, and I hope to return with my partner and other children (with a bigger room I hope!)

To start off the park has so much food different kinds all over, bars all over and the food isn’t perfect but good. Activities ranging from shows cinemas swimming pools. The grands park lara compared to other structures around it like other hotels seems mundane but on the inside its full of life every corner of the place seems lively regardless of anytime or anywhere you seem to go to. The room I had was a standard room nothing special I could say it was smaller than usual not too shabby, after all you spend most of the time out than in.

Great location on the main strip with rest of the hotel's, only 5min walk to a private beach. Food was good but if your going for more than a week you would get bored of the same things. Great swimming pool with slides for young and old. Great service from all the staff always well looked after with a smile. Room's were good and comfortable nothing too special, WiFi available through out the complex which was great to stay in touch. Great entertainment on a evening for kids and adults from stage shows to singers. Overall a great 7 day stay with the kids.

Currently staying here just now and it’s great. Checking in was easy, we were helped to our room with our bags. The food is nice, fresh carvery at dinner, as well as loads of other options to choose from. Staff are helpful and great with our baby. Don’t be put off with the negative comments on here, reading through them, you can see they’re the typical moaners. A few different pools and entertainment etc… games room where you can play pool and other arcade games, cinema etc… definitely one of the better hotels I have stayed in.

  • 5/5 Reema M. 1 year ago on Google
Incredible! The food was incredibly varied with multiple restaurants within the hotel. It was so varied that even if you are fussy there will be something that you like. The pools and slides are enjoyable; they are made even more enjoyable by the pool activities and games. There are free activities such as archery, cinema, darts, table tennis etc. All fun but available at specific timings. Everything is perfect especially for families. The kids will love and so will the adults and FOR SUCH A GREAT PRICE!!! Highly recommend

Currently staying in this hotel now. My family and I travel a lot and we have been to many different countries. I'm shocked to read the negative comments about this hotel. I must say...for those negative reviews. I promise these people are the type of people to complain about anything because there's not 1 fault in this hotel. The food? Amazing! So fresh and a large variety of choice. It's on all day everyday. The rooms? Cleanliness is above standard, nothing is missed. Everything is topped up daily, towels are fresh and beds are made everyday. Beds are comfortable, the rooms are quiet and can't hear other guests. Staff? Very helpful! Stuff to do? Loads!! A cinema, arcade, kids club, hairdressers, spa/massage, shops, EVERYTHING. Best hotel we have stayed in yet. 100% recommend. It has EVERYTHING.

Absolutely 💯 for the price you pay . I would go back over and over again without second thoughts. Lots of activities during the day specially for children and lovely shows at night for everybody. Live music, disco and also the place is spotless. Food is amazing with one of the restaurants opened all night. The sea is only 15 minutes walk but they actually have transportation to and from the beach ⛱️ 😄 😀 . 100% recommend this place.

We went in September and weather is nice! This hotel had everything: delicious food, 5 restaurants all inclusive and drinks were included too. Beach was just across the street, there is a golf cart that can take you in case you don't want to walk. The food at the beach is delicious. There is a souvenir shop which I recommend. He gives you excellent prices but you have to bargain. Also the hair salon is nice too. Love the bbq that took place and the entertainment at night was super fun. I definitely recommend it! The rooms are a bit small but they clean it everyday which is good.

From the moment we arrived at the hotel we were greeted at such pleasant manor- the guy at the reception upgraded our room as we was travelling with a toddler- they then further upgraded the room to a pool view family room. All the staff thought the hotel where so polite and friendly they always made an effort to speak to us and my little one- which was absolutely adorable. Our rooms where made up everyday - there was a massive range of food - even a 24 hour buffet!! All in all the hotel is excellent- reception staff were always willing to help 🙂

We just arrived home from our family holiday from Grand Park Lara and overall it was a good stay at this hotel. Very modern hotel, always very busy and within walking distance from lots of shops and the beach. Housekeeping did the minimum cleaning but I guess it was good enough. Cocktails weren’t great but ok. Lively entertainment for kids and adults. So overall we enjoyed our stay here. On our last night we decided to book the Peppermint restaurant for a nice family dinner by paying €10 pp reservation fee but it was not the end to the holiday that we wanted! At first guest relations said it was fully booked without even looking. When I said we were flying home the following day she had a look and all of a sudden there were lots of free bookings. When we arrived at the restaurant it was only half full! The service was atrocious! Really slow!! We were left waiting for ages between each course. The food itself was worse - bland food, I think it must be the worst restaurant I have ever visited! Every course was not nice at all! If you stay at this hotel DO NOT book this restaurant and ruin your experience at this hotel!

This is the second time I've visited this hotel, the rooms and hotel are very clean. You got a big choice of food to eat from the buffet, their is a good choice of bars in the hotel grounds, we went in December and the kids loved the heated swimming pool the weather was like UK summer, Staff are friendly and one member of staff remembered me and the children from 2 years ago which was lovely. To get to the hotel beach you need to cross a road, we went to the hotel beach a few times late at night and it had a security guard present and CCTV so we felt safe

First day Chaos in the dining! What a lovely hotel, the Staff, location of hotel, the beach area belonging to Grand Park, even have a little motorized transport to take you to the beach. The restaurants cater for ALL tastes, something for everyone. Clean, it's SPOTLESS! Swimming pool for children is heated. When you book the hotel, If you want a balcony choose it... When you book ur holiday, its only £26 pp. When you get to the hotel & you want a balcony... It'll cost you €100 euros, you have been warned! Would we come again... Definitely 😉

The standard rooms are tiny, also the beds are uncomfortable. On the first day we checked in we didn't find staff friendly or helpful. They expected us to figure out everything ourselves and just spoke to us like we were stupid. The food here is good and the location. But they need to improve on their service especially the staff at the reception. The entertainment team are great. Staff need to smile more.

Mixed bag to be honest. Some of the food is very average particularly in the main restaurant. Lots of options though. We did upgrade a couple of nights which was well worth it. Beach is great and more chilled than the hectic pools. Plenty of beds in all locations which is a nice change. Some of the service is a bit surly. Reception in particular.

I recently stayed at Grand Park Lara during my trip, and unfortunately, my overall experience left much to be desired. While the location was decent, the issues with the room and the service were major setbacks that tainted my stay. The room itself was initially acceptable, but things quickly took a turn for the worse. On my second day, an unpleasant and horrendous smell emanated from the toilet, making it nearly unbearable to remain in the room. I promptly brought this concern to the attention of the hotel staff, but they were slow to respond and didn't seem overly concerned about the issue. In the end, I had to request a room change, which was an inconvenience that disrupted my plans. The service at Grand Park Lara was incredibly disappointing throughout my stay. On my last day, I informed the front desk that I would be checking out, but it seemed like my departure went unnoticed. When I approached them about it, they seemed unprepared and disorganized, claiming they couldn't find my check-out details in their records. This lack of communication and organization was unsettling and made me question the competence of the hotel staff. To add to the frustration, I had planned my departure time based on their information that my bus would pick me up at 4 PM. However, when the time came, the hotel staff seemed clueless about the whereabouts of my bus and offered no assistance in resolving the situation. Instead, they suggested that I should arrange and pay for my own taxi to reach the bus stop. This kind of unprofessional behavior is simply unacceptable for a hotel of any standard. On a slightly positive note, the hotel's location was adequate, with convenient access to nearby attractions and amenities. However, this minor benefit couldn't outweigh the negative experiences I had with the room and service. In conclusion, I cannot recommend staying at Grand Park Lara based on my recent encounter. The room issues and subpar service, particularly on the day of departure, significantly impacted my trip and left me deeply dissatisfied. I hope that the management takes these concerns seriously and implements the necessary improvements to ensure a more pleasant experience for future guests.

I went on holiday in February to turkey and this hotel was the best. The staff and service were so lovely and helpful. I had left money in the room and they helped return my money after checkout. They are so kind and honest people. The facilities are very good and definitely family friendly. Would definitely recommend!

The Hotel has been very good for us as a family of six. The hospitality has been very good for nine days. The staff have been very welcoming and nice. The rooms have been very decent and the beds are comfortable. The swimming pool is very refreshing and fun. The cuisine was impressive aswell. However, there are a few setbacks. The food was pretty repetitive over the 9 days and the TVs were not as impressive as previously perceived. Apart from this, I really enjoyed my time here and so has my family and I recommend this hotel for any wanting to come, especially in the summer. Well done
