A
real
mixed
bag.
I
was
at
the
hotel
for
17
nights
for
business.
I
will
start
with
the
positives:
1)
Variety
in
breakfast,
sweet,
savoury,
egg
station,
waffles,
pancakes,
oats...it
was
very
good.
2)
Housekeeping
did
an
excellent
job
cleaning
the
rooms
and
were
very
respectful.
3)
Staff
in
general
were
quite
polite.
4)
I
had
a
massage
treatment
there
that
was
really
nice.
Now
for
the
negatives:
1)
On
2
separate
occasions,
breakfast
was
made
to
finish
earlier
at
10.30
instead
of
11,
and
I
was
shocked
to
come
down
at
10.45
for
staff
to
tell
me
that
breakfast
had
stopped,
and
that
they
were
sorry.
No
compensation
was
offered
for
not
alerting
me
on
both
times.
The
second
time
they
claimed
that
they
sent
out
emails
the
night
before...there
was
30
of
us
in
the
hotel
on
the
same
job,
none
of
us
received
emails.
This
was
unheard
of
in
any
hotel
I
every
stayed
in
that
breakfast
times
are
changed
randomly.
2)
I
complained
to
staff
on
the
same
day
about
4
times
that
I
had
no
hot
water
in
the
room,
and
everytime
they
said
we're
sending
someone
right
now,
and
they
never
did.
The
next
day,
I
went
down
to
reception
for
the
5th
time
and
complained,
after
which
they
fixed
it.
3)
I
went
for
a
swim
at
8.30am
and
the
pool
was
very
dirty
with
lots
of
black
bits
floating
in
it.
