Dirty, Bad service and unprofessional at all ! Clean! That is a JOKE Found a MOUSE 🐁 in the suite we reserved They changed it with a bigger room but wait ! They gave us a room with a bad AC and no installed TV in the bedroom AND They wanted to LOCK the other extra room because we only paid for the suite !! OMG what kind of service are you providing We moved from our DIRTY suite YOU gave us and now you are punishing us instead of apologizing for the “inconvenience” we have been through moving our luggages we unpacked at 12 am ! Even the given room wasn’t cleaned, the water boiler was very dirty and dusty! VERY BAD customer service Never will I ever be back here again. However, I definitely loved the female receptionists they were so kind and helpful 👍🏻

Best hotel in the city. Near to Saudi electric. No food available in the hotel. But near by you can find morning break fast from the sandwich shop. Night you have burger and fried check with French fries. Cheap and best. Single room is little bit not organised well. No smoking in room that's quite strange. Over all its ok to stay.

I was traveling with my family from Jordan to Jeddah by car and I stop to get rest for few hours and price was very high compared with other same facilities in Jeddah and Amman, the staff was very friendly and supportive and the room was very nice without any view or windows
