I was shocked when the management was talking to me like I’m nothing when I showed them the picture of the official copy of the maintenance request, and they rejected to give me my small stove back after doing some maintenance to it (it still has a warranty) without giving them the official copy. I respect your rules but at least show some respect to your customers.
