I have been loyal customer to Tamimi whenever I go, but this store is the worst one by far. I visited this store at 2:00 AM I waited a long time to check out. There was only one Cashier available and unorganized lines of customers waiting for this one cashier. The worst part there were two supervisors standing by saying “the other cashier on his way” why cant the supervisor take some responsibility and be a cashier for 30 minutes until the crowd gets less or at least organize the lines to one line.

Al tamimi markets in Riyadh is my first grocery choice, but when it came to Alhassa is my last visit. I went to buy some groceries and the cashier was crowded i had to go to customer service to cashier my items, he refused without any reason, although you can cashier at customer service in Riyadh but not in Alhassa. After 3 minutes a girl came to him and he opened cashier line for her, i was like why that guy refused to serve me but he was okay to serve and opened whole cashier line for her. There was no manager or anyone to complain about this situation. I believe this is one of the worst service i had in my life and will be last visit
