Working hours are wrong. The store has a sign saying it’s open 24 hours. We came at 4am they said it was closed until 6am

Bad service the cashier refuse in bad way to take my order i need to order from self service why i need to wait in the line well the cashier free and he don't have anything to do I'm I'm very disappointed because this is an international restaurant you need to work on your employees behavior i came to eat with my money not for free 😤👎

Good branch overall, 4 stars because i have ordered a zero cola but i’ve got a regular one. Even when i asked the waiter he confirmed it’s zero. He thought I wouldn’t know and he was too lazy to fix his mistake.

I ordered 6 ice creams first 3 toke 5 min to serve the next 3 took about extra 10 min to serve the first 3 was melted

They are closing the family door at 2 a.m. which is against the working hours displayed on the main door which is 3 a.m.

They took a whole hour to make two burgers and the first time they didn’t even answer me when I’m calling them from the microphone and the window. They’re better off hiring monkeys to be honest.

Why does this shop take hours to deliver odears even when it is not busy?There are about fifteen people who have placed online orders here. No one works in this store, they do their own work. No odear was given in 20 minutes.

This McDonald's doesn't actually have any menu in English. Most other restaurants in Saudi offer both Arabic and English. Makes things very difficult. Staff was friendly. Food could have been better. Hopefully they will improve their services to cater to a wider range of people.

All Service is very bad. Everyone is very lazy. Not much time to order. It doesn't matter if it's online. It will take you at least 2 hours

I like this branch of Mac D, staff is friendly and welcoming. Saudi manager here in this branch, he is very enthusiastic and helping. This branch have multi lingual staff and different nationality, all of them are professional and helping. They have family as well as single section. Dine in and take away both options are available. They accept cash and card both payments option. They also have options in kids meal. Recently they started Mace Cafe, so people can get coffee and breakfast too. So my overall experience is good. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
