It is very famous restaurant in saudi arabia.always this brand taste same and awesome.i have seen before other albaik many people always queue there.but comparing with other city albaik,here crowded not too much. Prices always same as all branches.parking area also available.

Although I love Albaik, every time I pass through Lith, I eat Albaik. But today (April 11, 2019) I am highly disappointed with the chicken quality (pictures are attached). May be it was rotten or frozen chicken but it was really bad experience.

Unfortunately this was my 2nd visit here during lunch hours and took approximately 30mins to get my order again. After placing the order and paying the cashier informed me it would take 15mins which was in correct. There were other disgrunted customers facing the same issue and brought this up to the floor manager. It did not speed things up. I wish this branch would be more prepared for the weekend lunch peak hours and inform the customers of the wait time in advance. Thank you.
