I was lucky to see the manager of the clinic today September, 05, 2023 to further thank him for his team's good efforts. I highly recommend this clinic for any person who really care about their pet. Our cat has got a dangerous accident and was impossible to be a live for more than a week. But I would like to thank Allah and Dr. Mark for the difficult surgery he done with our cat, and what’s after the surgery calls to check on. #Save_animals.

I just wanna share how grateful am I that i chose to take my pet cat Rio to this animal hospital. My cat almost died from not eating and vomiting. Filipino vets are professional. They will update you everyday until your pet has fully recovered. A bit expensive tho It cost me 800sr for Initial payment with 3 days admission and blood test etc. Plus additional 300 when my cat was discharged. But over all it's all worth it. My cat is alive and well. Thanks to all the friendly staff.

If you want your puppy to die. Go to advanced pet clinic. They were really bad. I tried saving my dog. And they kept on telling me “ oh do this and do that with no management to my puppy. I put my trust into them and my puppy died the next day after the visit. I keep on calling they never reply. The receptionists don’t care. The vets are bad. Uneducated. You can educate your vet on what’s going on. That’s how bad they are. I’m honestly very sad that I lost my puppy. I’m stupid to trust them. My puppy was sick for a week. And I visited them 3 times during that week. And they absolutely did nothing to manage the dehydration. Receptionists 0/10. Vet Loay 0/10. Absolutely sad, devastated, and disappointed at myself and the clinic. PLEASE ANYONE. DO YOUR RESEARCH ABOUT BACTERIAL OR VIRAL INFECTIONS and management. You can teach them a thing or two. I hope this comment can help save you dog or whatever animal.

Their hospitality is amazing. I got to know them when my bird pet got sick. They did everything they could. They provide good care and they are extremely dedicated to inform the pet's owner about every single thing that he needs to know about it. The director was walking around the clinic with his dog off leash in the reception area and when I told him that was wrong of him as there are sick dogs waiting he told me “if You don’t like it You should leave” It’s very sad to see directors talk to clients like that, I surly will take this to the ministry and take action. Reply to APC: a director shouldn’t by any means speak in such manner to a patient, this only shows the poor quality and behavior of him. P.S it is a Vet and dogs should not be off leash by any means..

Dog grooming is very good. Rex did a great job. However, I spoke to practice manager about a mistake they made re vaccinations. She went home without speaking to us even though we were waiting for her follow up. Vet not available to chat to. They really gave the impression they don't care about the pets and only your money. Receptionist tried to help but the people in charge unavailable. Shame as it was a good practice. Clearly has gone downhill. No accountability.

So I have mixed feelings here, on one hand I see that perhaps their care is fine, but there is this underlying feeling that the doctors are all about the money. One doctor in particular, but I will forego naming them. The one thing I will never do again with them is grooming, what a horrifying experiance! My cat is a British Short hair, and he is very timid. He never had a problem going into his carry cage, even when visiting the doctor and getting injections. But after the grooming which I witnessed and had to stop, my cat refused to go into the cage ever again, probably fearing that he'll end up with the groomer from hell. So medical care yeah maybe good, but the groomer needs a lesson in compassion and hummanenes.

We used to come here for my cat’s eye trauma and allergies the diagnosis dragged on for so long we had to come more than once every month the veterinarian gave us a new diagnosis and medicine everytime with no results eventually we quit this clinic and went to another one the difference was huge! The doctor was able to diagnose her condition accurately and we saw results within a month time. We went again to this same clinic but with another veterinarian as emergency since my cat fell off the 2nd floor, the veterinarian very casually said that she only hurt her upper lip and that an x ray would not be helpful so there’s no need for it and that i should just go back home. After prescribing something for her lip from the clinic. We decided to go to another clinic which strongly advised we do the x ray and we could see from the x rays that she had a broken jaw, dislocated hip and even constipation due to stress from the fall! This clinic’s main concern is extracting money from its clients with false promises of care and professionalism. I will never come back to this clinic again.

We called and asked for an appointment... they said "no need, just stop by". Then we paid for a check-up, and they asked us to wait in one of the exam room.... We waited for 50 minutes (went three times to the counter to tell them that no doctor came)... By the way, this happened between 8:40PM and 9:30PM, no rush hour, in fact just one or two customers... After 50 minutes we decided to leave and request a refund... Then magically the doctor came... whe we said that we waited for 50 minutes and we were upset, he simply yelled "you want to leave, then leave".... Theb he yelled at the counter to give us a full refund.... We waited another 15 minutes at the counter as they could not figure out how to give a refund.... we finally left without getting our money back...

I don’t even want to give them a star!!! I got my puppy and the DR who spoused to know what gander they register the dog wrong! And let me pay 1500 just to take care of my puppy situation! After 3 days the problem still the same !! They did not do anything!!! And let the puppy okay to go!!! Went to another place and fixed the problem in 2 hours !! And only for 300 !! And BTW!! The lost my cage and let me waited for more than hour just to look for it! And they couldn’t find it!!!! After I left they called to let me come back to get it !! Like there is no respect of time !! Shame wallah !!!

APC is a very professional clinic for pet care as well as travel formalities required for pet transportation. They are very well informed and offer useful advice in this regard. The young ladies at the reception desk are very professional and helpful too. Overall a very positive experience. My interaction with Dr Abdulrehman for transportation formalities of my pet was very useful. He was very helpful, professional and knowledgeable.

This vet takes appointments as walk-ins, only, and I like that. They sell good quality pet food. And reasonably priced pet products and needed items. So be aware, though, that the posted hours of being open are not always accurate. Very happy to have found this clinic.

Service is inconsistent, ranges from very good to extremely poor depending on who you get on the day. There is far too much miscommunication, no apology and a very rude way of speaking to paying customers. I was misinformed about their boarding facility and told by the receptionist that they do not have any such facility but I saw when visiting the groomers connected to them that they do. The receptionist (a young lady with not very good English) became very upset when I asked why she had told me no when in fact they do have boarding. The vet, a dr Loay, who seemed initially to want to rescue the situation sort of flipped on me. Absolutely a no go, he was extremely rude and told me to complain or take my cats elsewhere! Which I will be doing - there are way better out there. But it seems odd that a veterinary clinic would be willing to lose the custom of multiple cats than to fix the professionalism of their staff. Their receptionist then out and out lied and said I’d never asked her about boarding my cats!

Most of the vets are fantastic, the reception staff are friendly and the prices very reasonable. The only difficulty is that the hours of the vets change every day so it's difficult to know when they will be working - they don't post online either so the only way to find out is to call the reception.

This place was recommended as the best so I came here had the cat vaccinated chipped and wormed after the second rabies vaccination I came to get the rabies test for my cat, after taking over £560 was told it will take 2 to 3 months to get the results. 3 months later no results, called in in person to enquire and was told I’d get a call back in the next day by the supervisor ( God willing obviously god wasn’t willing as no call) so I called them, they were polite took all my details and yet again said she would get the information and call me back that was Wednesday it’s now nearly Sunday and they are closed until Tuesday with no cover. I now have a sick cat which I will be taking to a different vet (one not closed) As the emergency number is dead, just like my good will. It’s sad to say I liked this place but it’s just take the pet owners cash and leave them in limbo. Still no call back and no results

I had a great experience for a TNR cat that I brought in to get neutered. They are a bit on the expensive side but much better than my 'local' clinic. Company employees also get a 20 percent discount so that was a nice plus. They also accommodated me on very short notice on the eve of a weekend. Great people!

Very good doctors Don't treat that I am biased ,the Philippino doctors in this clinic take care of the pets better than the other doctors in several other clinic. If you are looking for buying animals, and you want to take you animal for routine checkup or admit your pet this is the right place or hospital for animals. All vaternarain are best and qualified. Animals blood test or any other kind of test facility available. If you are willing to go for vacation s and want to leave your pet for month or two this is the right place. Foster animal shelter facility also provided. Very good and friendly admin staff and doctors. More over if your animal is sick and you have to admit your pet for days in hospital they provide this facility too. Very neat and clean and big . Animal shelters/ cages are very neat and clean . Wheel chair facility available also. Animal any type of food and varity of animals accessories available. I would like to share my experience my dog had Provovirus disease, we took our dog to two vet clinics they refused as unavailability of different blood tests and no facility to keep the pet in obersavation for 2 /3 days. We brought our dog to advanced clinic. Even dr said your dog will die but they tried their best to save him and kept him in advanced clinic for a week. And now my pet is 100% healthy and perfect and more active. I'll give 100 stars because my experience with this clinic was excellent. Although it was bit pricey but saving animal's life is worth it . they don't even deserve a star! i left my dog for 3 nights. we put a diaper on when we brought him in. when i took him back, My dog smells so bad and his privates is very dirty. I thought its good that they put a new diaper which is not properly fix but to my surprise when we remove his diaper he have bad rashes and we saw it clearly when we gave him a shower that let us conclude that for sure they didn't remove the diaper we put when we brought him there until today because they want to hide his rashes. he never get rashes on that brand of diaper fyi. If they cant even take care of your dog that is healthy how about your pets who is sick. It is really sad that we trusted them to take care of our dog and because its expensive we trusted them to take good care of him but this is what we get in return.
