Good hotel in Al Khobar. Great location. Rooms are bit smaller in size. Also room prices are bit on higher side. Best part of the place is their Indian restaurant name Maharaja by Vineet. Amazing ambience & food. By far the best Indian restaurant in the area.

The Maharaja restaurant is by far the best restaurant in the eastern region. My family and I have been regular customers at the Maharajah restaurant in movenpick Khobar. For over 5 years the quality of food and service provided has always remained exceptional. In particular, Mr Gino is a great asset to Mövenpick and I hope management are aware of the outstanding quality of service he provides to the Maharajah. It’s always a pleasure to see him and eat the delicious food that is fit for a Maharajah (king).

Although we informed them while booking that we are coming to celebrate our wedding anniversary, they didn't even bother to say happy anniversary. We don't need anything from you for free, but saying few words would mean a lot for us. You need to learn from other hotels outside K.S.A how they handle there customers.

Was a short stay, the infrastructure is very good no complaints. The rooms are perfect and clean, fresh as well. The maintenance guys seems doing a good job.Didn't have a chance to try their food palette. Service is fine , not an international experience, like someway or the other you are of your own kind. The reception was generous to give me an extended check out.

Loved my stay here, check in experience, bell desk were super helpful and so check out staff. The room was spacious and I had a very nice view. I would recommend to stay here.

Worst service I had in years. So bad it requires a warning to others. Perfect example of how a good hotel has fallen to a motel quality. In dire need of repairs, responsible administrators and decent cook. Very little English communication available. No reason to spoil your stay in Khobar, plenty options to go around..

The room was nice, but there wasn’t enough towels nor toothbrushs & toothpaste. Also the we had to change the keyroom three times because of its bad quality. The staff and cleaning service wasn’t that good either. Overall I wasn’t satisfied with the hotel and I’m definitely not coming back.

Actually very disappointed, my expectation were up high for this hotel, especially name and price would support these expectations but reality is different. Hotel looks good but breakfast was not, restaurants have better options and tastes better but employees are not the same level of professionalism that would reveals a Mövenpick hotel professional image. This was a very nice experience. Everything was very well, room, restaurants, swimming pool and service. I like the breakfast experience. It was at the top floor with a nice view over the city and the Persian Gulf. The food was excellent with a nice mixture of western and Saudi food. Again the service was very good. I can really recommend this hotel for your stay.

We had an excellent meal at the Maharajah restaurant at Movenpick. This place is a must with the most incredible Indian dishes by a Michelson star chef. The staff: Al Amin and Golam were incredibly hospitable and treated us in the best and most kindest manner. This is a five star restaurant. A must visit.

Excellent service! I had a 3 day business trip and stayed in the Movenpick Khobar Hotel Delux suite. From the moment I arrived I was welcomed with coffee and warm greetings. Mr Mohammed and Mrs Shaimaa from the front desk went the extra mile with my checkin and their professionalism and friendliness was exceptional. Taijulislaam took care of my in room dining needs and again, with great care and professionalism. I thank Hilal abd Nadi for their support using the conference rooms. Overall a very positive experience and highly recommended. The suite bed room, lounge and bathrooms were large and 5 star quality. Breakfast and lunch restaurant dining was also world class. We loved the ambience. Very friendly staff starting from reception, room assistants etc. we had the sea food buffet and it was really nice and tasty. The ice creams - mango - lemon and blackberry flavors were mouthwatering. Thank you Roudra and Helal for the assistance.

The Movenpick Blue Restaurant is a great experience and has left the best impressions! The atmosphere is chill and cool, and the staff there is really friendly. One waiter in particular, Mr. Nisar, gives an excellent service, as he is especially eager and friendly and always accommodates all our needs. Overall, the staff made us feel very welcomed and I recommend this to everyone!

Our go-to hotel, when in Al Khobar on business. A super-friendly staff, that cannot do enough to help. The rooms are comfortable, and a great sleep with great linen. Breakfast with a view on Level 12 is a great start to the day.

Elegant well equipped room that is both comfortable and practical However the lamps don't turn off with a main switch but each with their independent switch, which wasn't convenient. The nespresso machine didn't work The location is great

Very nice hotel. The staff is extra polite, helpful and willing to assist you at once. The hotel is giving a very fresh and roomy atmposhere. All areas are clean and without obstructions. The room was in excellent condition and with magnificent view. The breakfast was nice but in my opinion it can be improved for a hotel with 5 star rating. The shower area is very nice and gives you plenty of space. Very nice experience.

I had a great experience in Maharaja restaurant. The staff were great specially Golam Rahaman, he made the our experience enjoyed and memorable.

We had a lovely stay during my brother’s wedding ceremony, this was all thanks to Mohammed Al-Ibrahim at the front desk. He provided the best hospitality possible, sorted out any issues with the rooms, and was a true professional handling any issues.

We faced a problem in check in, we arrived @ 4:30 pm, they told us that the room is not ready yet, and one of the ladies who were in the reception was extremely road and unprofessional. At time of checkout, we checkout at 11:45 am they day we supposed to leave, we gave them the key and left, we received a call from the hotel at 3:40 pm, someone called Abdullah AlShamrani told us that we did’t check out yet, and asking us if we want to extend our stay! We told him that we checked out already at 11:45 am, he was road and reckless & seeing any problem in that and he didn’t even bother to apologize for the mistake & he seems doesn’t care at all and not only that, he was saying that we making things bigger than what it deserve! I can’t believe such a hotel treat their clients like that!!

It was very nice, super clean and extremely comfort. Only one thing that make me un happy that, the weak internet. It was not constant and slow, even though i switched to my phone internet with no benefit due to the coverage of cell phone is weak as well. Other that that, all perfect.

Nice hotel with attentive staff. Good variety of food for breakfast. Smooth and fast check-in and out.

They don't care about disabled, I asked them to bring something for a disabled person to let him reach bathroom water tab, they refused quickly without even trying. Prayer room is so small and for unknown reasons, female bathroom is next to prayer room while male bathroom was so far. I don't recommend this hotel at all.

Despite that my reservation was nonsmoking room in addition to the deceleration of the hotel is smoking free, I was actually giving a smoking room without even advanced notice, the reception didn't at least ask me for my preference. The smoke was leaking from the next room unbelievable. I complained and asked to change the room. Unfortunately, they didn't do anything to us. Very bad experienc, I will never stay there again.

Mr. Nazar is an excellent host. As a regular customer to the hotel, l am enjoying every visit. I highly recommend it for business.

5 star hotel with nice and clean rooms, good location and excellent services. However, it's very expensive though so I don't recommend to spend that much of money unless it's been paid for you :), the restaurant serve great food and the staff is very good and friendly. if you are paying for your self there and you like to showoff then OK otherwise there are still other options with less price.

Best experience in Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia I recently had a great experience staying at Mövenpick Al Khobar, and it was nothing short of exceptional, all thanks to the remarkable hospitality extended to me by an outstanding staff member, Ali Husain. We had an amazing dinner at the Maharaja by Vineet restaurant. I eat at Indian restaurants regularly and try them in many countries when I travel. In my opinion, this is one of the best of all of them. Why? Firstly, the food is exceptional taste, quality and presentation. This is complemented by the friendly and professional service (with thanks to Vishnu and Al Ameen for the care they took with us throughout the evening. I would highly recommend a visit for anyone visiting the region.

Movenpick hotel is the best hotel in Al Khobar. I stayed more than 2 weeks, it was very good service in room service and hotel jem. Specially Mr.Jasim he is a very good man with Smiley face every day asking about me. On my next visit, i will be movenpick guest.

I stayed at the Mövenpick over the weekend of Saudi National Day and had a lovely view of the festivities at night from my room. It was my first time staying at a Mövenpick, and while the property was nice, I was extremely disappointed that the pool and masseuses are only offered to men. Why am I paying to stay at a 5-star hotel but cannot enjoy the hotel amenities to the fullest? Even the Hilton divides the pool hours between men and women.

Regularly visit here for work trips, definitely my favourite hotel in Dammam. Clean, comfortable and quiet. Rooms are a great size for relaxing and getting work done. The Indian restaurant is always a winner, otherwise room service is great if you’ve got to work into the night. Taijul Islam from in-room dining is always very helpful and extremely polite! He’s looks after me during all my visits and is a true asset to the hotel!

Beautiful place and the staff are awesome! I prefer having a room on the city view since the sea view is kinda blocked by buildings unless if you are on a higher floor. If you are seafood lover, then must visit The Blue restaurant Movenpick Khobar. Manager Nissar will do his best to make it a memorable event. The seafood is cooked at your request to your taste. The service is prompt and cordial. The dinner is ended with array of desserts, Movenpick ice cream and tea / coffee. SR.195 is value for money in view of variety of food including soup, salads, Sushi, jumbo shrimps, lobsters, Salmon fish and as much you can eat.

Recently stayed here for 2 weeks. Amazing hotel with excellent staff. The buffet restaurant was good with plenty of options. Room service was friendly and courteous, especially Taijulislam!

I had bad nights in this hotel, at the first night I had a room with ( a cold shower in it during a cold winter time ), and the team didn't deal with the shower issue professionally! until I request to change my room at the second day, but with the new room I had a very bad old mattress that affected my sleep and affected my comfort, which made me regret my stay in this old furnished hotel. I spoke to the management, and they promised me to see if they can give me a compensation because of the bad experience I had during my stay, but unfortunately so many weeks passed now without any contact from their side! There are butter hotel options in Al-Khobar city, I advice you to look around to find better new hotels, I wish I went to a different hotel, and I will never choose Movenpick Al-Khobar in future.

Excellent Venue for Celebrations & Gatherings! The Blue Restaurant has a superb buffet which is delicious & well presented. The service is excellent headed by Mr. Nisar & team! We enjoyed every time we visit!

Currently staying here for work and the staff is very friendly and the service is great. Room: The room had everything I needed like a mini fridge, iron, laundry service, coffee maker, etc. With the daily service, they also stock you up with some water and coffee pods. The Blue: Staff is great. Quality food with many options that changes a couple times a week. Maharaja: The Chef is talented. Beautiful inside. One of the best Indian restaurants that I have had. The View: Going to miss the seeing the sunrise on the 12th floor with my breakfast.

I really enjoyed my stay at the Movenpick in Al Khobar. The room was well decorated and spacious with a good work station and the bed was comfortable. The gym and pool facilities are top notch. Service was great from everyone I encountered at the hotel. I especially enjoyed the lobby cafe for a cup of coffee while getting some work done.

Great in all aspects. The waiter Faisel at the restaurant was particularly welcoming and went out of his way to service us better to the extent that he made specially ordered tea for us

We often return to this excellent vegetarian dinner in the Indian restaurant Maharaj. Food is great and service even better. Especially Zafry who is always very people oriented and loves to explain about the different dishes!

Absolutely fantastic hotel. The buffet restaurant has many different options and quality is extremely high. I can honestly say the Indian restaurant was on another level. 1- When I arrived I was shocked to see the main entrance looked like I was arriving to a deserted place. All sorts of stuff was piled up in front of the doors leading to lobby. As a matter of fact I had to drive further looking for right entrance. 2- I asked for a non smoking room. The stinch of cigarettes' in the room was unbearable. 3- Reception was clearly unfriendly. Around 6'oclock in the evening I asked reception for a two o'clock check out. I was told I had to wait for the morning shift and ask them. Wow wow wow.

Yesterday I went for dinner in the hotel restaurant to enjoy the seafood buffet and it was the worst seafood experience. The orders were completely wrong in type, quality, and quantity. They used their new chef as an excuse which is a big problem if a new chef is like that. In the end they offered us an additional discount but that even did not happen. Therefore, keep away it was good before but now it has dropped in qualify significantly. One star is even a lot on them. I would give them a 0 if I could.

We stayed almost a week at the Mövenpick in Khobar. The room was clean and big, the staff is very helpful and responsive. A special mention to Taijulislam who took very good care of us.
