No room was available, so I could not stay in this hotel. However I want to make a bigger point : the standard of living of this town Al Wajh appears hopelessly low. Could not find a single food chain restaurant here. Food you get in town is horrible, mostly Ruz Bukhari and some Turkish stuff. Would not recomend even my enemy to stay at this town and spoil his vacation. Duba is much better place to stay.

Place not that clean and looks like they still live in the 90s, Not that clean, internet was bad Need more improvement plus the prices kinda high...

The hotel has a gorgeous view.. the receptionist Mona was a nice girl and very helpful.. and I had the best time ever in the cafe.. their service was good and the parista Haya was adorable she made an amaizing cup of cappuccino.. thanks for every thing.

Assalam u aliekum no available towel, soap & mineral water for drinking. Need receptionist must be known english. Everything was perfect but not door lock working at night.

Among one of the worst hotels I have ever experienced, best summed up they do not employ cleaning staff (left with driver and maintenance staff), and will not buy cleaning products for cleaning rooms, expensive, very poor standard of service, pay in advance because once guest see the hotel reluctant to pay, avoid !

I was there in 2019 and it was the best option at the time. Beautiful sea view and accommodating staff.

I was traveling from madina to neom and was tired and feeling uneasy the staff manager without bothering us anything first off booked our room in a couple of minutes which was striking first positives. I felt more sick during evening and the staff manager namely Mohammed yaser without worrying about his shift timing took me to hospital. Hotel offers you some good air and good scenic views and flexible prices. All the workers were friendly and accommodating. There was lots of space and more than enough beds for us. Neat and clean room with kitchen That's where the room positives end. I recommend staying in this hotel is worthwhile. Have a good stay here. Thanks

Its a low end hotel so dont expect much. Staff is very pleasant and helpful . The staff has no uniform.

Not a very nice place, but at the moment (2018) it is the only decent hotel to stay in Wejh. Cleanliness is borderline, and room furniture is essentially falling apart. Breakfast is perfect if you are on a very strict diet (olives and halloumi cheese only). Look out for the opening of several other hotels currently under construction in Wejh. Or, better, rent a villa if you are staying a few days.

They're more furnished apartments than hotel rooms but for the price you pay, I thought they were great. The cheaper price was for the side away from the sea, otherwise same rooms from what I understand. It's not the Hilton but it's not the Hilton prices. Great value in my opinion. 👍
