Lulu Mall It`s a huge, neat and clean shopping center. The mall consists most required and popular brands, has areas for eating-drinking and resting. There is a big Lulu market available in the mall, where you can make shopping. All kind of household materials are available, many times within good offer. The staff is helpful and kindly.

It was good to visit this place in a new county new places to buy essential things, although converting into my local currebcy this seems little expensive yet they have quality variety and everything available under one roof, a must visited place for everyone who need anything in their daily routine life, electronics to Groceory to cisjerucs to mobile devices and accessories, bikes etc

It huge market where can you find everything you need but be careful don’t try buying electric devices or mobiles .I had bought mobile work for few days than stopped charging .service after buying very bad .low experience or low clearance in intended from ppl working there .they keep you waiting with no update .this was bad experience .for food or supplies it good store

We you are an Indian expat then it's a must visit place because one can find every Indian market thing here. Neat, clean and big with proper hygienic washroom. The best thing for me is they cut and deskin chicken without any extra charge. Though I find it little expensive as compared to other Lulu hypermarket in other gulf countries but still it's the only place in Hofuf where one can find all utilities, clothing, daily life amenities under one roof.

Cooked fish is really good fish tikka, salmon fish, and lot of stuff they cook are good.

So much disgusted with the chickens I bought yesterday from Lulu's 'Chilled Chicken' section. The chickens were completely rotten. I noticed it when our car started smelling on the way back to home. Last week I bought fish from Lulu. They cut the fish without cleaning inside. We couldn't eat the fish as it became very smelly. I will never buy raw food from Lulu again.

They have filipino food corner that i love the most..its a huge grocery market and everybody would love it too, a complete items from electronics,food and house items

It's always a great pleasure to shop at LuLu. The Isles are wide enough and ambience of the lights is so good. Food is already cooked and sold. Very friendly staff.

I am still waiting for my washing machine! No one is calling me and no one is receiving my calls on both landline numbers. Its very pathetic situation since last 4 days.....is there anyone monitoring the issues ? No one cares in lulu customer service.

I really don't know that you cannot wear short in Lulu. I believe "Men wearing shorts in public won’t be considered a violation of public decorum in Saudi Arabia except in mosques and government offices." I don't know if it's Just me being Asian. because I see a lot of Arab wearing the same short. SALUTE to the one fought for my rights as a customer allowing me to enter and buy what I need.

I dare not to give a star, but honestly, I returned a gift card to Lulu where I purchased due to the invisible code issues,I appreciate the customer service department who tried to help me despite I didn't get the help at the end of the day...yes he suggested I have to leave the cards with him so that he can submit my grievances to IT department and I left my number and name,expecting a solution as soon as it can be. Unfortunately up to now no one has dared calling me...Lulu has been my number one priority shopping hub,but I disagree with this kind of delay 😑 and is unnecessary should be avoided and taken care of as soon as it can be.

Very bad service. Cashiers pushing each other for me to pay my grocery item. When im done with payment. No baggers! I was left alone to pack my baggage. What kind of staffs they have?? When i went to Customer Service..the lady sitting there simply said what to do? We are having problem with our system?? What a response? I will tell my frienda of my experience..very bad so disappointed.

Lulu hypermarket on 3rd March.. it's beautiful place.

It is a one-stop shop for all our daily needs. Wide variety to choose from. Waiting time is minimum at billing counters.

It is a good market and i got what i came for but i faced two situations which made me very annoyed. 1- at clothing section, i asked for help more than two times and LuLu employees redirected me to another employee justifying that it is not their section or shelf which they serve. I kept walking and searching for the right employee. 2- at the cigarette cabin, there was an instruction sign on the cabin saying “ no more than two individuals allowed to be inside”. In the contrary, there were five LuLu employees inside the cabin at the same time. I was waiting outside for them to be finished. After that, the cabin cashier called me to serve me. I told him about instruction sign and i can not go inside with this number of people inside the cabin. Then, the cashier asked the LuLu employees to step outside but they did answer his request and just made room for me to enter. I told them: “ look at the sign, no more than two individuals are allowed to be inside”. Finally, they stepped outside with anger and told to go inside with temper speaking tone. That was not respectful behavior from LuLu employees.

Wallahii zabardast place to purchase home items, with great price and good products, most of the time offers, do visit and purchase as u like.

Lulu super market -Al Ahsa, the best shopping option for Saudi and expatriate community living in and around al ahsa area. You can fulfil most of your shopping requirements from here. The prices are cheaper compared to other big supermarkets. The location is good and not crowded. Parking area is big and spacious. All in all 5 stars from my side.

Just like any other lulu superstore, it has everything you need for your home. From fresh food, sushi, fish, vegies, cloth, applicanes, decorations, utensils, blankets, electronics, , cockery, fresh cheese/olive/mutadilla section, just everything.
