I don’t recommend this center, it is not fully equipped and there is a few medical staff. Don’t waste your time if your case is emergency.

I was referred to this clinic by a friend of mine to to do the PCR Test for travel purposes.The staff was so professional, quick, efficient and the service was excellent. The price of the test was competitive for the walk in service PCR Test. Highly recommend.

I Have done more than 10 PCR tests in different places and without a doubt Mr. Amir Zagzoog hospital was the best of all in terms of both service and rates. Great and welcoming medical staff that will walk you through the whole process, clean facility, and fast results for a 129 riyal test. This is the place to go for Covid test.

Great customer service

Absolutely awful experience at this place. After telling them I was genuinely ill and not feeling well, Dr. Nooran proceeded to tell me I’m not ill and that she is going to refuse me a sicknote - something which I needed in order to get paid for the day I took off work. She then told me this is the last one one she will provide even though I have not visited this clinic for over two years and also did not provide any medication. Diabolical behaviour from Dr. Nooran Ali - definitely do not recommend her and her credentials should be questioned. The assistant is even worse and when we went to pierce my daughter’s ear - she lied and told us that they don’t have other earrings available. After causing a fuss - she brought out a selection and proceeded to, extremely roughly, handle our 7 month old baby. Absolutely awful doctors and awful assistant. We would go here out of convenience as it close to our home but never again.

The Nurse who did my swab today was not gentle. I have had throat swabs done in the past and this one took the end of the swab and scraped it abruptly and roughly around my mouth. She looked at the tip and decided more swabbing needed to be done. I encourage her to be more gentle.

Had a debatable cleaning today with Dr. Abdullah kashgari Excellent reception , the doctor was very thorough and did an excellent job, first time I didn’t bleed after the procedure Thank you doctor

Not recommend for Driving School Medical Test. Have to wait 14 hours and in the end they return the amount.

Very clean facilities & receptionists on the ground floor and first floor were very welcoming and friendly. The PCR testing prices are very reasonable, and the results are very fast. The Dental Care with Doctor Nouf was very professional, and her hands were very light with attention to detail. The facial treatment experience was refreshing with noticeable immediate effect. Overall, they have promotional offers on a regular basis on everything, and I highly recommend visiting.

Very quick and efficient. Customer service above and beyond! I contacted them Thursday evening to ask if I could get a PCR for travel Friday morning and they opened the testing area just for me. Nihal was gentle and very professional.
