first of all.. when I walked on I stood at the register for a least 2-3 minutes before any of the 5 employees behind the counter even acknowledged me. Not even a hello, welccome in or we'll be right with you.. just SILENCE. When the order taker Finally decided to acknowledge me she didn't even say HELLO!! Just "what can I get you" since i was hungry i didn't walk back out. I ordered a SALAD she put a lil handful of greens in my bowl, most of which was brown. I asked her to remove the brown pieces and replace with better looking lettuce. I dont know if there is a shortage but she didn't even fill the serving spoon up while adding the remaining ingredients to my salad. The icing on the cake for me is the fact i wasn't even given a salad dressing!! I won't be back.. I recommend better customer service training.

Authentic Mexican food in a family environment, makes me feel like I'm back in Cancun with the girls for Trish's batchlorette party, this was for her first marriage to Craig before he got locked up for credit card fraud back in Merced, I told her something was off about him but Trish is hard headed. I love the girl but sometimes she just doesn't listen and this is what happens

This only my second time going to the Landing location. I remember now why I never go there. Worse burrito I’ve ever eaten. Pinto beans are too salty, the barbacoa meat was too salty and no flavor, I didn’t get rice, the guacamole was the best thing and fresh. This place is for people who don’t know how to eat good or maybe haven’t been exposed to good cuisine or maybe they need to venture into other places. Next time I want A burrito I’ll make sure to go to Oakland. Btw I haven’t seen a single taco truck in Alameda I bet that is on purpose. This stuff in Alameda can’t compete. Pass

Out of beans, veggies and lettuce. Guacamole was brown. Not as big of portions as other Chipotle’s. I ended up getting food poisoning. I would not recommend this location.

Very clean and fast service good healthy food choices

My first time ordering from this location and I took advantage of the Halloween BOGO! These salad bowls were loaded even my sister was surprised! My daughter didn't want any meat so I ordered her the Veggie bowl because it came with guacamole, well, she opened it and was very surprised! I was too! From my other Chipotle experiences, they usually skimp on the guac 🥑 but at this location, they hooked it up! They were pretty busy with the Halloween BoGo and great customer service too, they greet you as soon as you open their doors! 👏 We ordered on Mobile and they were very organized, quick and fast!! High recommended!

I was getting the tacos and the server was putting a spoonful of each item so I canceled it because it was going to come out to $20+, not even worth it! These places are getting worse and worse with the inflation.

I have been going here a few days now. And they have been great every time and I hate to even leave this review at a 3 when they do so well. But I asked for a double wrapped burrito to avoid it busting open. And no offense but this was just kinda lazy. And made a mess everywhere. Customer service is still great however.

I order it on the app with two order, both of my order are lack of corn, chili :( if they run out of any material, they should let me know, but they didn’t, feel angry about what I get is not what I actually order
