The place is a melting pot during the weekend, mostly locals and expats would come to visit this place. It is a modern area where lots of expensive and overpriced restaurants are available. Could be very crowded, and liberated at times. If you don’t have that much, or hated mingling with hundreds of people, I do not recommend this place.

Best place for walking and enjoy coffee or tea

Good variety of restaurants and has a cinema and the beach walk right next to it. They have asian cuisine, American, Italian, Lebanese, and fusion restaurants. There are also multiple coffee shops and ice cream shops as well. Very great to visit in the cooler weather to enjoy the outdoor seating but is just as enjoyable in the summer as all the restaurants have indoor seatings with AC

A cool place to hang out with friends and family. There is a wide array of restaurants of international brands. Cheese cake factory, star bucks, Dose, etc. Weekends are really crowded and weekdays it is possible for a evening walk.

Love this beautiful place thats located right at the heart of khobar near the corniche. It has a variety of fine dine restaurants, coffee shops, ice creams and frozen Yogurt shops. The ambience is lovely and relaxing. Weekends are usually very crowded, after 3 pm. They have enough parking outside and in the basement.

The Cafe is clean and not crowded inside, Health & Safety protocol is implemented. Saffron and Pistachio Latte are the best. Prices are affordable, drinks with good quality. Staff are welcoming and friendly.

Nice location with modern architectures. You'll find major food outlets here. Good place to spend a little time. The area isn't much larger. Still, it's good. It's very difficult to find parking at weekends.

It's s very safe with guards at every corner. The ambiance is nice, the area is always clean and so are the bathrooms. There's a good selection of restaurants and cafes with varying price ranges to fit the budget you have and a cinema.

A very disappointing move from the management of Ajdan Walk… underground parking is one of the attraction points for visitors to the restaurants in this facility. Taking about 20% of the available parking spaces ( all the spaces close to the entrance ) to be dedicated for paid parking ( I dont understand the concept of valet parking if my car is parked maximum 30 meters from the entrance !!! ) is a move that will drive visitors away. What is worse is that the parking spots have been blocked without any parking staff on duty!!!! Good news is that there is a 50% discount on parking fees. If you park your car yourself, you pay only 40 Riyals per visit. If you use valet parking you pay only 70 Riyals per visit.

One of the hidden gems in the Khobar area, especially for expats or foreigners. This area is a food heaven with different cosine options and restaurants, along with multiple options for hot and cold beverages. Although the area is well managed, it is usually it's very crowded and parking can be a real problem. I prefer visiting the place during weekdays. overall beautiful place with good food options and family outings.

It’s the famous CHEESECAKE FACTORY. - Alkhobar : extra elegant zone for walks, comfortable location and choices, calm safe environment. Food is magic taste and wonderful presentation .. we ordered special burger + special mixed salad + the dessert of Cheesecake.. perfect evening

Great little place for food and drinks. Restaurants and coffee shops with plenty of parking. I enjoyed the little water decorations they have. Expect to pay some money for these Restaurants. It is clean. It can get busy so go early or in a day that isn't the weekend.
