Nice park. Overall very peaceful and gives a great view of the bay. I'm a part 107 certified pilot and got the auth to take some wonderful drone pictures on a nice day.

It was the 6th Annual Blues, Brew & BBQ event at Washington Park yesterday afternoon. Park was crowded with large groups of people with their families, pets on leashes and more than enough of vendors (food, ales, crafts). I masked up and stayed to watch the blues bands performed. Quite enjoyable and entertaining. Of cpurse, I was hand clapping and feet tapping to them down home blues. The weather was nice on a Sunday afternoon and people were enjoying themselves. I stopped at one of the vendors who was selling bean pies and German chocolate cake shooters. The shooter was a little tube of "henny". Y'all know what that means...Hennessey...hey! I already had lunch at Rang Dong, which is a few blocks west of Washington Park.

Nice big well maintained public facility in Alameda. Clean!! Nearby beach. Plenty of street and lot parking when we went. Hardest part was getting off the island into downtown Oakland.

Wonderful park with ballfields, tennis courts, very close to the Bay and the Webster St. business district. Vintage baseball games on some Sundays in the summer.

This place is great for picnics! It is close to the water, has bathrooms, park benches/tables, plenty of walkways and of course, a beautiful view of the bay. Great place when the sun is out. This is a busy spot so get there early or reserve a picnic site. Enjoy!

Only walked around the park w doggo. Nice picnic tables and a few have grills if I remember correctly.

They have over one million blades of grass here.... And a nice dog park.

Real nice playground, has clean bathroom, usually has a decent amount of kids playing. Field is filled with goose poop, so bring a blanket if you want to picnic. Plenty of tables and benches. Very scenic.
