I
booked
this
hotel
as
quarantine
accommodation
for
my
wife
and
family.
They
sent
a
taxi
to
the
airport
without
a
child
seat
and
my
wife
was
told
to
just
hold
the
one
year
old
on
her
lap.
She
refused
and
the
driver
told
her
to
come
in
the
taxi
or
stay
in
the
airport.
This
was
at
5am
with
two
children.
She
was
also
supposed
to
share
the
taxi
with
a
stranger.
So
much
for
social
distancing.
There
wasn't
even
enough
room
for
the
luggage.
My
wife
rang
me
up
and
I
came
to
the
airport
to
collect
them
and
take
them
to
the
hotel,
even
though
this
is
against
the
rules.
The
food
at
the
hotel
is
far
from
what
you
would
expect
from
a
five
star
hotel
and
is
more
consistent
with
a
two
or
three
star
hotel.
My
wife
has
to
keep
sending
the
food
back
and
the
staff
don't
even
seem
aware
how
many
people
are
in
the
room.
They
keep
bringing
one
or
two
portions
instead
of
three.
I've
no
idea
how
this
hotel
got
a
five
star
rating.
This
evening
I
ordered
some
food
from
an
outside
restaurant
and
even
though
my
wife
rang
reception
to
warn
them
a
delivery
was
coming
the
food
still
sat
at
reception
for
more
than
an
hour.
My
advice
is
to
avoid
this
hotel.
The
service
and
food
is
poor
and
they
seem
particularly
unprepared
for
international
guests
and
for
guests
who
are
in
quarantine.
